Befriending the famous Mikage Reo had proven no easy task. It was all a matter of being in the right place at the right time. One day, fate had smiled upon you, and you stumbled upon Reo and Nagi, those two talented yet egotistical individuals who had forever altered the course of your life.

Oddly, you didn’t mind. In fact, you revelled in the fact that you were the one Reo sought out whenever Nagi’s notorious communication skills plunged them into chaos.

And so, there you sat, a silent observer on the sidelines, sipping the juice that Reo had handed to you as a treat. You watched him practise, his dedication and skill on full display.

“Reo, it’s getting late,” you remarked, offering him a towel and a water bottle. “You need to conserve your energy for tomorrow’s match.”

Reo sighed, clearly dissatisfied with his performance. “I suppose you’re right...”

A mischievous idea danced through your mind. “How about this? I’ll give you a kiss to motivate you for your match tomorrow.”

Reo’s reaction was immediate and unexpected. He sputtered, nearly choking on his drink, his hands landing on his knees as he struggled to regain his composure.

“What was that for?!” he exclaimed, a soft flush gracing his cheeks.

You couldn’t help but tease him further. “You get flustered so easily... it’s cute.”

He blinked, unsure of how to respond. “Haha... thanks, I think. Was that a compliment? Why are you laughing? Hey!”

Amused by his reaction, you giggled, wiping away the tears that welled up in your eyes. “I’m sorry; you’re just so cute.”

Reo pursed his lips, his gaze lingering on your face, appreciating every detail that made you so captivating - your stunning eyes and those soft lips. Oh, how he yearned for just a taste.

“Eh?”

“No more daydreaming, pretty boy,” you teased, gently tugging his hand toward the locker room. It was time to head home.

Reo’s face remained awestruck as the sensation of your lips lingered in his mind.
