My team created Hackjob, a game where you work at a cybersecurity company being attacked by clowns hackers. Answer as many emails as possible to keep your decrepit computer from overloading, and don't be fooled by spam!

From the frozen forests of the north comes a warrior known as Wolfsbane, who wears the pelt of the wolf that tore out her throat in a childhood trial-by-combat. She wanders the land righting injustices with her battleaxe as she searches for the father who abandoned her.

In an effort not to waste too much time trying to produce a map, because I will just spend hours scribbling in Krita, this is the absolutely butchered version of the Mondstadt-Liyue maps I'm using for reference in the Genshin rewrite.

Nighttime in Teyvat: While Abyssal enemies are around during the daytime, they appear in much larger numbers at night and become far more aggressive. Even the calmer routes become more hazardous at night, so travellers plan their journeys carefully to avoid it. Most cities and towns have protections in place to ensure the Abyss doesn't come too close; for example, Mondstadt City is walled and locks down at night, while there's a barracks for the Knights of Favonius in Springvale. Liyue Harbour relies on the hard work of the Millelith... Wangshu Inn's arrangement seems fairly obvious.

Whispering Woods: More 'forest' than 'woods', so I guess maybe I should change the name. much more densely forested environment zone. First proxy-dungeon of the game, leading up to Mondstadt. I moved Springvale so that the Woods separate the journey between them. There are generic low-level animals and beasts hanging around here, but nothing super hazardous. The paths are clearly marked and well-maintained, so it's a pretty straight shot from Mondstadt to Springvale. You'll probably want an armed escort though.

Wolvendom: Unmoved. There actually are riftwolves hanging around this time, as well as Boreas himself. Most folks will want to avoid the woods entirely and go the long way around, past Dawn Winery. Foreshadowing is a narrative tool-

Starfell Lake - this is where Lumine's meteor landed after The Unknown Goddess literally dropped her from the heavens during the Cataclysm. The lake was formed in the impact zone from the meteor.

Switched Dragonspine and Stormterror's Lair. Dornman Port is somewhere up that way. Dragonspine used to be the trade route that once connected Monstadt and Sneznhaya - since the Cataclysm, the ghost of Durin has made both the land route and the seas too dangerous too traverse. If you want to completely avoid the sea, you unfortunately have to go the long way around - through Liyue, Sumeru and take a sea route up to Sneznhaya... at that point, you're probably stopping by the islands of Fontaine on the way to restock.

Dihua Marsh: Liyue is stupid big, so I crunched a lot of it down to size and shuffled Dihua March/Wangshu Inn to replace chunks of Cuijue Slope and Guili Plains. I'm seeing elements of it being more swamplike than marshlike, to switch up from Mondstadt's land-locked zones. I'll be shuffling the Adeptus' living situations a bit. Elements of Wuwang Hill present here. Ghosts.... lol. Obviously, you won't be fighting most of them, though I did at least want to nod at the ghosts of dead gods hanging around.
