■自己紹介■

ビール大好きな鯖缶様が管理されているマストドンサーバー、mstdn.beerに長らくお世話になっている、テイルと申します。(アカウントページはこちら)

beerとサーバー名に入っておりますが、決してビールを飲めなければいけないわけではありません。

美味しいごはん好き

■本題■

さてさて、てすとくんさんのノリの良さから始まりました、ビア鯖アドベントカレンダーですが、私の方からはビール布教の一助になればという気持ちを込めて、ここ最近飲んできて非常に飲みやすく、ビール嫌いな人にも飲めそうだなー、と思ったクラフトビールを紹介していきたいと思います。

・種類がありすぎてクラフトビール何飲んでいいかよくわからない

・ビールって苦いばっかでしょ？

と思う方に読んでいただければ幸いです。

以下、ビールの紹介です。

1本目：大山Gビール　ヴァイツェン

いきなりの大本命から。ビールって実は色々種類があるんですが、ヴァイツェンというのは大麦の代わりに小麦を使った、いわゆる白ビールってものになります。中でもこちらのヴァイツェンはバナナのような香りが非常に強く、味も少し甘さを感じるものになっていて非常に飲みやすく、かつ美味しいです。

お魚料理にも合うので、食卓でも使いやすいのでは無いかと思います。

「ビールって苦いばっかで美味しくないじゃん！」という方に是非飲んでいただきたいビールです。

■安定して飲めるところ

チェーン店のクラフトビアバーで比較的安めで地方の特産料理がメインのお店です。お刺身でビールもいいですよ！

２本目：志賀高原ビール　ポーター

玉村本店という日本酒の酒造さんが始めて、今や日本でもトップクラスの人気になった志賀高原ビールです。

その中でもこのポーターは少しコーヒーのような焙煎のいい香りがしつつ適度にクリーミーで、お肉料理にとても合います。

コーヒーが好きな人ならハマるのではないかと！

３本目：バラストポイント　グレープフルーツスカルピンIPA

IPAってインドの青鬼等で有名になって、「めっちゃ苦い」ってイメージが強いと思うのですが、こちらは比較的マイルドかつ、グレープフルーツを使っていて華やかな香りがするフルーツIPAで非常に飲みやすいものになってます。

割とシーンを気にせず気軽に飲める仕上がりになっているので、お風呂上がりとか一息つくのにもってこいだと思います。

■安定して飲めるところ

グレープフルーツでは無いですが、クラフトビアマーケットではコラボビールでトロピカルフルーツを使ったトロピカルグルニオンIPAを出しているので、そちらを飲むのもあり。フルーツなしのグルニオンIPAもおすすめです。

４本目：うちゅうブルーイング　VENUS ALE

面白い名前のうちゅうブルーイングの「金星」の名前を冠したフルーツサワーエールです。

宇宙でビール作ってるの？と思われがちですが実際は山梨は八ヶ岳にクラウドファンディングとメンバーの自力で作った農場の一角で作られています。

ここのビールはホップを自家栽培しているからかとにかく香りが良く、新興ブルワリーとしては非常にレベルが高いです。

サワーエール自体が特殊なので説明すると、乳酸菌を入れたビールで、少しヤクルトやヨーグルトのような香りがするのと、甘みと酸味があるのが特徴です。

こちらはそのサワーエールにふんだんにフルーツやバニラなどを投入したビールになっていて、カクテルのような華やかかつ複雑な味わいになっています。

ここまでは大手で通販もたくさん行われているビールだったのですが、こちらはまだ生産量が少なく飲めるところが限られています。公式通販も現在売り切れですが、いずれ飲めると思いますので気長に待ちましょう。（自分もまた飲みたい）

うちゅうブルーイングのビールをよく置いてくれて、かつビア鯖にも店長さん・副店長さんが登録されているクニタチカさんで他のうちゅうのビール飲めますので、こちらで他のものからチャレンジしてみるのもいいかも。

以上4点となります。もちろん他にもたくさんおすすめしたいビールはあるのですが、どうしても少数生産のものが多くその時々で飲めたり飲めなかったりというものが多いので、割と手に入りやすいものからピックアップさせていただきました。

Before I crank up the oven to 500 and start making homemade pizza I need to get hydrated. @ballastpointbrewing Grapefruit Sculpin is always a staple. Love me some grapefruit ipa's. Fish tacos made with tilapia seasoned with @meatchurch Gourmet Series Lemon Pepper cooked in a @lodgecastiron skillet, topped with avocado, red onion, tomato, cilantro, queso fresco, @outerlimitshotsauce Habanero hot sauce and a spicy @albukirkybbq Red Chile crema. I wanted cotija cheese but forgot to grab some! I had to settle for the queso fresco from a store by my house that doesn’t carry anything. “Cough, Price Cutter”. The elotes were great but the cheese was a miss. Next time I’ll go out of my way again for better cheese.
