during Tubbo's cabinet era i wrote like 30k words of a fanfiction where when they tried to resurrect c!wilbur they accidentally sent tubbo back in time and it becomes increasingly obvious that wilbur never existed, and its a little fun because you get to see all the tubbo pov things from wilbur's pov + get more information, but tubbo gets more and more frantic and machiavellian as he realizes the only way he can guarantee the people he cares about survive his war is by following in "wilbur's" footsteps. obviously i never finished it for a lot of reasons (ambitious but not actually very good) but i need you to understand that despite being like. A Beeduo Artist for a year there. that nothing in the world caused me more despair than when they got married. what was i supposed to do there. mcrp hell on earth for me. he goes back in time and becomes an adult man and his husband stays a teenager??? the thing you don't realize walking into mcrp fanfiction is that sometimes the story you're writing gets fucked by acts of god

I promise you Diluc does not give a single fuck about Kaeya being a spy he does not care he was upset about his fathers death and reacted poorly due to grief. He felt like his life was falling apart and shortly afterwards he went on a trip he shouldn’t have survived to get revenge. He was not in the right headspace to deal with Kaeya unloading on him. Should he have attacked him? No. Could Kaeya have chosen a better time to come clean? Probably. Did Diluc wonder, for a second, if Kaeya might’ve held back the knights to get rid of his dad? Did Kaeya probably say something to set Diluc off (like admit he was glad their dad never found out the truth?) WHO KNOWS WE CAN ONLY SPECULATE

but the one thing we DO know is that Diluc has kept Kaeyas secret. For years. Despite their “hatred” for one another, Diluc has protected Kaeyas life over and over again. And Kaeya has continuously looked for Diluc again and again and spends most of his free time drinking at Dilucs bar. Anyone that genuinely thinks they don’t get along, hate each other, and that their fight broke their relationship hasn’t played the same game as me.

its the appeal of something thats usually hidden being exposed. this is why fanservice of characters that are usually covered up is usually far more exciting than a character thats always exposed getting another high exposure outfit (this is also why a character thats usually high exposure putting on, say, a suit is often considered very sexy)

If he got turned as a kid he probably only aged BECAUSE he only drank animal meat, the moment he starts actually feeding he would get frozen in time but i dont think he would get there voluntarily, this also keeps him at a normal human's strenght etc. Where if he was fully turned he would be More Powerful
