My completed Sister of Battle "mini" debuted with a base at DragonCon this year! My first armor and foam prop build - entirely self patterned and constructed. I have even more I want to add and upgrade with this, but I love this cosplay so much and can’t wait to wear her again. Keep an eye out @momocon for me!

I have spent the past several weeks updating and improving stuff from Quantum Foam Latte, my illustration capstone project from last year, for a capstone show happening later this month. This is a visdev project for a tween show about aliens, time travel, and uncovering government conspiracies-- and about making friends, too :)

QFL follows Tiff, a normal human girl swept up in an interdimensional, time-traveling conspiracy. Along the way she learns about trust, friendship, and the power she truly has inside herself.

My photographer MDQBriones and I put together a Cyberpunk Thor: Ragnarok photoshoot, and I love these results!

Ragnarok was the thing that got me in to Thor. It’s no longer my favourite Thor thing, but it will always be what made me take a closer look at the character I am now hyperfixated on.

Suit is foam and 3d printed by Joelandprops and fitted and refurbished by me. Last edit is by pixelens.

A key point I would like to emphasize with this is you absolutely can mix and match materials and methods based on costume requirements! You don't need to limit yourself to one technique.

done with the shawl thing except for maybe attaching some velcro to make it into a collar, which. safety pins might also work and will be covered by the pink striped cord, so we'll see about that

used the skills i developed making punk patches to do the spade! love how skillsets transfer like that

I just realized my follower count is low, so even if I share this I shouldn't have to worry too much about the fandom seeing it till the end result!

So, anyways, making Mint Moon, and it took weeks (work/life delays and design adjustments) just to get the hands while working on other parts. Back to making ball joints.

If you're asking yourself why the hands are so big, the people in the poll decided he should be 8 ft tall without Sunrays. Could've been 7ish, he will be 8ft.
