This combo was very improvised and is super high in protein, super tasty, healthy with filled with important nutrients. 🌸 My high protein , antioxidants and calcium smoothie was made with — 1 cup of #kale , 1 cup of spinach , 2 tbs of hemp-seeds , 1 tbs of spirulina, 1 tbs of coconut sugar , 1 Kiwi 🥝, 1 plum , blended it all with almond milk —— 4 g of protein from kale , calcium and more ;about 2 g of protein from spinach plus iron and more ; kiwi has vitamin C , antioxidant calcium and more ; ; 1 tbs of spirulina has 4 g of protein, plus antioxidant; 2 tbs of hemp seeds is equal to 20 g of protein plus omegas , fiber and more . 🌸🌱This green smoothie alone has over 25 g of protein with other amazing nutrients. 🌱 My Homemade oatmeal was made with 1 cup of oats , 3 ounces of Goji Berries , 1 chopped plum , 2 Tbs of chia seeds , 1tbs of coconut sugar and warm almond milk 🌸1 cup of oats has approximately 6 g of protein with a lot of fiber , 2 tbs of chia seeds has approximately 8 g of protein , omegas and more . 2 ounces of Goji berries has 6 g of protein , potassium , antioxidants and more 🌸This bowl has approximately 20 g of protein; and this tasty healthy combo all together has about 45 g of protein , with full of amazing nutrients, all the protein , iron and calcium comes from plants and seeds . #vegan #vegannutrition #veganprotein #govegan #rethinkprotein #plantbasednutrion #healthylifestyle #veganshare #healthyvegan #easyvegan #greensmoothie #homemadeoatmeal #fruitoatmeal #veganshares #vegandrink #plantpower #poweredbyplants #rethinkprotein #breakfast #veganforlife🌱 #vegansofig #vegansofnewjersey #happywednesday

Sweet, savoury and nutty. There are lots of ways you can have your oatmeal  and because it is a blank canvas, it takes the taste of whatever you desire. Oats are healthy and satisfying. It is also one one of my favourite things to have especially for breakfast. I hope this inspires you to be creative with your plate.
