Unindo rock, blues e country, banda Palankin apresenta a canção “Precioso Sangue”

Formada pelo casal Ana Rock e Tiago Andrade, a banda Palankin apresenta a terceira faixa do projeto “Adorando com Palankin”, que foi gravado ao vivo em sua casa no município de Itu, em São Paulo. Apesar de ter o rock como principal estilo, o duo aposta numa mistura com o blues e o country em “Precioso Sangue”, que resgata um pouco da própria história dos vocalistas.

Escrita por Ana Rock, a canção mergulha nas raízes da música pentecostal presente nas Assembleias de Deus e se tornou a favorita da intérprete.

– Existem músicas que são um resumo de sua vida de forma melódica e “Precioso Sangue” é uma dessas que você vive uma vida inteira para sair uma música. Não tem uma vez que eu não a escute e não fique emocionada ou que eu não cante e sinta meu coração aquecido pela chama do Espírito Santo – compartilha Ana.

Conforme a artista, o single nasceu após uma pregação do pastor Hernandes Dias Lopes sobre o poder do sangue de Jesus que é a base do Evangelho. Ana queria uma música que tivesse essa levada meio blues e meio country como na canção “Pulsante”, um dos grandes sucessos da banda lançado em 2016, que tem mais de cinco milhões de plays no Spotify.

– Eu comecei a querer cantar sobre o poder do sangue de Jesus em uma madrugada que meus filhos acordaram e minha sogra estava em casa. Aproveitei para pegar o violão e cantei um trechinho da música e foi aí que nasceu “Precioso Sangue” – recorda.

Nascida em um berço cristão pentecostal clássico, Ana Rock é filha de pregadores e acompanhava os pais em suas ministrações em um ambiente de profecias e milagres até os 16 anos.

História Por Trás da Música

– “Precioso Sangue” tem um pouco da minha raiz pentecostal. É um estilo que ainda toca muito no meu coração e remete aos tempo de adorar ao Senhor na minha infância e toda a questão do coral me remete muito a esses momentos de adoração na igreja comunitária que é exatamente o que eu queria colocar no projeto. Acompanhar meus pais nesse começo foi um tempo de muito aprendizado e alicerçamento das bases do Evangelho no meu coração – conta a artista.

“Adorando com Palankin” é um projeto que marca uma nova vertente dentro do Palankin mais focada no louvor congregacional e nasceu com o intuito de “fazer algo que deixasse um legado de adoração pensando na igreja do amanhã”.

– Esperamos que essa canção faça nosso público desejar voltar para o que é essencial para o Evangelho. A gente se perde tanto em coisas que podemos fazer para Deus e, na verdade, é mais sobre o que Ele fez e faz por nós. A música nos lembra dessa verdade e é nesse lugar que a gente consegue viver uma vida para Ele – afirma Ana Rock.

On June 10, 2004, Ray Charles, one of the brightest artists of the twentieth century, left this world. His story is a path to fame and recognition through overcoming a serious illness: Ray lost his eyesight as a child. This did not prevent him from learning to play several musical instruments, recording about 70 albums, receiving 17 Grammy Awards and entering the halls of fame of rock and roll, jazz, country and blues.

"I was born with music inside," Charles said. – You can't say otherwise, because none of my relatives had anything to do with her. It's like a part of my body, like ribs, kidneys, heart. I feel it as a kind of force inside me."

I hardly remember what it means to see. The main thing I remember is my mother, what she looked like. And I also remember the colors.

When you sing, the main thing is to get people to believe you. When people listen to you and say, "Something is happening to him." Then you're really reincarnating. It's like being a great athlete. You make people feel, empathize, and so on. But you need to start with yourself. You have to feel it all yourself first. If you don't have these emotions, how can others have them?

The neighbors couldn't figure out how my mom allowed her blind child to do things like splitting logs for a fire. Her argument was that he was blind, but he was definitely not brainless.

I firmly believe in God, but I don't go beyond that. I don't belong to any denomination. I am not a Catholic, not a Protestant, not a Baptist, not a Methodist, not a Jew or a Muslim — no one. And, in my opinion, God is quite satisfied with this.

It always seemed to me that people wanted to see one of two things in you—either their exact likeness, or something like a footstool so that they could keep you under control and give you orders.

They say. that every war has a purpose. I'm not sure I can agree with that.

People tell me, "Ray, you're a genius, Ray, you're the cornerstone, you're this and you're that." It's always nice to hear that, and I'm grateful to people for being so good about my music, what I'm trying to do. But deep down in my soul... I'm not kidding myself. I know I'm not a genius. The genius is Art Tatum, this is Charlie Parker. I'm not even standing next to these guys. It just so happens that I'm good at doing a lot of different not-so-significant things.

"When people wonder how I manage complex equipment in my studio alone, I tell them that a blind person can be self-sufficient, if only they want to. I know perfectly healthy, but at the same time completely stupid people.",
