A ship I have with said character: GamKar is the otp, I also like davekat and the 3TP version of both

A BROTP I have with said character: sollux, dave, Gamzee, Terezi, and Kanaya

A NOTP I have with said character: don't really hate any but I guess mostly interpretation of ships with him in it most definitely

A random headcanon: he has natural red hair, on Alternia he'd dye it with black ink.

(I took the idea of Eridans natural violet streak and took favor to troll hair having the color of their blood naturally sometimes!)

General Opinion over said character: He's honestly a bootlicker and that's a fact UGFUGHG I like the idea of him growing from that though because I feel hes someone who doesn't like not being in control but also someone whos determined to succeed in life but also is wary of risks. It's very easy to have those qualities come out in a positive way within his situation.

There's many ways that could play out for him as he grows but I think it depends on the story that is wanting to be told. Him becoming a bad guy or a good guy are both heavily possible.

Karkat CAN be considered like controlling and/or weird at times in the comic when he's still a teen, though it's more out of either desperation, pent up anger, jealousy, and frustration (still shitty no matter the reason tho). You can tell he cares deeply for others and also craves validation and/or attention from others but in a variation of ways. He's a good guy with problems if you look at him from a readers perspective but if you look at him as if you were one of the trolls who simply observe him, you can easily look at him and be like "wow fuck that guy".

In other words he's a really complex character who's a good guy but isn't too informal of certain things, reacts rashly, and is kinda shitty. Later on in the end of the comic he seemed to have gotten better with stuff though which pretty cool!
