Have you ever woken up with the worst pain in your neck that you start screaming bloody murder for help because you quite literally can't move a single bone and your neighbors almost call the police because they think someone is dying and then an ambulance gets called and they just tell you just have a pretty sever injury in your neck from sleeping wrong? No? 🥲 Well how would the guys react if it happened to the reader? Like just woke up to her screaming for help because she's thinking she broke her neck (somehow) while asleep (Currently in a lot of pain lol 🙂)

Noooo that's awful 😭 I've never had it that bad, but I have slept the entire night with my head fully tilted back. I woke up to stabbing pain in my neck and I couldn't tilt my chin down at all 😭 I had to like massage and put heat on it and slowly loosen those muscles again. It took like three hours.

I've also had the opposite happen where I slept like chin to chest the whole night. Had to do the same thing 😭

I hope you're doing better and everything is alright 🥺

If the reader ever woke up screaming for help, the guys would be immediately on red alert. They're busting down the door, ready to fight whoever it is in various states of undress. Once they realize the reader isn't being attacked and it's health related, they're carting her to the med center immediately. One of them gets sent to wake Dr. Keller while the others rush her into the ER all yelling about an emergency. John probably gets his wits about him first and realizes her neck probably isn't broken and she'll be alright.

You can bet your ass she's not sleeping alone for a long while after that 🤭

I was just filling out a self assessment for the company doing my autism testing, and it has been made very apparent to me that as a child I didn’t engage with anyone, and that all I wanted was to be alone with my imagination. This is why they teach logical fallacies in english class.

I guarantee you this wouldn’t have to be said if there wasn’t a mob of people justifying their disregard for their own education with ‘school doesn’t teach anything useful anyway’.

This isn’t to say there aren’t issues with American education, I mean, hell have you seen what trump did to our now non-existent board of education…

THIS is what they teach you in school. How to argue, how to debate, how to question, how to THINK. The material of the lessons are rarely the end goal of them, but the application of the thought process.

[This may be a horrifically bad take, I am stupid, please be kind if I’m misinformed or talking from privilege]

from the bottom of my heart: just because something makes you uncomfortable doesn't mean it shouldn't be allowed to exist

#I just think it’s a little weird to be criticizing a way of teaching that you either slept through or were on your phone the entire time #also #there’s something to learn everywhere #from everyone #just seems a bit hypocritical to be a so called advocate for education but remain ignorant from what you can learn of our existing system…
