her head lifts up in a second as her gaze darts to the stranger next to her, the words uttered being processed slowly before her eyes widen when she pieces the puzzles together. oh... he's that guy, the guy she just swiped left on. eva blinks, somewhat shocked by what's happening — what are the chances that the man whose bio she just read is sitting right next to her as they wait for the same delayed flight? "no... not a hard no." is it too late to change her mind now that she realises he looks even more attractive in person? but how can she explain she didn't actually plan on doing more on the app than mindlessly appreciating the pretty people on it and mostly their pets? a slight blush creeps upon her cheeks before a chuckle stumbles out. "less blurry photos would do you good, though." she remarks, trying to keep her tone casual despite her bubbling nervousness. she's rarely nervous, though, and she hopes it'll wear itself off soon enough once the unexpectedness of the event gets past her. "i'll  try  my  best,"  eva  nods  with  a  bright  smile,  giving  a  playful  salute.  "what's  your  favourite  animal?"  she  asks,  wondering  what  his  pick  would  be  considering  he's  probably  knowledgeable  about  many  creatures  compared  to  most  people.  "it  won't  hurt,"  she  assures,  though  she's  never  been  on  a  blind  date  herself.  "i  mean,  if  it  ends  up  being  a  terrible  date,  at  least  you'd  have  one  more  funny  story  to  tell  —  not  that  i  wish  that  upon  you."  she  jokes,  clearly  messing  around  with  him.  "it  is."  she  notes,  catching  something  curious  in  his  gaze  when  they  stand  a  little  too  close.  but  she  decides  against  overthinking  it  —  what  good  would  that  do,  anyway?  he  is  her  boyfriend's  roommate  and  best  friend,  after  all.  "that's  scary...  maybe  i  should  think  twice  before  visiting  the  zoo  with  you."  she  echoes,  suppressing  a  laugh  as  he  continues  joking  along  with  her  serial  killer  rhetoric.  her  eyes  widen  in  surprise  when  he  pulls  her  to  the  gift  shop,  her  heart  skipping  a  beat  from  the  way  their  hands  entwine  so  naturally.  "oh,  okay."  she  responds  quickly,  hoping  her  expression  doesn't  betray  her  flustered  state  as  they  walk  into  the  shop,  hands  still  clasped  together.  "oh,  this  is  so  pretty."  she  murmurs,  instantly  drawn  to  the  butterfly  stickers  on  display,  desperate  for  a  distraction.  manicured  finger  traces  lightly  over  the  contour  of  the  sticker  under  transparent  wraps.  "these  would  look  great  on  a  phone  case,  right?"

       "  so  you'll  be  the  butterfly  expert,  looking  forward  to  having  a  fellow  animal  expert  by  my  side.  "   at  ease  was  the  best  to  describe  how  eva  made  him  feel  right  now,  something  about  how  easily  they'd  find  common  ground  and  thoughts  on  things;  it  seemed  almost  surreal  that  they  agreed  on  so  many  activities.   "  i  suppose  so  ...  maybe  i  should  just  jump  into  a  blind  date  some  time.  "   not  that  he  wanted  to  but,  just  to  shake  off  the  loniness  when  he  hung  out  with  eva  and  soobin,  sometimes  feeling  like  a  third  wheel  whenever  his  roommate  would  be  a  little  more  clingy  than  necessary,  in  front  of  your  best  friend.  then  there  was  the  little  secret  of  him  having  a  good  eye  to  the  femme  as  well,  definitely  not  helping  the  case.   "  i'll  be  taking  that  as  a  compliment,  if  you  don't  mind.  "   eyes  meet  and  instantly  his  heart  skips  a  beat,  the  slightly  dimmed  lightening  from  the  room,  shining  just  enough  to  make  gaze  wander  over  her  beautiful  features,  only  to  then  shake  it  off  with  a  chuckle  by  the  joke  she  made.  thankful,  that  she  stopped  him  from  doing  anything  impulsive.   "  i  very  well  could  be  ...  lure  people  in  by  expressing  my  love  for  animals  ~  "   sing-song  voice  to  emphasize  him  joking  as  the  two  of  them  headed  toward  the  exit  and  they  reached  the  gift  shop,  grabbing  eva's  hand  as  she  walked  by.   "  aren't  we  getting  some  ?  as  a  memory.  "   it  was  corny  but,  yongguk  did  wish  to  remember  this  day.

Bang Yongguk "3" album review

Movimiento - It's EDM-ish. I'm not really a fan of this one. There's a lot going on but somehow it's not interesting.

EDIT: When I started listening to "Bad", I realized Younha's voice sounded a bit chipmunk-ish. I know she has a higher-pitched voice but this was a bit much. It turns out that I had my YouTube set to 1.25x speed. I set it to normal and then went back to listen to song number 1. After setting my playback speed to normal. I actually like this song a lot more. It doesn't sound too messy with too much going on now.

Bad ft Younha - OK this one is off to a better start. I think part of that is that I like pop rock/pop punk style songs better than EDM. This one is a bit more concentrated intstrumental wise. It doesn't have too much going on. Younha's voice is really nice. Thank god Younha has a high pitched voice. Even with the speed set too fast, Yongguk's voice is still so deep. I probably never would have noticed the speed.

IXLU (explicit ver) - OK so this one seems like an R&B-ish one from the intro. He's really doing a different style on every single song. I like that! So versatile. I think it works really well! His voice can kinda sound monotone since it's so deep. I think him strategically using the intrumentals throughout this album to create more contrast is a REALLY nice touch. I think I like one the best so far.

Numb - This instrumental reminds me of something DPR Ian would have on one of his albums. I can't really put my finger on what this instrumental is though. Indie? Alternative R&B? I've seen people say that's what Ian's music is? I like how he sings a bit higher pitched on this song.

Buss It Down - This is a complete tone shift from "Numb". He goes back to his signature deep voice and it's just a more hip-hop song. Overall, this song is alright.

IXLU - Same as IXLU (explicit ver).

Overall, I think it's a good album. It's a nice length and has a lot of different types of songs. It never gets boring because he has a different genre for each song. I stil think IXLU is the best song. Followed by either "Numb" or "Bad". I'm leaning more towards "Numb" so I guess it's that one more but as I listen to this album more, I can definitely see it going toward "Bad".

i'll take this opportunity to talk about hwanwoong because atp i don't think i could say anything surprising about my skz biases lol okay so 1. he was ranked as the number 1 top student for 3 consecutive years during his time in SOPA 🎓🏆 2. he can do the splits 3. and my fave hwanwoong lore lmao those who know him probably know that he's tiny, in his profile it says 168 cm. but last year rbw's ceo released a book about business, and while i'm not entirely sure about the context, he mentioned that one of the members is not even 165 cm tall sdfghj 😅 he didn't name names but i wonder who it might be 👀

media release: BANG YONGGUK Releases New EP, 3, Ahead of His Upcoming US Tour

Bang Yongguk is back with his third EP, 3. This comes ten months since the release of his second mini-album, THE COLORS OF LOVE. Bang Yongguk has been preparing 3 for a long time time, releasing it as a special present to fans on his birthday. He chose to experiment with new genres that he had never tried before, which can be heard throughout the songs included in the album.

“I would like to first say thank you to all my fans who gave me a lot of inspiration when I started working on the new album after concluding the world tour. I worked on this album with great joy, and I hope you’re able to resonate with that emotion while listening to this album. Please continue sending your support and love, thank you.” – Bang Yongguk 

This EP has six new songs, including two title tracks, “MOVIMENTO” (main title track) and “BAD (feat. YOUHA)” (sub-title track). The other songs are “IXLU,” “NUMB,” “BUSS IT DOWN,” and “IXLU  (Clean ver.).” Bang Yongguk is credited with taking part in lyric writing, composing, and arranging each of the tracks on the album.
