Ardyn 100% has chronic pain, right? You don't get at least a dozen rods stabbed into you and left in a glorified tomb for two millennia and then die and come back multiple times and be full of the Starscourge WITHOUT horrendous chronic pain.

hi guys long time no art post! ffxv 7th anniversary is today so i thought it would be fun to post a collection of my fave fanarts i’ve done for it :] very special game very dear to my heart!

Still one of my top favorite games of all time I’m almost sure this is #1 or #2 and of course, my favorite was Noct

Today is April 30, and it’s the official birthday of one of my favorite characters ever: Ardyn Izunia.

People at the time frequently joked about his many layers of clothing, and I guess that inspired me, so seven years ago, I embarked on an art project that required several sheets of paper and many hours of work. In the end, after all that effort, I never posted it... until today!

Am I sorry/embarrassed about this? Honestly, yes, a little bit. But am I happy/proud to finally share it? Definitely!

A Beast Unleashed. Is the Beast Ardyn or me about Ardyn? Yes.

Canon isn't real, the prophecy doesn't exist, Ardyn got to live happily and nothing bad ever happened to him 😌 (maybe he got to tear into bahamut a little though. as a treat.)

Aesthetic 10/10. Purple, flamboyant, way over the top, funny hat... I wish I could pull off half of his outfit. Same goes for his old outfit, but if I start talking about pre-everything Ardyn this post will never be done (and id have one more bingo).
