Hairy (Coarse) - covered in coarse hairs/fur of any length

Fluffy (Soft) - soft fluff (of any length) covers the body

Leathery - a texture like leather or skin

Scaly - covered in scales

Feathery - covered in feathers

Smooth - low-friction surface, no resistance when stroking

Rough - has an uneven or irregular surface

Slimy - covered in a substance that makes it slippery

Tacky (Sticky) - like semi-dry glue; sticks to everything it touches

Rubbery - smooth and elastic, likely to stick to your hand

Spiky - sharp protrusions cover the surface

Vaporous - very little texture, feels like smoky/thick air

I recently took place in a Secret Santa exchange with a wonderful bunch of people - my recipient was @gachimushi who wanted a fatherly Pidgeot with their children Pidgeotto and Farfetch’d!

I must admit I’ve never actually played a Pokémon game, but I’ve always loved the designs of numerous Pokémon and I loved the Pidgey line as a child so this was a dream prompt to draw 💖💖 The Pidgeys, being superior fliers, are giving Farfetch’d (who apparently can’t fly? based on my research) some flight lessons - which would be easier without the Leak tbh….

Ice Type Farfetch'd

Farfetch'd is such a weird Pokemon, it really only could have come from generation 1. I wanted to do a type swap/variant/convergent evolution thingy with them, and ended up coming up with a idea for an Ice Type Farfetch'd that utilizes a egyptian walking onion as opposed to Farfetch'd and its green onion, and the bird its based on is a snow owl.
