so I did my first fast in a very long time and I made it 40 hours before my mom wanted to grab dinner together and I didn't want to give in but I did. I still think I did pretty ok tho for my first fast in a while :)
does anybody have advice on how to stay focused on schoolwork when fasting? i know water (and lots of it) is the holy grail for fasting, but i find i feel sick when i drink so much during a fast. when i feel sick, and hungry, it’s even harder to concentrate on my work.
Notes: I've been at 65kg for weeks now and its not because of a platue, although I wish I could blame it on that. I've binged and binged and binged and I honestly can't figure out why I keep doing this to myself because whenever I eat I literally sigh in defeat and want to put a $h0t g*n to my head. Just starve. Please.
