Also the fact that at the beginning of season 6 she was all buddy-buddy with him and then randomly started behaving like an asshole makes no! damn! sense!

As a side note: this rant isn't about me being upset on spike's behalf because he bewitched me body and soul in fact it's not about him at all. It's about me not understanding Buffy and her motives because the writing is kind of strange and silly. It doesn’t really match her character development imo? I feel like at this point she should be a bit more mature🤷‍♀️

Re-watching Dead Man’s Party and Snyder telling Buffy that someone with her “talents and abilities” should work at Hot Dog on a Stick and saying she’d look cute in the little hat, and now knowing that in s6 she works at Doublemeat Palace, essentially the same thing, where she has to wear a stupid little hat, because of how limited her life is due to the responsibilities she has because of her “talents and abilities”. Wow. Wow wow wow. I am clinically unwell about this. I’m gonna gnaw through a brick.

As it stands, with no details revealed, it is impossible to make a judgment on what happened. Indeed even very senior figures in the sport have expressed disquiet, noting that it is hard to pass comment or declare this is a satisfactory closure when there is no information on what happened or on how the conclusions were reached.

Even the full nature of the complaint has still not been officially explained. That simple detail would immediately end some of the more lurid rumours still doing the rounds within F1.

This is not a good look for the sport over which this has been hanging for weeks but which has now been told it has been reconciled to the satisfaction of Red Bull, that there’s nothing to see here so please do move along.

Yet so much still does not add up.

If Red Bull, and by association Formula One, genuinely intend to stand by their values as Hamilton suggested rightly that they should, this conclusion as it stands falls far short.

Honestly I just try to ignore everything mentioning Giles and his abandoning of Buffy and the Scoobies.

I know the way I feel about that too much to involve myself in conversations about it and just get heated.

S6 and S7 Giles is not a good experience for me. I hate it so I just prefer to ignore the whole thing entirely.

I’ll talk about the rest of them fucking up no problem. Especially Willow. I love talking about her fucking up.

But not Giles. Nope. I won’t go to that real raw place.

At least half the reason I hate S7 is because of him. The other half Kennedy and the shitty writing choices.
