🍲 Minced pork, chickpeas and pickled vegetable noodles with spicy broth from 📍 Hao Noodle and Tea on Avenue of the Americas. At first glance, it may seem like an odd combination of noodle toppings, but it's a delicious Chongqing classic!

💸It's pricier than what I usually go for at $14, but the establishment itself is quite fancy and would be a good place to invite guests visiting the city looking for Chinese food in Greenwich Village.

酔っ払いライス。 疲れた。連日の雨でさすがに疲れた。 豚挽肉解凍したので、台湾まぜそば的なもの、いやいや麻婆も捨てがたい、ハンバーグもいいなあ、、、と考えてて、野菜買うの忘れた。 どうでもいいや、とAmazonビデオで「ジャック・アイリッシュ」観てたら、ウィスキー呑みたくなって、ニッカブラック呑んじゃった。 もう買い物に行けない。 そこで冷凍ミックスベジの出番。 挽肉は、醤油+みりん+砂糖+酒の定番味付。 安タイ米炊いて、酔っ払いライス。 美味いんだなあ、コレが。 明日以降、キーマカレー的なものになる確率高い。 + 関係ないけど、久しぶりに人間の闇に触れた。「人間っていうのは、どこまでも悪に染まれるんだなあ」と。 仕事先の子(と言っても結構とし。三十すぎ？)、日給8000円、練馬〜駒沢通ってて交通費なし。で、なぜか源泉徴収で毎日1500円天引き。 会社側の言い分としては、「ああ、なら確定申告して。確定申告あれば払い戻すから」って事らしいが、バイトくん、とある事情で確定申告できないらしい。会社側(っていうか「店」ね)は、それを重々承知で弱みにつけ込んで、過剰な詐取をしてる。 「いくらなんでもなんとかなるだろ」って思うんだけど、こういうひどい目に遭って耐え忍んでるヤツって、なんとかしようとはしないんだよね。 闇。 ヘドロのような闇。 この闇を許容するような風潮が、ここまでニッポン経済を引きずり落としちゃったんだろうなあ。 #酔っ払い #酔っ払い料理 #経堂 #ブラック企業 #ブラック企業見参 #drunker #drunkcooking #pork #groundpork #mixvegitables #soysauce #mirin #sugar #sake #homecooking #thairice #tokyo #japan (Kiyoudou, Setagaya-ku) https://www.instagram.com/p/CCWU3vHAcW0/?igshid=15jsj1qlo4y38
