as we enter the start of a semester and the dreaded Hour of Making Friends us upon us... if ur ever at a loss for what to say in one of those weird social situations where you only vaguely-know people, one of my favorite questions to ask is "what is your favorite food crime." a food crime is like the food combination that you love that other people find revolting. press them to take it further than pineapple on pizza, that's rote. food crimes is a good topic that has many benefits as it turns out all people are degenerates and also it will give you some cool ideas to try out later in the privacy of your own degenerate kitchen
the other good thing to ask is "okay but has anyone here ever been someplace haunted" bc it turns out if you ask most people directly they don't believe in ghosts, but many people are like "oh yeah i lived in a haunted house. ghosts aren't real tho"

whenever ppl ask me for advice on working out they're playing a dangerous game bc I've reached peak levels of autism about muscle building and they better be ready to sit through 30mins of infodump about getting swole

This is what the Telegraph is saying we should eat now?
As a middle aged, 125lb, 5ft 4" woman, with an underactive thyroid to boot... those portions would leave me severely underweight. I'm not a heavy exerciser either, I just work on my feet. How would you get enough vitamins and minerals out of that without snacking?
Can we STOP underfeeding women ffs.

Went to the doctor just for a check up and he basically just told me "your body just processes sugar very well! :) :) :) It's a good thing! :) :) :) It can't possibly be the source of your symptoms even though eating fixes it :) :) :)"
But there was also a moment when talking about my iron deficiency that is possibly one of the funniest things a doctor has ever said to me, up with the cardiologist who said "you're a medical mystery":
He was going over my blood test results, and said "Your iron levels haven't gone up at all, they are still extremely low, but you're not anemic anymore"
And I was like how am I not anemic anymore???
And he said "Your hemoglobin levels have gone up...somehow..." while frowning at the blood test results on his computer. It was very "somehow, palpatine has returned" lol

i don't know why i'm so particularly annoyed at this specifically, but i'm SICK of going to sushi restaurants and the waiters going "that one's vegetarian, are you SURE you want the vegetarian one? the one without fish? the vegetarian one with veggies in it and NO fish??"
like oh you mean the fish that are currently being overfished with many species on the brink of extinction? destroying entire aquatic ecosystems?? the fish with like a trillion micro plastics in them? and mercury? arsenic? lead??? THOSE FISH??? oh YES please bring me your LARGEST dish that sounds fucking delicious

Do ferrets need a raw meat diet or is fancy cat food ok for them?? I'm getting conflicting answers, I hear a lot of people are against raw feeding dogs and ferrets, but a lot say kibble is bad
Anon.
Hope this helps lol.

I'm so glad you're still working on Water to Blood😭I've read a lot of IFs since I've discovered them, and lots of the ones I liked ended up being discontinued🥲So thank you so much for your work, I'm excited to see how the update will turn out🥰 🌹
Me too! They’re definitely a load of work.
I saw somewhere once that when you pass chapter 3, the story starts to go somewhere and it gets easier to write. So fingers crossed for me to push this bad boy across that line.
