#as somebody with a loud and toxic italian extended family the bear comes for my neck over and over #s3 is going even harder on that #nat’s pathology is gentler and less easy to spot than mikey’s or carmy’s or god help us all donna’s #but it is nonetheless unhealthy and bad for her #the theme of “you do not need to be Good And Pleasing to be worth love” is a lot this year #related (and this will take s4 to be sure of but i have Hope) that your ability to succeed in a garbage capitalist structure defines worth #as somebody who worked in a lot of kitchens this show just feels like home #and the thing that kept jarring me about the whole let’s upgrade to fine dining plan was …what about the people you leave behind #and after having seen napkins now it feels like the show KNOWS THAT #tina could not be hired at the bear but being hired at the beef saved her life #god i want them to bring this home #the fact that the sandwich window is the ONLY THING MAKING MONEY feels promising #like… i want the bear (the in-world restaurant) to succeed #but also no. no i do no want it to succeed as-is.#i want the bear and the beef to blend for REAL and then succeed #or i guess fail given the general themes of the season but try on terms they can be entirely proud of!!! even if they fail!!!

#now watching #guilty gear #dual rulers #review in short #it was a little bad. it was a little good. way too many problems had beams shot at them #i know you were slacking off and watching dbz reruns while working on the script. i can tell #there's also a lot of plot points that just... did *not* happen.#like why was johnny included in the all t-cell spirit bomb #the implication being that johnny is also a tslur like may and anji ig #what's fucked is that this is still one of the best fight game animes #it wasn't even really a trash fire (i can tell)#asw did *not* have the money to fund a tv show and sanzigen did not have the experience to make one but they still made something #and it wasn't as bad as some of the real garbage fire productions like the kumo desu ga anime #kaihou norimitsu has the energy of daisuke's friend who doesn't really get it but is happy to help out #and this anime kinda bears that out #anyways #unika in strive! she's a real gear girl now #and pretty much we'll ignore the events of the spinoff like only 40% of them happened from here on out #like yea unika came from the bad future and had a really important chat with her trans elder bridget #but mostly this show was sugar #i do think she came to us much much stronger in the game #good lookin'、kiddo #keep working on it #i believe in you #my post

in my most humble opinion

it should not be the consumers responsibility to save the environment

it shouldn’t be my responsibility to keep up to date on the kinds of plastic my local recycling center accepts, if the plastic says it’s recyclable I should be able to believe it

I should not have to choose between a product with eco friendly packaging and sustainable manufacturing and a product that works better. both should be responsible and liable for their own sustainability

there’s always going to be a situation where the consumer cannot make the eco friendly choice, and this happens even more often if you’re poor, disabled, elderly, etc. our most vulnerable and disenfranchised pay for the greed of corporations, and are stuck with all the guilt as well

it’s not your fault. it’s theirs
