Are Sky and his Zelda together?

OH OH!! If the boys all live in one house together, does that mean each get their own rooms? If so, what vibes are each of their rooms? Who's the messiest vs cleanest etc!

They are, yes. They have been since Demise was defeated. But unfortunately, while Sky has found this world, she has not. One can only hope.

Yes, they each get their own rooms. And the house has taken care to make them familiar to their owners. Time's brings to mind in a way the treehouse where he once lived. Sky's is decorated with wood carvings he has made himself. Wild's reminds him of his house in Hateno. Warrior's is very clean (being in the military will do that to you). Twilight's has a picture on the wall of him laying amongst the goats. And Wind's is like both the house he grew up in and the living quarters of a ship.
