Meet @one_sweaty_mitch I’ve lost 182 through healthy eating and exercise. My journey started in early 2018, after the birth of my second son. What should have been the happiest time of my life was the hardest. I hit rock bottom with my depression, my health , my weight 393 pounds. Was on numerous medications, cpap and newly diagnosed diabetic. My dr told me I needed wls or I would die. I took it as a challenge and a spark inside me grew. I didn’t like being told I couldn’t do something on my own. The things I’m proudest so far in my journey is not giving up, regaining my health, and being a positive role model for my boys, and so many on ig. Starting tip. Find support that can relate to your situation.
