Here is your very own gold medal winning workout! All of these exercises are great for all of the ice and snow sports! Perform each warm-up drill 10x Warmup with Smart hurdle mobility drills 1) walk backwards single leg 2) walk forward alternating 3) lateral walk over+ squat under+walk over 4) lateral hops single to right then to left 5) Smart Medicine Ball Single Leg RDL reaches (right 10 & left 10) 6) Smart Stability Ball Rear lunge back + push-up. (right 10 & left 10) 7) Smart Stability Ball Hammy Curls 8) Mini Band Airex balance pad squats with 10 second hold Workout: perform each exercise for 30 Seconds. Repeat 1-3x 1) side lunges left holding Smart MB 2) side lunges right holding Smart MB 3) side lunges left with Smart MB Wood chop left 4) side lunges right with Smart MB Wood chop left 5) Alternating side lunges right & left *one minute 6) Smart SB core alternating hip touches 7) Smart MB core knee alternating tuck-ins 8) Smart SB core windshield wipers Wahooo!
