I love Logan and I love the episode learning new things about ourselves. But what’s frustrating and that something that I keep coming back to- is that Logan doesn’t really get to be a teacher. All the main three sides came from the vine characters teacher, dad and prince. And while Roman and Patton have continued to have jokes or traits or whatever from those initial ideas- Logan doesn’t. The idea is also, Thomas’ teachers, his father and princely Disney characters inspired and affected his personality. But Logan hasn’t really gotten to be a teacher. We got the ‘hello class’ in episode one where he was portrayed in a different personality, like a dad 2.0 character. And sure Logan does inform and teach the others- but it’s more just dumping the information at them and lecturing.

Logan is against Thomas learning with puppets in LNTAO because he deems it childish. And I understand his characterization is that he wants to be taken seriously so he’s against childish things for thomas. But it hurts in the way of, he’s a teacher, he should know all types of students can learn differently. Lecturing a student isn’t going to be as effective for a student if they’re a visual, interactive learner. If Thomas learning through puppets gets him more engaged and understanding himself better- THEN WHY ARE YOU HAJAJAJS I know in the end he comes around to it, but it SHJSJSS hurts that he didn’t know that in the first place? That mostly since then, he still just teaches the others by lecturing, occasionally he is more interactive in his teaching but- he’s kinda boring- in his teaching style. Maybe it’s a reflection of Thomas’ own teachers in his life or maybe it’s a lot easier to just write Logan infodumping rather then going about it in a more creative manner HEJAJS

Like I said, I understand why he’s against the puppets at first, because childish and Logan doesn’t like that stuff as it stems from wanting to be taken seriously as that’s what’s required and necessary to him. BUT I JUST WANNA SEE LOGAN ACTING MORE LIKE A TEACHER! Roman and Patton get their little moments PLEASEEEEHJWJA
