Constantine comes into one of those meetings as he sometimes does every blue moon. Though the proper word would be storms into a meeting and practically slams a whole stack of papers down. “Can someone bloody explain to me why the American-fucking-government is trying to go to war with the fucking Infinite Realms?!”

The Justice League is of course alarmed and confused- and also John weren’t you in Hell?! Yeah, he was, where the fuck do you think he found out about this?

Now if you’ll excuse him he’s going back to the House of Mysteries with his now haunted trench coat. John, John Constantine what the fuck do you mean by that? No don’t just leave, don’t leave this mess just for them- JOHN!

He says “hey try this game I've been playing.” I say “Okay!”#I have never heard of this game. I pick the mercenary. I go through 5 min of character history and background. I am mauled to death by dogs #It took me 4 resets to even get in the dungeon. But I finally get there. I am caught by a guard. He cuts off all but one of my limbs #I am forced to crawl around in a blood and corpse pit until the game tells me 'give up idiot'.#I reset. I am mauled by dogs again. I realize this is not for me but I am intrigued enough to go home and watch some playthroughs #And WOW what an interesting game it is! I really do appreciate games that blend their design philosophy with the theme it wants to set #This is a game about fear and hunger. And persevering. And penis (my god is there a lot of penis)#I recommend this to people who like extremely challenging games and can handle the many *content warnings* within this series #If the idea of Bloodborne/eldenring and undertale having a little RPG maker baby sounds appealing to you - give it a shot #It's made by ONE GUY and it's a great horror game. I am just really bad at it.#My friends just enjoy putting me in situations where I scream and yell. We don't talk about the corn mazes. Or the other horror game nights #Apparently I'm funny when I'm Scared!#As people who follow me on twitter might know; I am deep in the pits of this series right now. I will be back with more art.

through heavy , heavy tears : hawkeyes first instinct is to be KIND he’s so much less guarded than trapper and even bj when first meeting people ( even ones he probably won’t like ) he always treats them with respect . i’m going to be physically ill

#i have a headcanon that people were kind of really mean to hawkeye as a kid and this little detail about him reinforces it #he very much gives like . i was weird and left out as a kid but people love me now and i never want to be like those people who left me out #i feel like you see it most heavily with radar but he also does this thing when he steps back when he realizes he’s actually hurt someone’s #feelings .#idk like #he’s not kind ALL the time . like he obviously jokes around a LOT and some of those jokes can be pretty mean and even then sometimes he has #trouble apologizing #but at the same time ( most of the time ) if he realizes something has gone too far he’ll do what he can to express that he didn’t mean it i #in his own hawkeye way #i’m thinking about in ‘ for want of a boot ‘ when trapper calls radar short and radar gets upset about it and hawk’s like #‘ hey you know he’s only joking ‘ in that soft voice #or in ‘ house arrest ‘ when radar gets the platform shoes and hawkeye was like ‘ i was out of line for making fun of you ‘#those are the instances that come to mind but there’s a TON more #idk i just really love that detail about him #that he’s willing to step back and recognize when a joke’s maybe gone too far #he even does it with frank and charles #mash #mashposting #m*a*s*h #mash 4077 #hawkeye pierce #hawkeye

I woke up to Sarah screaming tonight.

My lungs hurt for a reason I didn’t remember, but I could barely even choke out a cough before I ran out of my room to check on her. She was curled up by her bed, sobbing and hugging her stuffed rabbit close to her as she stared at the window. She looked horrified, and wouldn’t even look at me when I tried to ask her what happened. She only told me about how “something was outside her window”, broken up by sobs and cries for mom to help her.

When Mom and Dad eventually left their room to see what was going on, they stared at me as if I was the one that scared her. The reason she was crying. Or at least Dad looked at me like that. Mom was more focused on helping me stop Sarah’s crying to pay much attention to me. Though when I looked up at Dad, he looked almost furious with me. Then he went on a rant about how I’ve been scaring Sarah with my own delusions. Are you fucking kidding me? First you throw out all of my things cause you thought horror movies were rotting my brain with “satanic imagery” and now you’re saying that I’m scaring my own sister? I don’t get it. I don’t understand. I get I wasn’t the son you wanted, can you let it go already?

I’m going to Cesar’s tonight. I can’t stay here right now, I just can’t. I can hear them downstairs talking about it. I’ll wait until they’re done to leave, when they go to bed.

I hate not feeling at home in my own house anymore.
