Did you know that using apple cider vinegar can clear up acne. At night take a hot shower to open up your pores. Then use a ear cleaner, cotton ball, or even a paper towel to apply the apple cider vinegar to your affected areas. I use it on my face, chest, back anywhere I need it. Plus it is super cheap to get at grocery stores. Regular kind or organic, it does not matter. I use it every time I take a shower. I hope you will too!

It's been nearly a year since I started chronicling my weight-loss journey with my blog  "Fighting the Fat". While I haven't updated everyone on my weight-loss daily, I still am fighting the good fight. Even though I have not lost any additional weight as I had hoped, I have managed to keep it off and that is an accomplish in of itself.

What I've decided to do is revamp my blog and dedicate it to those of us who are fit, fat, and fabulous. I've come to realize that I'll never be super thin or a size 4 and I don't care. What really matters is that you feel fabulous as you are and that you strive to be a better and healthier you. Size is no indication of a person's fitness and I'm here to blow that misconception out of the water. Let's show the world that we can all be fit, fat, and fabulous.

And remember, self-love is so much more important than a number on a scale or the circumference of your waist, self-love is accepting yourself and all of your flaws, and allowing yourself to just be you.
