#TADAAAA :D #ohh there's SO much going on here #the first one is interesting bc i tried to avoid gifs of the outside #but this one strikes me as a moment from before the blog started #a brief moment of introspection and dwelling on the past as he looks out at the dwindling remains of the forest #though to him i’m sure any second thought about what could’ve been is a second wasted and he snaps himself out of it shortly after #THE BEAR THE TEDDY BEAR #it's a foreboding reference to the barbaloots it's a representation of the past it's everything to me :D #the spotlight for being the center of attention and scrutiny alike; loud and flashy juxtaposed with the softer candles on the other side #the gears are for the factory but note how clean it looks #showing his desperate attempts to keep his reputation intact and insist that absolutely nobody has died within the walls of this place #the velvety red fabric resembles both theater curtains (performance and the blog) and the curtains in his office #and they’re positioned opposite to the one glimpse we see of the outside world calling back to that one scene in the 1972 version #a camera for both his surveillance over thneedville and the press plus a reference to that old photo of him before his business days #the entire middle column is a brief glimpse into all the good intent that got soured along the way #while the right column represents his success and splendor #alternatively the bear and the camera could reference that one scene in hbcib with pipsqueak!#and that last one is for the extravagance of the ball!#you could say it being next to the camera means he’ll be keeping a close eye on partygoers >:3 #i actually steered clear of stuff like sewing and other such manual work to show how he stands at the very top #arghh i could go on about every little part of the layout and how the different themes connect and oppose each other it's so fun!!!!! :D #anyways i hope ya like it ouo!!!#biggerler #ask the biggering onceler #stimboard #my nonsense

i think my brain should be studied i'm being fr

#surely this isn't normal #my dreams are like a portal to another life #sometimes i dream about the next day in advance #like with full details. and i often plan lessons in my sleep #sometimes i dream up entire stories with full fledged characters and backstories and intricate plot points etc #last night i dreamt up not just one but about ten such episodes #in the same night i also dreamt that i started taking T and had sex with a random girl and then had. a kinky adventure with dean winchester #(i love being ace about also this dream sex was pretty nice!)#i'm not gonna tell all the stories bc we would be here all day but #there were a Lot of different stories in my dream #full stories that all felt like they happened over the course of days or weeks or months or years in some cases #god i met so many different people in one night and they don't even exist #how i am expected to function properly when my head is so full of memories from lives i never lived but also kind of did #i feel like there's a hundred different universes in my memories and they're all from dreams but they all feel super real #like oh yeah remember that time i was part of a forest dwelling society that started gaining powers and we all thought they were #evil powers but it turns out the forest had given us the ability to communicate with it and to fly and to heal #or oh yeah i traveled the world once and then on my way back i had to cheat customs that wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount of money #for my luggage #by jumping down the luggage slide and travelling with the luggage #or oh yeah i was on T once and actually lost my T pills in a swamp but i dug around and ended up finding them #and i started to grow facial hair after like a week #like stoooop that's too many lives to live #every single night i go through another portal and live a whole ass life #rain.stuff #rain.dreams

can gnomes talk to each other in birdspeak

#I feel like... it HAS to be yes right? it's not a magical ability #on the other hand animal communication is so varied and different from humanoid language it'd probably be weird #a more sophisticated version of slow blinming at other humans--#even if they also know that cats do that would they be thinking to parse it as intentional when directed at them from another human?#almost certainly forest gnomes could use bird contact and alarm calls to communicate over a distance #but so could any forest dwelling people if they were cool #(my birder ex used to whistle bobwhite for 'we're separated at the store where are you' which was a VERY good system)#anyway I think since it's not a magical ability forest gnomes ought to be able to use animal communication with each other #but probably usually don't because it'd be harder and less sophisticated for no reason #oh you think the common language is annoyingly unspecific and lacking nuanced vocabulary? try talking to a mouse #how many words for blue do you think THEY have #very charmed by the idea of gnome children whispering together like mice though #gnomeposting #worldbuilding #felix insp #idri insp

Engulfed in Memories to Share with Mesa Verde National Park by Mark Stevens Via Flickr: A setting looking to the southeast while taking in views across cliff dwellings present at the Spruce Tree House in Mesa Verde National Park. This is from an overlook walk while I began hiking the Petroglyph Point Trail. My thought on composing this image was to capture of you of the cliff dwellings and have them run across the image center. I've pulled back a little more on the focal length so that I could include some of the trees and nearby surroundings as a foreground interest and have a layered look beyond. The cliff wall above was also important as it added to the setting and story for how the Ancestral Puebloan people would have to go up and down the walls to get to those dwellings.
