I'm officially a Thai Constellation momma! I've been wanting one for so long and I was lucky enough to find a HEALTHY one at Walmart of all places (as indoor plants become more popular the rare ones become less rare as to sell more).

I repotted her today. Her roots were BEAUTIFUL and strong. I used my personal soil mix and a good feed. There is a flexible moss pole as well. I chose a flexible one as opposed to a straight stackable one. The main reason for this being so I could adjust it so it can support more than one branch. I've never had a monstera before so I'm really interested in how my journey with this one will go!

My monstera obliqua and I like to play a game called “Leaf or Runner” where I guess whether the new node is going to be a leaf or a runner.

So far this node is looking like it might give me a leaf. But this fucker likes to get my hopes up and then laugh at me when it continues to run.

My Thai constellation leaf is so close to being unfurled all of the way! I've been so impatient about it and will continue to be because I'm excited :)

Also! On my PPP this is definitely a new growth point like I was thinking. I am SO excited to see how she grows now. Not to mention this is all a good learning experience for when I chop&prop her in the future 🥰
