anyway I think that's the funniest possible thing to receive a check for. "Here's your weekly pay for... boiling and tarring the head of the king's archnemesis who was drawn and quartered this morning. Would you prefer check or direct deposit?"

did you get annual reviews for how you arranged the pikes. did your pay depend on how lifelike you could keep the dessicated flesh of the severed head. was your pay knocked if one of the heads rotted too much and fell off.

Rin actually got to bring her laptop and other devices with her to twisted wonderland cuz she was packed for a con before the carriage ran her over

Yumeko is not a narcoleptic, she is an insomniac and the only reason she's mostly found sleeping during the day was cuz she was awake all night
