I am a true fat ass. I’m probably one of the only people that can take any healthy food and instantly turn it into edible diabetes by adding half a jar of Nutella to it. I also have a tendency to slather everything I eat in some sort of cheese product but that’s a story for another day. That is probably why I was so excited to crack this bomber open because I was hoping to get transported into a sugar coma from it’s deliciousness and holy shit did this deliver. Honestly, I can’t even have Nutella in my house anymore because I use so much of it but now that I’ve tasted this, I plan on have the fridge fully stocked at all times. A super sweet Nutella flavor starts things off with those hazelnut and chocolate flavors making your mouth water before some some slight roast-y flavor mixes in with even more sweetness before ending with gobs of that Nutella flavor and a slight traditional stout flavor. The only thing that really messes with me on this beer is the fact that the bottle has the absolute creepiest baby ever playing in a vat of hazelnut spread which has me both disgusted and chubbed up simultaneously so I’m not sure what to feel right now. Anyways, this beer is fucking amazing and really needs to get on your ISO list as soon as possible because this is a damn delicious dessert stout. This is the perfect beer for craft lovers both new and old so stop reading this review and go fucking drink already! PS - This review took me forever to write because Bill Burr is the fucking man and his specials make it extremely hard to turn away from.

Stoutella Chocolate and Hazelnut Stout

in my experience being drunk doesn't change my personality or anything, it just fucks up my eyes and my depth perception a little and then you go upstairs and take a 5-hour nap: I had this molé stout the other day which was fucking delicious, but the guy said it was 6% alcohol content. Mind you, the day before I had a whole six-pack of 6% root beers and half a shot of tequila. I'm a fucking tank. I can drink my boyfriend under the table and he's nearly a foot taller than me. So far, I've never had a hangover. (Ps, the key is to pace yourself, drink water in between, and eat like fuck.) So I had this half-liter mole stout and like half a stoutella, and I was just DONE. I wasn't sick, but I was hella woozy. So I'm like 'babe I can't see straight' and he's like 'yeah I noticed' so he took me upstairs to where we'd be sleeping that night and I think I played gameboy for a little while? But yeah I fell right asleep and woke up at like 11:18, and after that I didn't fall back asleep till like 3 Turns out the mole stout was *12%*, and honestly it was so good and soda-like (it didn't taste boozy), I drank it too fast for what it was, and I missed out on the rest of the night :(. Which turns out wasn't all that much, not like the night before when I stayed up till 4 outside getting to know my bfs friends better. That night was the best. Also if you like tequila, invest in Himalayan salt shot glasses. They're delicious. Instead of pouring out salt you just lick the glass, it's awesome

Stoutella (6.0% ABV) from @kneedeepbrewingco, out of Auburn Washington, pours a deep brown with a significant, beige foamy head the color of Hazelnut. The nose is reminiscent of Nutella with roasted coffee and cocoa.
