The Challenge entry deadline is the last Sunday of June, the 29th.

The rules:

• Use #WafflesRentals when uploading your rooms

• Be a member of PlanetSims: discord.gg/planetsims

• In your description list what apartment in the overall build your room belongs in.

• No pack restrictions

• Do not remove anything that is already in the room you choose re: any pre-existing windows, objects or walls. Exceptions: Replacing the door for a door you feel fits better. You may add more windows at your discretion.

• Rooms must feel lived in, occupied, etc. please fill them as full as you feel is necessary to achieve this without causing sim routing errors. (Rooms that feel empty and not well decorated will be requested to be fixed, or may not be considered for entry)

• Please playtest your room before uploading to the gallery.

• Rooms should look well thought out and nice while messy/dirty isn't off the table, please avoid making them look poorly maintained, or downtrodden. (It's supposed to be a nice apartment complex)

Entries and winning:

You may select up to 3 raffle tickets worth of rooms. The system is set up as follows:

*Standard rooms are worth 1 entry. Rooms larger than 7x7 are worth 2 entries. The penthouse living space, the pool and the backyard are worth 3 entries.*

You are welcome to do more rooms if you're feeling inclined, but you will only receive a maximum of 3 tickets.

After the 29th Glovely1, ShellyE1 and I will be getting together to discuss our favorite rooms for a showcase that will happen on the 13th of July. We will include as many rooms as possible, including doing gallery shout outs for those that do not fit into the build itself (due to the limited space)

After the Twitch stream showcase on the 13th of July a wheel will be spun to choose the winner. I will then @ you on planetsims to discuss your choice of Kit! Please respond within 48 hours to claim your prize.

Celebraciones Cálidas: Tarea 1

¡Sul, sul! Hace pocos días que inició diciembre, y con ello las nuevas misiones navideñas en Los Sims 4: Celebraciones Cálidas. En este evento, Jasmine Holiday requiere de nuestra ayuda para difundir alegría y felicidad en estas fiestas.

Este evento lo estaré jugando con una nueva unidad doméstica, la cual descargué de la galería. Te presento a Rebecca Vickers, creada por GLovely1.

Aprendiendo Tradiciones

La primer misión consiste en preguntar a otras personas por sus tradiciones familiares.

—¿Mis tradiciones festivas? Supongo que lo que recuerdo con más cariño y siempre aguardo con ilusión es reunirnos a jugar videojuegos retro. ¡Ya no hacen títulos tan míticos como los de antes!

—Puede que mi tradición parezca un poco rollo, pero como esta época del año puede ser tan frenética, yo lo que estoy deseando sobre todo es relajarme en buena compañía y ver la tele.

Ahora, debemos preparar japchae.

El cual no se ve tan apetitoso como en la vida real sí lo parece, y la cara de Rebecca lo dice todo: «no sé qué hice, pero me salió».

La siguiente misión consiste en mirar las nubes o las estrellas. Y nuestra sim decidió mirar las nubes acostada sobre la nieve... Al menos ya sabemos que su ropa realmente la calienta.

¡Y hemos terminado con las misiones de la Tarea 1! Esperemos pronto la nueva tarea.

Dis Wompf Es Fredesche - This food is delicious! Are they speaking Simlish or the language of love? Who knows but the chemistry in this San Myshuno kitchen is unreal! Yes, she dresses as a raccoon when he shows up at her apartment unexpectedly. Yes, her dress sense in general is quite ... quirky ... but she is the best Sous Chef he´s ever employed and their unexpected experimental style and flavours has got the city abuzz. Some say, it´s simply out of this WORLD! What´s cooking, good-looking!? Mmmm ... possibly more than Phillipe has bargained on!

If anyone is interested in this bizarre city pair, you can find them on the gallery ... and I am so interested in them myself, I feel a legacy story coming on! Yes or NO! Let me know! Stop me now or forever hold your peace!

GLovely1 really creates some Truly Inspiring Challenges. This Greenhouse Kit inspired Quality Control Challenge #GLovelysQCC82 imagines Splicing Plants with Sims to create a new ersatz PlantSim that isn't your game generated/run of the mill plant sim. The rules are to create your new Plant Sim and/or a (Mad) Botanist/Scientist. One of each. Anything extra is *For Fun*. I got easily carried away and could just as easily go to town creating many more (and i jut may - to post after it's over). Luv me some weird and unique - and the stories those inspire. Heard there's a Monster Ball in town. Wouldn't it be terrible if a certain gremlin CRASHES it? AHAHA! 

Spiked punch anyone? Brought some of my infamous Ghost Pepper Poppers, heheh - just mix those in with the horderves. Oh no - who unplugged the refrigerator? *shrugs* Now the ice cream has melted everywhere - don't cry over spilt milk! AHAHA!

Finally, the piece de resistance, I've put slime on all the doornobs. Good luck getting out when I release these BEES! AHAHA! That's what you get for making me wear a TIE RethaSim! Heh.

Lucky in Love (Anthony’s Backstory Part 1.1): Spark’d Challenge

Over on the Sims Forums, there is a wonderful challenge called the Quick Creativity CAS Challenge created and hosted by GLovely1. I’ve had the pleasure of participating in it over the last few months, and this time she leaned into the Spark’d Challenges to ask us to create a couple for the Destination Wedding challenge and explain what got them to altar. While I made my couple a few weeks ago, their story has been on my mind ever since.
