love love love love love that yagyu heard that he had a monstrous alter ego who gave into his lust for combat and then called both them and limbo disappointing and that when the fight starts limbo cant even curse him because yagyu straight up just does not give a fuck at all when faced with the embodiment of monstrousness which supposedly corrupted him all he could do was call it ridiculous because theres no way he would be that bitchmade

Or in an effort to break 200k total words on AO3, the author decided to revisit the Ooku event originally covered in Extra Days 4-6 while doing some character exploration. Inspired by Persona 4′s Shadow Confrontations; @partialdignity‘s writing of Step Back, Press Forward and Excising the Thorn; and the fight between Team RWBY and the Nightmare Grimm version of Blake in RWBY Ice Queendom.
This chapter is dedicated to the aforementioned @partialdignity (for help with writing Kama and the entire Ooku segment) and @hizentadahiro. A shoutout to @withanina and @kunikida too, since I know you’ve been going through some tough times lately - here’s some writing to help tide them through. I love you all lots. :>
FFN link here. OST playlist here too, with the new songs included.
