Tapuwa Dangarembizi - How can industries benefit from using sustainable energy sources that are renewable and do not deplete natural resources?
Throughout history, industries have continued to be recognized as the culprits responsible for the constant degradation of our fragile environment. They consume massive amounts of nonrenewable energy, lowering our precious natural resources to the point of exhaustion. Their constant operations cast an unsettling veil of pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, perpetuating the effects of climate change's wicked cycle. The repercussions of this terrible pattern are undeniable, with catastrophic weather events, the gradual demise of the polar ice caps, and the alarming erosion of biodiversity becoming increasingly common.

However, in recent years, an evolutionary shift has progressively emerged, with industries becoming more aware of the pressing requirement to adopt environmentally friendly energy options. Among these, solar power has come to prominence as an economically viable and environmentally friendly option for industries that are seeking to reduce carbon emissions and foster a more sustainable future. This article explores the subject Tapuwa Dangarembizi — Why should industries focus on the usage of sustainable energy and reveals an abundance of benefits associated with incorporating solar energy in industrial settings.
Cost-Effectiveness and Long-Term Financial Savings
Solar energy provides enormous advantages to industries because of its formidable potential for lowering costs associated with electricity. Companies that use solar power to generate their own electricity can effortlessly offset a significant portion of their consumption of energy, which brings about immediate cost savings. Besides, the lasting reliability and low-maintenance requirements of solar energy systems allow for an extended span of financial savings, which provides businesses with profitable possibilities for long-term financial gain.
Technological Advancements and Integration
Solar energy technology is a fascinating area that is constantly pushing the boundaries of efficiency, storage, and seamless integration into smart grids. With the relentless pursuit of advancement, solar panels now have resulted in remarkable developments such as supercharged solar panels, cutting-edge energy storage, and creative surveillance mechanisms, all of which guarantee a steady and uninterrupted supply of power for various industries. Tapuwa Dangarembizi's deep expertise orchestrates the seamless implementation of these cutting-edge solar marvels, allowing industries to be at the forefront of environmentally friendly energy's stunning advancements.
Cleansing the Atmosphere: Solar Energy's Role in Mitigating Airborne Pollutants
Solar power emerges as the epitome of eco-consciousness, encouraging industries to embrace its ethereal benefits. By skillfully harnessing the sun's radiant power, businesses can break free from the shackles of fossil fuel dependence, effectively reducing hazardous emissions that contribute to climatic imbalance. The giving of this solar energy extends beyond mere carbon footprint reduction; it provides a beautiful ecological environment by cleansing our atmosphere from the harm of airborne pollutants. With water conservation and devotion to sustainability as its guiding mantras, solar panels illuminate a future teeming with green vitality.
Final thoughts

Just saw a post about zevrans torturers in the fade being dalish elves that made me think about this.
I was listening to zevrans dialogue with the warden and other companions and zevran truly doesn't identify with or as basically any of the groups he could conceivably be a part of. He's left the crows so he's no longer a crow, he was rejected by the dalish and is not really a "true elf", he can't go back to being a kid in the brothel (last place he felt unconditional love). He's never had a lover which wasn't a contract or he didn't kill. He's just very dissociated from himself and everyone around him.
The only thing he consistently identifies as is being worth 7 gold coins. He says it to the warden more than once. He says it to some of the companions. My guys got 1 thing defining his self worth and it's that the crows bought him for 7 gold coins. And what does the warden give him to increase affinity? Gold bars. The warden is saying "You are worth so much more than what the crows paid for" in a quite literal sense. I'm emotional about the pixel man again.

Any tips on saving money?
Track your income/expenses. Knowing your monthly cash flow + essential and discretionary spending is the only sound starting point toward setting your financial goals.
Evaluate your non-essential spending habits. Consider where this money is going, and whether these expenses add value/are necessary to your life (pleasure or peace of mind is an acceptable "necessity" if you're living within your means to be clear!).
Determine the money you have left over after you cover your essential expenses and most fulfill discretionary expenses. This amount is your "saving/investment" money.
Divide your leftover amount into 3 categories: Emergency fund, goal-oriented savings (like buying a desired luxury item/furniture, a down payment on a house, a vacation, etc.), and investments.
Put your savings in a high-yield savings account. If possible, have different accounts for each purpose, especially your emergency fund and savings for future purposes. You can also get a CD for a long-term savings goal.
Put your investments (in the USA at least) in the following buckets: Roth IRA (max it out), ALWAYS take your employer's full 401k match, HSA (if you have a high-deductible health insurance plan), and S&P 500 index funds/other evergreen mutual funds + blue-chip stocks.
Purchase fewer, higher-quality items. Know the sales seasons for each product category and shop around this calendar (down to the produce items in season). If possible, rent items when it makes sense.
Only say "yes" to plans/financial obligations that add value/pleasure to your life. Don't let yourself feel shortchanged financially or emotionally. It's never worth it, honestly.
Invest in your physical, mental, and financial health first. This can mean something different for everyone but it's important!
**I'm not a professional, just another young woman on the internet, so please take this advice accordingly. Please meet with a financial advisor/CPA for formal advice and personal financial planning.
Hope this helps xx

Thoughtful and heartfelt article written by Lacy Baugher about the cancellation of Dead Boy Detectives, and why the decision just doesn’t make sense for Netflix.
I could literally quote the whole thing. Instead, I’ll leave you with these three (lengthy) quotes and encourage you to read the article in its entirety. And you totally should. It’s worth the read.
Quotes Below:
“On paper, the Dead Boy Detectives has all the ingredients to succeed. Its cast is charming; its vibes are fun and accessible. It features a genuine connection to an established and successful genre property, but not one so deep that new viewers would find themselves overwhelmed by lore. Perhaps most importantly, it has so, so much heart.”
“The pieces were in place for the series to run multiple seasons with rich character dynamics between the core quartet and a template that allowed for all sorts of adventures for the living and the dead. If this had been a show introduced during the heyday of The CW, it probably would have run for the better part of a decade. Alas, that's almost never a possibility in today's streaming landscape. Even the most successful series tend to come with a built-in expiration date. (Five years, max.)
Netflix has something of a history when it comes to cutting promising genre shows off at the knees. In recent years it has unceremoniously dumped all sorts of series, from fantasy (Shadow and Bone, Warrior Nun), and supernatural (Lockwood and Co., First Kill, The Midnight Club) to sci-fi (The OA, 1899). Dead Boy Detectives is certainly joining a good company. But the fact that its main characters were part of the same universe as The Sandman makes the show's cancellation even more galling. What streamer doesn't want a franchise to call its own? The Sandman is still one of the most popular comic series ever, and Netflix is currently gearing up to drop the second season of its successful TV adaptation.”
“That Dead Boy Detectives wasn't given more time to build an audience — or a bigger promotional budget to let viewers know of its existence — feels particularly criminal because Sandman's second season would have almost certainly given the drama a needed awareness boost.”

This is about a show that was saved by Netflix a few years ago. This is the article about it (I recommend it!)
So, about the viewing.
We're already doing good, the show went back to top 20 and now 30 according to televisionstats, but we need new viewers. The thing we've been doing until now, but more.
What do we think about actually doing a marketing effort? As in, with ads and everything? Mostly online probably, but with fundraising either way. The billboard thing seems nice but not just that.
I'm not from the US or UK so this is an idea that I could help plan only to an extent. But I'm really wondering, because as a group we may be able to do the marketing Netflix didn't. Not just as in "save the show' but "WATCH the show"!
I'm thinking artists and editors to make the content, someone with performance knowledge to make the campaigns, and targetting audiences across platforms — YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Is this something?
