Despite what most people would think, Danny was an excellent driver. It took a lot of hard work and extra classes, but he is by far the safest driver of the family. So safe in fact that others often make fun of him for it.

'You'll get there eventually with Grandma driving!' 'It's like going even a fraction over the speed limit is gonna give you a heart attack or something'

It was fine. Danny was proud about being a safe driver. It's what he worked for! His family already contributed to enough property damage.

Driving in Gotham was a very different experience from driving in Amity. His new friends made fun of him even more now.

It was one of these playful ribs that he shot out his favorite reply (one he hadn't gotten the chance to use since moving).

"Well, you know what they say; you should only do one illegal thing at a time!" Danny thought he was hilarious (as his species was still technically illegal), the Batkid (you decide) overanalyzed (as usual).

On the first day, you're riding in silence, and he keeps looking over, checking you out. To make conversation, you ask him about his load. His neck gets pink, and he clears his throat. "my, uh--" before telling you what's in the trailer.

You get a kick out of him being flustered so later you ask him what he's gonna do with his load. When he's flustered, sometimes he adjusts his net hat (his curls stick out under it).

He's proud of his truck. It's humble but he takes good care of it. He's made the cab cozy, but you can tell he did it himself, there isn't much of an eye for design. There's definitely only one bed.

You're fixing the fitted sheet on the bed in his cab and there's a bottle of lube under the corner of the mattress.

He has a TV screen set up near the bed and offers you can stream something but it accidentally opens to porn.

The first time you stop at a motel, he takes a shower, slicks back his hair, and puts on a nice t shirt and belt, and even foregoes the hat. He takes you to eat at a diner.

He doesn't like belts though. Before the motel room door is even shut behind you, he takes his belt off with one hand in one swift motion. He does a double take at your face and can't help but smile to himself at the effect it has on you.

When you're sucking him off and he's about to cum too early, he's like "whoa, back it up now, darlin'."

Maybe he calls you bambi cause he almost hit you like a deer before picking you up.

You might have to cockwarm him in the driver's seat sometime.

Lando and Oscar are SO good at being teammates like McLaren really got that lineup right huh.

They have so much respect for each other and the team, do you know how many times they’ve clashed on track? Once. They touched once. By accident. Ever since they’ve been teammates we’ve seen the French civil war week in week out and the Mercedes/Ferrari boys banging around and I’m not gonna mention RedBull because the only times they’re close enough to clash is when Perez’s getting lapped but like, at McLaren? No way. Not their vibe, if you have more pace you pass and if you don’t then you stay back, e.g. Oscar letting Lando pass in Australia despite being in a podium finishing position and Lando admitting that there was no point to team orders during the Austria sprint to pass his teammate because he simply didn’t have the pace.

But also they’re very supportive of each other and Austria was a prime example of this unwavering support between them. Oscar in the cooldown room going “aw no way” and shaking his head when they showed the Max/Lando clash whilst George and Carlos laughed. Lando leaving mid-interview to go congratulate Oscar on his podium. Lando saying in the after race debrief that they got second and third in BOTH qualifyings despite the track limits that meant Oscar started seventh. Oscar patting Lando’s knee after the team picture because he was looking a bit down. The boys got each other’s back and that’s awesome.

They’re also pretty different in terms of personality but so complementary, where Lando is more loud and socially active and will bring Oscar around with him to talk with other drivers and make him feel welcome in this new team environment Oscar is more quiet and grounded and will be there to bring Lando back on Earth or help him find his words when they’re not coming to him and give him praises at each opportunity e.g. the new rc video. And they both know that they can rely on the other in these specific domains of expertise they have. Lando is more pessimist when Oscar is optimistic, so they balance each other nicely.

All in all I feel like they’re very good to each other, is it on track or off track. I think they’ve got a great work relationship, for sure, and it’s gotta be pleasing to know that you can rely on your teammate in any way, shape or form if you ever need to. They have a very mature approach to a peculiar situationship where your closest rival is also your closest friend in the formula 1 sphere which is impressive considering their youth

logan sargeant should race indycar.

now let me explain my reasoning

1. he would get to move home and honestly? its one of the top reasons on this list. i am SO GLAD to see an american on the f1 grid, do not get me twisted mate but fuck! this kid can race! and he’s good at it too!

2. if he moved straight from f1 to ntt series, andretti (or meyer shank because they are on the RISE with malukas and rosenqvist) should pick him up, put him in a good car and get him to a series which is still incredibly competitive, maybe not near as much as infamous and like elite(?) as formula 1 but still competitive and see how well he does.

3. he's a fucking winner for christ sake! look at this man’s history

4. although id like to see him on msr or andretti, its most likely going to be prema and i think their two driver two car line up is going to be (purely speculation folks) alexander rossi as the experienced indycar driver (he still hasn’t announced where he’s going next year) and logan sargeant as the indycar rookie

5. i dont think there will be any announcements about either logan sargeant going indycar or if he does get picked up by another team well until yesterday the end of the season but if james vowles so help me god does some fucked shit like replacing logan mid season then idk we might, but my heart hurts for him rn

6. and yk who else id like to see race indycar? unpopular opinion but valterri bottas, i think he would kick some ass (and hopefully give penske a run for their god damn money bc fuck em) put him on JUNCOS HOLLINGER for gods sake

7. even if he went to INDY NXT which isnt likely but also not unlikely (idk how to word that) he would kick ass so put him with HMD if that happens
