The wind knows her name, though she no longer speaks it. The stars above flicker with memory, but she hides her face beneath the hood of forgetting.

In her hands: a rusted key, to a door that was never opened, a love that never died — only fell asleep beneath the ice.

Somewhere high above, a raven circles — not as an omen, but as a witness.

This is not a calling. This is a remembering. Not of what was said, but of what was felt when no one dared speak.

She doesn’t know the watcher is still there. But the watcher remembers everything. Still, quietly, entirely. Even now.

Weird feeling beginning a new year in such a way. Does this mean that the tear will be more laid back and carefree? Does the start of a year hinge on the day in which a new beginning lands... I d like to think so, yet only time will tell as we fall into 2022 tines hands.

Morning after the raising of glasses and toasting to the end of year one and the beginning of year two. Eyes crack open only enough to tell that morning light has come. Pull the covers pack over your head. A new year starts today, but it's Saturday so go back to bed...

It probably won't feel any different but Monday will be new. The first of its kind in a new year is a chance to make it a first Monday to adore. It's the first step among 365 other's in a new year to take that can change one in so many ways. Look upon it more brightly than normal for it truly will stand out from all other new Monday's...

Once awake you are still left feeling haunted in their possible truth and realism. What thoughts are these making me see these images meant to bother my heart and mind willingly. What have I done or said to have brought such unpleasantness upon my being? Still left even in hours of waking shaking to my core as a human being.

More rain than snow

There is slush along the roads

Still feeling heated breeding air

Not sure what cloths to try and wear

Why is Winter feeling like Spring

Even in the supposed cold nights there is a fan or conditioner running

I hope nature will kick in gear soon

These sneezes and nose blowing are about to make my head go boom

Refreeze...

Open the door, chills finally come

After so long Winter is here

Days reaching only between 20 and 30 above

Break out the big coats, they've been patiently waiting

See some light snow fall as well as the plow trucks and think now that's now like it

Middle of January feels like Winter where the frost is biting...

ConfusedDressing...

Do I need paints with long underwear or not so much today

Do I need a heavy or light coat to keep the chills away

This hat or this one or will ear muffs do

Gloves with the fingers poking out or covered digits, which would you choose

There's no snow or is there a mountain of it where boots would be best or can I get away with gym shoes...

So many choices to make, it's just another round of Winter cloths story blues

SnowRain...

When the white flakes fall from above but not in their usual state

Heavy and wet, feeling as if the snow outside of a snowball is being thrown in your face

Falling heave and slanging not like a feather but with accepted thud...

Thus is the version of rain water only the slush could love

ThunderSnow...

When the sight of nature's dandruff comes with a bang

Rare in its occurrence, it's an interesting thing

To watch snow fall with the threat of lightening and thunder

To stand out in it takes all one can muster

To play in the soft chilled flakes pilled high us always a treat

Yet to hear the crack and see the flickering will make you head inside real soon

Accumulate...

Watch the ground disappear

The world turns white where it was once green

Everything covered in ice

The sound of chipping becomes a days melody

Stomp, crunch, push through the deep white flakes all pilled upon each other by the foot load

There were foot prints and angels right here yesterday, where are they now...

Only the snow filled layers know

OneMonth...

Already almost 31 days down and times moving fast, what will there be to see around the next month's corner? Has the month been better or worse; does it feel like a new years has come to pass. May need more time to see results, one month is possibly not enough to judge. Another day done, mark off the calendar as time marches on.

FirstRound...

One round done as the bell rings, twelve rounds to go. Each one you will try to knock out so that the odds fall in your favor. Picture the ring where it's you fighting against time itself. The bright lights, the screaming crowd you will come out victorious in the end. The end of this one is near, take a moment in the corner to recharge. Come back in a blaze of glory, claim that this fight is already won.

What will be the view of your days going forward, no one knows for the future likes to keep its secrets hidden. Each day its own surprise you never know what will be until it is. Do your best to prepare before you open your eyes to great a new day. All one can do is wait and see for each day come what may...
