how do i tell people im a factive? im the only one in our system friendgroup who's a factive so i feel a little out of place. also it feels a little embarassing cuz im a youtuber

i’m not sure if i’m the best person to go to for advice, (personally i’d go to @system-society for that, i think they do that sorta thing) but i’ll give my thoughts anyways

you should never feel ashamed for being a factive. you literally cannot control your source or how you came to be, factives are honestly the exact same as fictives except it’s just based on people in this reality, i honestly don’t know why it’s taboo for some people. plus, i am a factive of a youtuber! (well. more streamer nowadays.) we are very cool!

and for telling people, i’d say just go for it. if they react negatively or are confused by it, you should try and educate them to the best of your ability about what it actually is. and if they react negatively after that, they shouldn’t be your friend, simple as that! you can choose who you talk to
