#Repost @ghostvapesofficial_team ・・・ Last month, we gathered at Radha Yoga to #RESPECTTHEFLOWER by practicing respect for ourselves. Participants were greeted by Ghost staff as they entered the space and were introduced to their own GHOST MV1 for the evening. The Ghost bar was powered by Maven Genetics, an impressive local grow based out of the San Fernando Valley. Participants were introduced to the Ghost MV1 with Maven’s sativa-dominant, Cake Batter. Ghost then swapped everyone’s crucibles for the next strain, Mimosa, a refreshing hybrid. As the restorative began, all MV1 units were refreshed with Maven’s Indica strain, Forbidden Fruit. Minelli guided the class to feel the cannabis activate throughout body, mind, and spirit, as Chioma, a licensed massage therapist, made her rounds throughout the room, focusing energy on each participant as we collectively restored our beings. . Radha Yoga is: A space for self maintenance through restorative yoga, feel-good adjustments and optional plant medicine to ease aches and pains. This workshop was an opportunity to let go of your to-do lists and declutter your body and mind. Chioma had ground the space with pranayama practice (breath work), leading into a relaxing sequence with Minelli. Both instructors offered gentle massage using essential oils. Students were welcome to stay for tea and chill time after class. Cannabis consumption was optional and for medicinal/intentional purposes.
