Playing the actual WotR (ttrpg, not the CRPG) AP for PF1e and I'm about 3/4ths or so of the way (middle of book 5), gotta say nothing's quite sold me on considering taking a break from the system quite quite like playing a Mythic Paladin. Combat is a formality when I watch how that girl can drop an EZ unoptimized 600 dmg vs a 400 hp boss. And like, yea, the Arcanist I also play is throwing Persistent spells that are anywhere from DC 34-44 that turns off most of the fight, and the Inquisitor Cohort is holding his own, with his crazy skill rolls and mincing goons pretty well in his own right... But the Paladin is the one who can simply decide something dies this turn even without haste. It's also necessary because maintaining defenses to keep up with the way offense scales is kind of a joke. Like damn man I think PF1e is a funny mess of a system, but even breaking WBL over my knee with expedited crafting and months of downtime doesn't seem to let me keep up my AC or saves? For all the reasons I get annoyed at 2e, I can at least appreciate the core math on it resulting in much less of a goddamn nightmare, resulting in an easier time having fights that have any back and forth pull.

It’s actually crazy how this particular poll has double the engagement of every other poll and also the only one with propaganda. Everyone is so passionate about these two ships specifically and that makes me so happy. I love seeing all the artists come together to make funky lil posters!

However!! Some of y’all are taking this way too seriously. Accusing people of cheating in a fandom poll for racecar drivers, or in turn, accusing the other side of “crying because they’re losing” and just generally being disrespectful is seriously not good sportsmanship.
