I don't have a name for this one, lol. I originally made this years ago - I found these fabrics that look like they came from a Tim Holtz faux vintage papercraft collection. I made a bunch of (large) HSTs with them and made them into a rather boring design... and ran out of HSTs for a border or something, it looks like.
I got this quilt top out last week and ripped the entire thing, then rearranged all the HSTs (including the original border ones), trimmed so they're all the same size, and made this instead. The "pink" border fabric is actually a red graph paper print on cream, which looks pink at this distance. The cream border was leftover from the original too. The "pink" fabric is also the backing fabric.
All told it made a nice little throw and yay, another completion from the stash of Unfinished Quilt Tops! :D
This is available for sale, ask if interested, etc.

So, as I found some older renders I made with Lois, Clark and Jon in old timey looking attire, I gave my best to try again. So I did try again.
The first one is inspired by 1940s photos, the second one by 1950s photos. Inspired, not trying to recreate as it is beyond my capabilities.
