A Small Rant/Vent on Power Ranger’s Dimensions In Danger

Hi everyone, I had a small question and pondering thought I’d like to ask you all about concerning the 25th anniversary episode of Super Ninja Steel. 

Am I the only one who thought that whole better than Legendary Battle and Clash of the Red rangers, Dimensions in Danger was still a bit underwhelming?

Like it’s cool that we got to see past rangers such as TJ, Katherine, Trent, Wes, Jemma, etc. BUT, Tommy is the only one that gets much of anything to do as they’re just there for the sake of it being the 25th anniversary of Power Rangers. TJ and Trent being two of my personal favorite male rangers only getting like 1 or 2 lines of dialogue. It’s also weirdly framed to where the characters that directly talk to Tommy are people who if I remember correctly don’t or haven’t on-screen had any relationship with him.

And on a last note, when and how did Tommy make the master morpher?

I read your 'Aurora's influence over klaus' post and I agree with you 100%. It always surprised me how little their dynamic was discussed when they had the most interesting one.(I feel like that's mainly because of shipping reasons). I agree he loved camille but I don't think that affected his love for aurora. Even after kidnapping Rebekah, trying to kill originals with white oak, killing cami etc.. when he literally literally had the opportunity to shoot her with white oak he hesitated(which Aurora used for her advantage). Cami was definitely worried(she says so to Vincent) and so was Elijah. I also agree that 'unloving' is not exactly a klaus thing. If he loves you, he'll love you forever in his own messed up way. Had Aurora chosen to side with his family over doing everything she did, I have no doubt that he would have taken her back.(Again this doesn't mean he'll magically forget cami. I think he would do everything he did for cami in canon even if he was with Aurora. But I think he always thought of her as 'too good/pure for him' so he would probably prefer if she stayed away from the chaos that happened)

This is the main reason why I believe that out of all his love interests, the one he loved the most was Aurora.

All of their interactions just scream he never got over her and was still in love: she killed Cami, dumped Rebekah to the ocean, and a lot of other bullshit, and yet he got jealous when he realized her and Lucien were "a thing". I don't know if I said this, but he also kissed her before knowing Elijah had compelled her, so he allowed her to kiss him without even actually knowing why, and the cutoff of the scene is so crazy because they kiss and when we see them again they're still lip-locked and full on making out lmao, they had been kissing for like ten minutes.

Klaus never admitted he was still in love with her out of respect for Cami and hatred towards himself, but it was quite obvious for me and he never actually denied he didn't love her.

I think it's easy to see he was still in love with her and stuff, and it's so clear it was the same for her. Klaus was willing to forgive her for the whole Rebekah thing, he said so himself, but once she took Cami hostage it was over for them and he was quite grumpy about it. But I do think that if she had brought Rebekah back after that whole mess and promised to not hurt Cami, he would have taken her back.

Perhaps it sounds weird, but it's more or less like the whole Klaus-Elijah-Gia situation: despite clearly having feelings for Gia, Elijah forgave Klaus for killing her because he loved his brother more. And in this situation, Cami is Gia, the actual Klaus is Elijah and Klaus is Aurora.

Like, it wasn't that he didn't want to kill her, I'm pretty sure he wanted to after having her hurt his family and Cami, but he just couldn't do it. Klaus had to lock her behind a wall while talking about the portrait of her he made. It's funny if we think about his line in 3x18 where he said he still had hopes for them, when it's obvious he wanted to emotionally manipulate her, but perhaps there was a tingle of truth in it. After all, they were immortal in that moment and immortality is a long time for someone to hold resentment forever.

But that wouldn't take away his feelings for Cami, it's obvious. I believe he thought the same, her being too pure for him and his world, and I'm pretty sure he regretted having a relationship with her in the end because she ended up dying, which is the reason why he stayed away from her after Hope's birth. Klaus loved Cami, that's obvious, and he wouldn't had stopped loving her if he ever got back with Aurora.

What an interesting dynamic we could have had with them *sigh*

Hello my little lovelies!

My, you've all been such busy little bees this beautiful springtime. Of course with spring comes the birds and the bees, and since our lovely flower festival last month, love seems to be all around us. It's always great to see the community able to find hope in these dark and tragic times.

The younger Romero and Sinclair still seem to be going strong, and on top of that, their dance classes have been the talk of the local mom groups. Good on the Romero boy for finally settling down with a nice, respectable girl... A rarity in that family, I can assure you.

Now, I'm not one to judge, you all know this. But I can't help but feel a touch concerned over two new lovebirds. As it turns out, I'm not the only one worried about little Miss Genesis - I have received quite the earful from many concerned citizens who have seen her gallivanting around town with that computer boy. While he may have been cleared of suspicion, it still feels rather uncouth of them both after poor little Gia's tragic passing. Here's hoping our Head Ranger can help lead the girl back on a proper path.

Speaking of darling Gia, it does pain me to bring some much more unpleasant news. But I am one to tell you the truth at all times, and that has always been and will always be my promise. I have been repeatedly tipped that TJ Spade had a physical altercation with Gia prior to her tragic demise that went so far as to leave him with a scar after she defended herself against him. Why he is still allowed to roam free, wandering town as he pleases, has stumped many. Are we giving special privileges to commune members? Is the Mayor too afraid to prosecute them like we would any other town member?

As for the Commune, I have never had anything personally against them, as long as they remain proper members of the community - even if they enjoy their isolation. However, it has been told to me by a trusted source that one commune member shot another former commune member. It was claimed to be accidental, but the timing just seems interesting, doesn't it? A commune member leaving the house, becoming engaged, and then being shot? It just makes you wonder what really is happening behind closed doors.

Another thing for the police to investigate, I suppose, if they aren't drowning in existing case work. Or perhaps in their own personal dilemmas? A reliable witness has informed me that Officers Vovk and MacGillivray not only had a torrid affair in their youth, but that the union resulted in a baby, whom they then gave away. Bless that sweet child, whom I have confirmed would be around 27 years old now. Wherever they are, at the very least they're free of all this insanity.

Whoah, I am exhausted sharing all this news with you! But that is all that seems to be new in town, or at least what my anonymous, reliable sources have been willing to share. Stay safe out there, my lovelies. Remember, I'm always here to provide a shoulder to lean on. Love, Auntie G.

Coffee Shop - Chapter 4

a/n: So this is suuuuper short, but it kind of made sense to me to end here for today. Also: thanks for anyone who is reading this, it really is very self-indulgent and kind of slow burn, but I hope you still enjoy! This fic is not really planned ahead a whole lot, I just enjoy writing and see where it takes me. Tell me what you think! <3

Summary: Spencer wants to keep Marie for himself just a little while longer.

She could barely think of anything else for the remainder of the day. She did have to go to work for a couple of hours and her students could definitely tell that she wasn’t a hundred per cent with them. When she got home in the afternoon Gia wasn’t there which Marie was relieved about. She didn’t feel like telling her about Spencer yet, she didn’t know why. She was her best friend, but something held her back. Maybe she wanted to see what this even was, why he had shown an interest in her and maybe she didn’t want Gia to talk it down, she was good at that.

The buzz of her phone got her out of her head. *Looking forward to seeing you again tomorrow, go put that brain of yours to work and start studying!*. She smiled down at her phone. She hadn’t expected him to reach out again, so it was a nice surprise. *Looking forward to it too! And yes Dr Reid, I will study now :p*, she texted back teasing him a little. *Just looking out for you!* *Well and you put your phone away and catch America’s finest.* *Noone to catch today other than up with paperwork.* Marie smirked at that bad joke. *Du bist nicht so lustig wie du denkst.* (You’re not as funny as you think you are). She decided to text back in german, just for to tease him a little.

In the bullpen, JJ and Emily had been curiously eyeing Spencer for a few minutes and now watched him smile down at his phone. “He’s definitely texting the girl, right?” Emily asked the blonde who was leaning on her desk. “Yep, I’ve never really seen him like that.” “Let’s just hope she won’t break his little heart.” “They met once on Monday, I don’t think there’s much to break yet.” JJ said as Spencer full-on grinned down at his phone now.

“He hates texting, why is Boy Genius grinning down at his phone like that?” The two women jumped at the sound of Garcia beside them. “We think he’s texting the girl he met on Monday.” Emily explained. “What girl? Spencer Reid, what are you not telling me!”, she hurried over before Emily or JJ could hold her back. Spencer looked up confused now. “Uhm what?” Reid quickly turned over his phone and furrowed his brows at the women.

“What girl are you texting?” “What? I … I’m not .. why do you think I’m texting a girl?” he asked defensively. “That was defensive, wasn’t it? Answering a question with another?  I’ve learned that much from the bunch of you! Show me your phone.” “What? No!”, he went to grab his phone but Garcia was faster. “Now what would be Spencer Reid’s passcode? hmm.. got it.” “Marie.. interesting.” Spencer reached to try and get his phone back from her but failed as she ran back to Emily and JJ. “Garcia give that to me, has no one on this team ever heard of privacy?”, he got worked up now.

“Hey what is this gibberish, I don’t understand a single thing,” Garcia exclaimed disappointedly as Spencer snatched his phone back. “Seriously. Just stop it okay? I don’t go around all of your private lives telling everyone about it.”, he huffed, seriously pissed off now. “Spencer," Emily tried but he stopped her and rushed off. “No you all really need to mind your own business why are you even surprised that I don’t tell you anything?”, he huffed frustratedly and headed out the bullpen, passing Morgan who looked after him confused and then at the three women.

“What’s up with the kid and why do you all look like you did something?”, he questioned. “I didn’t mean to… why didn’t you stop me?”, Garcia spoke sadly looking at Emily and JJ. “I honestly didn’t think he’d react this way.”, JJ argued. “Baby girl, what did you do?” “I uhm asked about this girl and stole his phone and wanted to read their messages:” Morgan sighed, running his hand down his face. “Come on now, I know we like to tease the kid, me especially but you know how he is.” “I couldn’t understand anything anyway it was like another language or something.” “German.”, Emily said. “What?” “It was in German, he told us that.” “Right.”, Morgan nodded. “So he was texting her huh?”, he smirked now. “And grinning like a lovesick puppy,” Emily added , chuckling. “Well let’s just hope he’ll tell us when he’s ready.”

Spencer stayed away from the others for the rest of the day, he worked through his files and stayed late catching up on some more. At least he still had the other morning to look forward to. It was refreshing to talk to someone who had nothing to do with this place, he enjoyed hearing about how excited she was about her subjects and teaching in general and he liked how different she was. She looked at life a little lighter and didn’t take herself too seriously, she was clumsy and nervous around him, which he thought was cute, normally that was him. He didn’t know why he reacted that harshly towards Garcia earlier, it just bothered him, he wanted to keep her away from this place, of course, they were his friends but he somehow felt like they were teasing him a little too much lately. He wasn’t just a kid anymore and she wasn’t just a girl. He knew he had only met her twice but it was different. He really didn't want to mess this up and he felt like his friends could get in his head sometimes.

Okay hear me out: Criminal Minds x Brooklyn 99 crossover. Boom.

Like just imagine the character dynamics! Morgan v Terry would be super interesting, Hotch and Holt, Gia and Garcia, heck I think Rossi interacting with Boyle and Jake would be hilarious, because of Rossi's cooking and Jake's obsession with detective movies/novels. And then Emily vs Rosa would be intense and cool. My favorite to see would be between Spencer and Amy though. Amy is so competitive, and intelligent I feel like she would try to one up Spencer, but Spencer's obviously winning but is having a lot of fun because other than Morgan he doesn't really get challenged, especially not by people who are closer to his level.

I just think it would be neat.
