I switched from Adobe acrobat to Foxit PDF reader and it has been the best academic choice ever. Adobe sucks so bad and in 15 minutes I found so many amazing and helpful tools I've always wanted in Adobe just the default in free Foxit.

A ready library of highlight colours floating in the toolbar? Default. Want the text you highlight transferred automatically into a comment box to find later without having to copy and paste it yourself? Automatic. Just so much better!

Also I got zotero and if anyone has any tips or guides I'd appreciate it lol it's a lot to learn with that program

Apparently Adobe Reader DC updated and autoinstalled in my computer on the background (this explains the ungodly lag I had all day) for no reason, This, from a quick google search, seems to be a recurring issue. I had TERRIBLE lag all day, didn't know why, and then I stopped playing and there was the fucking Adobe Reader logo in my desktop.

I don't use adobe reader.
