Diluc's phoenix doesn't talk, but it squawks violently at Kaeya and sings really well in the mornings. It also likes to sleep on the candle flame while Diluc does his paperwork! May or may not surprise you by appearing from fireplaces to deliver Diluc's messages. Its favorite thing to do is burn letters.

Fischl gives me rich popstar vibes with a super hot, suited bodyguard (Oz) who goes along with whatever fantasy drama Fischl has because he gets paid enough to deal with her (and because he actually enjoys it).

Just my headcanon on Oz being a super cool but stoic adult who's incredibly dedicated to his job but finds happiness and purpose in the somewhat edgy, privileged popstar teen/young adult he's guarding over (kind of like Loyd Forger from Spy x Family with Anya!)
