There's a sense of irony in the episode of HTF called Without a Hitch

Considering Flaky is aware of Flippy's tendency to 'flip out' due to PTSD, it means she's witnessed it...maybe even remembering previous episodes. So her paranoia of him and stabbing him the eye, could be caused by PTSD
