The Weight of It All - A character study that is also putting Minato through the pear wiggler. His story and arc in the second part of Gotchard really stuck with me, so I wanted to explore his feelings and trauma that he deals with.

Wrap Me In Your Wings (And Hold Me Closer) - Still my favorite Ankheiji fic I've made to this day. It was made for a fanworks game in a discord server where I was on team fluff, and it was a fun excuse to write some wingfic and shove in some more tropes I really enjoy.

Add A Sprinkle of Love - A Kitagoro fic made for the same fanworks game! I was struggling a lot with writing block at the time when making it, but was able to make something I was really proud of. Food being a way to show love of all kinds is something I'm weak for.

Better With Company - A short Post-Film Shin KR Hongo/Hayato fic that I am proud of because I felt I was able to really capture a full and vivid scene in such a small word count.

Seriously Unserious - Some Akira/Hayami from Changerion, these idiots are an absolute blast to write. And I felt I really captured their dynamic and some nonsense that would happen in the show with this one.

There's three girls in Jurai's dorm in Osiris Red in S1, yes, these are Judai's canon roommates, but genderbent.

Jaden Yuki/Yuki Judai ➡️ Yuki Jurai

Jurai is going to be more interested in her studies than canon Judai, purely because she doesn't want to let her mother down. that doesn't mean she tests well in class. I figure she's probably a more active learner than book learner, so she does well in lessons when she can do things, but the lectures bore her and she learns more outside class time. It drives Professors like Crowler/de Medici nuts, because she's awful in class, but keeps getting passing grades in exams which means he can't kick her out.

Syrus Truesdale/Marufuji Sho ➡️ Marufuji Shoko

Shoko is as nervous as canon to start with. Ryu isn't any softer with her than he is with Sho, but Jurai is patient with her and tries to help. She in exchange, helps Jurai with keeping up with classwork. She is SUPER nervous after she finds out Jurai is Yugi's daughter, because she doesn't think she's worthy of hanging out with Yugi's DAUGHTER, also Jurai is a little frustrated by her assumption that of course she's good at dueling, she was taught by her mother, when Jurai was good before she got adopted.

As she gains confidence, she's more solid in herself, more confident, and actually stands up to her brother, who's proud of her for finding her backbone. She also stops fritzing about the Yugi thing when Yugi comes to assist with the Shadow Rider/7 Star Assassin thing and Shoko learns she's a human like them.

Also instead of Aniki, older brother, Shoko calls Jurai, Anesan, older sister.

Chumley Huffington/Maeda Hayato ➡️ Maeda Hayami

A heavier set koala girl with space buns trying to persuade her overbearing mom to let her be an artist. Yes, there is a koala plush on her bed.

I like the idea of Hayami coming to Pegasus's attention because she draws something for Yugi after she learns who Jurai's mom is (she's being infinitely less weird about it than Shoko) and Yugi has it as her phone background and Pegasus harasses her for the name of the artist

That draws him towards Hayami, and then, when she wins the card competition, which isn't biased because he doesn't know she's applied, he decides he needs to have her for I2 because she's an amazing artist.

Also, everyone who likes the Ennead versions of the GX crew, please check out the incredible @gx-gameon whose version of Jaden lives with Yugi is absolutely awesome. I've been planning my version for a while and its quite different, but I very much recommend theirs, and look forward to seeing more.

Miyu and Kiba have a total of 7 dogs in their house. 3 are ninja dogs and the other 4 are former strays Kiba brought home. Aside from Akamaru (Kiba’s companion), there’s Mari (Biewer Terrier), and Yuko (Shiba/American Eskimo mix), who are Minoru’s companions. (Haven’t names the other dogs or picked breeds yet lol) Miyu put her foot down after #4 stray (a puppy) was brought home.

Itsuki low-key wishes Miyu had more kids other than Minoru, but has never told anyone about it. While the Uchiha kids are more than enough for him, he always imagined having a bunch more grandkids.

Hina had 2 kids, but they passed during the 3rd war, which was long before Miyu was born. Two sons named Kazami and Hayami, who were in their early 20s when dying. Her husband, Mizuo, died not long after due to stress. While their existence isn’t a taboo topic, Miyu doesn’t know they existed due to Hina still being in mourning when Miyu was born.

Rui tends to intentionally cause trouble in front of Tsunade to catch her attention. But this lessened after her retirement of being Hokage. The two still have a strained relationship.

Rui gets rather irritated by the elder council due to them constantly urging him to continue the founding Senju line (since Tsunade is too old). While he doesn’t identify with any particular sexuality, he’s only been with 2 people. A long time partner, Zen, and a girl he spent the night with once (wore protection). He also isn’t fond of kids, so the idea is very conflicting for him.

Rui’s mouth scar was from a mission gone wrong. Bandits ambushed them while they were escorting a vendor. Haruka ended up seeing red and killing the remaining bandits in his own. He doesn’t remember what happened, and tends to feel uncomfortable thinking or talking about it.

Rui enjoys riling up others to get a reaction.

Rui often reads classified files, despite knowing he shouldn’t. He’s able to get away with some of it due to him being anbu. But he’s gotten lectured various times by Tsunade.

Rui and Zen dated in secret for years, even managing to dupe their close friends into thinking they were just roommates.

Rui and Haruka are both not easily swayed by gossip. Rui finds petty drama boring, and Haruka isn’t particularly fond of hearing negative things about others. Zen, however, enjoys hearing gossip,

Haruka is insecure about his dick size, since he’s had exes dump him over it (it hurt).

Hayato regrets having a second child, a son named Chisuke, who is single-handedly ruining his marriage with Pele by continuously causing him stress and acting like an angel in front of his mom.

Pele is an orphan, so she strongly cherishes her family and extended family. She talks with her mother-in-law regularly.

Masa and Kenichi dated briefly, but mutually broke up after a month.

While Masa is technically a cousin of Kakashi, she often calls him uncle. The two are related via their uncle, Hideyoshi.

Masa used to hate revealing she was a Hatake due to people using her just to see Kakashi.

Due to her more masculine appearance, it’s not uncommon for Masa to be mistaken as a guy. She doesn’t take it maliciously and finds it to be a compliment. Because of this, she’s often confessed to by girls.

Only You [Chapter 05]

It was almost a year after you safely delivered your precious babies, Chisaki Hayato and Hayami. Eri was the most happiest girl the day of the twin’s birth. 

Your husband let her be by your side and tend to her new brothers. She was really proud to wear her title as the twin’s big sister.

This also mean that Chisaki’s experiments on Eri had been decrease ever since your plead her case to your husband. He somewhat felt pity to the abused girl and promised you that he will tried to treat her better than before.

Eri also had some hard time to open up to your husband as she still afraid of him. But, you being there really help them to patch up their relationship.

“Father...? Can I sleep with Yato and Yami, please?” Eri asked your husband as you gave her a proud look.

Chisaki look up to his wife and saw her smiled at him before he looked at Eri back.

“Sure. I’ll have Crono to prepare the room for you three.” He said while awkwardly pat her white head.

Eri beamed at him before she spun around to hug you.

“Mommy! Father let me sleep with my brothers! I’m going to help you take care of them tonight cause I’m their big sister, Mommy!” She giggled while you just looked at your husband with loving eyes.

“That’s good, baby! Now, let’s go to your brothers. Take Crono with you while Mommy make something delicious for dinner tonight.” You ushered her into her brothers’ room with Crono on tow.

You gave her and your husband last smile before you retreat to the kitchen. As you making milk pudding as dessert tonight, you felt someone hug your from behind and dug his face into your neck, inhaling deeply of your sweet scent.

“Dear, did you finish all your work for today?” You asked him as your hand still whisked the pudding. You felt him nodded, not letting you go. 

You just let him as you finished cooking your dinner and going to serve on the dining table.

“Dear, help me set up the table, please?” He nodded again let you go before he helped you set the table. After that, he called for Eri and fetched the children from the twin’s room.

After a peaceful dinner, you all retired for the day. Chisaki had help you with the twin while you help Eri to settle for tonight.

“Baby, if your brothers making fuss, don’t hesitate to knock on my door, okay? Goodnight, babies” You reminded her as Chisaki pushed you out of the room softly.

“Goodnight, Mommy. Goodnight, Father. I love you.” Eri said as she laid down on the bed beside the twin’s cradle.

“We love you three too, baby. Sweet dream.” You gave the children a kiss on their forehead before you and Chisaki walked out to your shared room.

“Finally, I got my alone time with my wife. You’ve been busy with the kids and neglect me, darling. You need to make up to me.” Chisaki said as he pushed you down on your bed after locked the door.

“Aww~~ My husband is jealous of his own kids~~ Ara ara... What do you want to do tonight, dear? I’m sorry if you felt like I’m neglecting you~~” You teased him before you pulled him closer to you and gave him a deep kiss.

After both of you pulled away, he immediately pound on you and make love all night. Thank god that the kids didn’t making any fuss that night. Chisaki was really satisfied that he was on a good mood all day.

Shoujo manga recommendations - living together/neighbors

1.      Konyakusei 

Sachi Hanaoka has just lost her parents to a traffic accident and her fear of living alone becomes reality. Immediately after, she gets a customer who's rich and very interested in her. The thought of being away from her friend pains her, but is everything really too late?

8.      Mayonaka Lolita 

After she took some medicines, Michiryuu became suddenly a little girl. People used to say that she was really perfect. That's why she wants to came back to normal quickly. But the only condition if she wants that happen is to find "a personn she'll love". But that's completely impossible for her! So what will happen to Michiryuu...?

9.      Mayonaka ni Kiss 

Natori Nono is a very tough school-girl, she lives with her widowed mother Ayame and her younger brother Takumi in a very small apartment, where she does all the chores. Nao Yoshikawa stays behind to live by herself when her parents leave to inherit her grandpa's farm in the country. Synopsis :

Half a year has passed and Shirokin Gakuen has closed down. Yamaguchi Kumiko (Nakama Yukie) finds herself a teacher of a few young kids who don't really benefit much from her style of teaching. Through some twist of fate, she is offered a job as a teacher in Kurogin Gakuen.

She becomes the teacher of a delinquent 3D class which make her previous students look like angels. In order to protect her job, she must again hide her true identity — the fact that she is the 4th generation of the Oedo Family, a prominent yakuza group.

My thoughts on this drama :

Take the same concept as season one with a different class of roguish boys and here we go again. Not especially bad, but not thrilling either.
