Considering Walpurgisnacht is represents the "fool who continuously spins in circles", the next movie is called Walpurgisnacht Rising, she is most likely an amalgamation of multiple magical girls, there are multiple Homura's we've seen so far, AND there is a new magical girl that looks like a combination of Homura and Mami...
I think it's safe to say that Walpurgisnacht is Homura and this movie will show how she created it.
