honestly i’m really happy with it! i’m really happy that you can tell horikoshi was losing interest in including the obligatory romance and he actually followed through with having uraraka and deku both move on from it, but at the same time in the penultimate chapter they still hugged without it reading as confirmation that they’re in love or whatever. made me happy!! even ships that seemed plausible and like hori was leaning towards them (kamijirou for example, which i actually think is rly cute) weren’t explicitly “confirmed” and i think that’s really refreshing. for such a quintessential shounen manga to move away from the obligatory romance is really dope to me as someone who loves shounen but hates obligatory romance, lol.

especially having just watched naruto, where kishimoto clearly thinks that a person cannot be considered “fulfilled and successful” if they’re not married, despite that not being relevant to the plot up to that point at all, it makes me happy to see hori not falling in the same pitfall. id say the bar is on the floor but it happens literally so often that it’s a genre staple so i think it actually is deserving of a little credit that he moved away from it so completely.

kirishima is gay ☝️ this i know. everyone has known this forever. he’s always been coded gay. it’s one of those situations where whether hori meant it or not (i lowkey find it hard to believe he didn’t recognize what he was doing) it is true, and a hero popular with men is the nail in the proverbial rainbow coffin. i was also glad that he got an aside becuz he’s been sort of left behind by the focus of the story for quite a while it seemed like hori had forgotten that he was such a key player for a while in the middle, so even though i’m still sad his relationship with bakugou was all but forgotten he did still get a nod at the end that most other characters didn’t get.

REALLY LOVE THAT MIRIO IS THE NEW NUMBER ONE AND NOT BAKUGOU. because mirio is literally more talented than him.

pissed about deku getting that tech that lets him be a hero again. i think honestly with the theme of not all people are created equal but we must love and support each other and find our niches nonetheless, it kind of loses its punch of deku to just. have a quirk still essentially. i thought him losing it was dope, and for him to remain the greatest hero of all time but have to pass on the torch because his time in the spotlight was over, whether it was luck or hard work he couldn’t stay a hero forever. because when it comes down to it he was born quirkless, and actually that’s okay, because he still has knowledge and talent and love to offer the world and he still has friends who love him. but whatever. tch

even though they didn’t go through with it, i really loved that all might was the one to suggest eliminating the popularity aspect of the hero chart completely. i think it really demonstrated how much HE has also grown over the course of the series, what he has learned and how his values have changed. i honestly think that would’ve been a better conclusion than whatever mixed bag thing hawks was setting up but it’s whatever. i think more structural changes are necessary and there should’ve been more explicit exploration into what those would look like imo, rather than just “people are nicer now cuz deku inspired them to be nice”. it’s not that it’s BAD because ultimately the structural issues of bnha’s world stemmed from social attitudes, and if those attitudes changed then that’s the first step to uplifting people born with scary or unusual quirks or born as heteromorphs, but at the same time it doesn’t give you the feeling that this peace is going to last.

anyways not perfect by any means, but i’m happy with it ^_^ horikoshi bit off a lot and i think i’m okay with how he decided to tie it off. i think platonic bakudeku is fun and interesting but i think it was better when it was bakugou crying suddenly cuz he thought he’d never be able to compete with deku again since he lost his quirk. if deku gets his quirk back it’s like okay. whatever. would’ve liked to see him continue to respect deku when he was quirkless again. but it’s fine. i still maintain that ppl who think they’re romantically involved don’t get it at all

For the og16 lyctors and cavs I have these drawings I've made which aren't very faithful to what I have in mind due to my art skills, but I have all the faceclaim names there. And the pinterest collection of pictures I collected to inspire me.

But the two I'm most passionate about are for Augustine and Mercy.

2D's room was so much fun to make, he is probably my favourite member of Gorillaz. The Gorillaz art is just no-CC art from the Gallery. It adds a super cool touch to the whole Kong Studios build. I also love the weird doors I've been using for all the rooms by @the-crypt-o-club I think this set. I think the arty painted table is also by them in the DIY or Die set their stuff is awesome!!! also feels very maxis match and official.

Also these deco keyboards by @pixlmonster were EVERYTHING for this room in particular, you'll see in the reference pics 2D's room had TONS of them.

The "amazing 2D" graffiti was pure coincidence I found it in my game it was meant to be.

Again, there is a lot of cyberpunk 2077 CC in this build, so those TV screens on the wall I think by @hamsterbellbelle download here. Though I can't tell if they are that object or another so if it's wrong sorry 😅

I find the "Elain does not look good in black" argument to be one of the biggest clues to her not staying in the night court, so I became very curious as to what e*riels think of it.. AND IT LEFT ME FLABBERGASTED. *Side note* I like to lurk on there from time to time, I don't send hate.

I was genuinely surprised to see that a lot of them claimed she was purposefully "uglified" in order to not look appealing to Eris because the plan was for Nesta to persuade him into doing whatever they wanted.

There was no indication to that being a part of the plan. Elain wore what she usually wears except that the dress was black. A color she never wears (wonder why), but it was obviously expected of her in order to look like she "fits" in. The dress was described by Cassian with words such as: ridiculous (the color on her), long-sleeved and modest (the gown itself). The only negative things he had to say was about how wrong the color looks on her. Elain is also known to be on the more modest side, right? So for her to wear a modest gown isn't exactly out of this world. Miss gurl is after all a proper lady.

It is not confirmed that Eris knows that Elain and Lucien are mates and although Eris obviously cares for Lucien, we don't know how Lucien's relationship is with Eris. So, in fear of Elain's life, I doubt Lucien has ever mentioned her name around him.

Eris was already assessing Elain before it was decided that he would dance with Nesta. It could be because he has an inkling about Lucien and her, or because Elain is the prettiest of the sisters. But the thing is that it didn't matter. Feyre was the one who told him to dance with Nesta and therefore, he did so. Elain could have looked absolutely radiant in whatever color, but he still would have danced with Nesta. So her being "uglified" doesn't make sense because Feyre was the one who decided.

I would also like to point out that it is not only Cassian who thinks Elain looks wrong in black. Nesta points out the same a little later. She mentions Elain changing out of the "ill-suited black dress" and into a different gown. She only points out that the gown was of a different color this time (amethyst and a velvet material, not that it matters) and that she glowed with good health (compared to Cassian saying black leeched the brightness out of her face).

Sorry for the long post. There aren't actually any questions in there, but I do love your insights and thoughts on anything acotar 😂 

This is one of those arguments that is basically the person digging an even bigger hole for themselves.

Not only does it boil down to all the characters thinking, "Elain is too pretty so she needs to make herself look ugly so Nesta can shine" which is not the message I think SJM wants to send for her females.

They like to compare it to when Nesta tried to win the dukes hand, "Well, she truly looked the part of the daughter of the Prince of Merchants. An amethyst silk gown with gold thread, diamonds and pearls at her neck and ears."

And...

"knew that the wealth on her that night dwarfed anything that heiress was wearing."

But the thing is......the heiress still probably wore the best she had. The heiress didn't have to make herself ugly in order for Nesta to shine. The heiress simply didn't have what it took in the first place especially because Nesta also learned that he grew bored of females that chased him so she ignored him and she learned he was vain so she made sure to turn all eyes on the two of them with their dancing.

A female's beauty isn't all that impressive if the only way she can shine is for others to downplay their looks and Nesta was just that beautiful and her dancing that good regardless of what anyone else in the ball was doing.

That scenario can not be compared to Eris at the ball. First, he has never once been shown to seek out beauty and Eris doesn't seem particularly vain. He wants power with Nesta had in spades at that point. Also, Elain is his brothers mate and there are hints Eris does want to reconnect with Lucien. I highly doubt anyone was really worried Eris would be fawning over Elain which would instantly burn any remaining bridges with Lucien. So what reason would there really be to make Elain ugly so Nesta could shine? And again, as stated above, Nesta didn't need anyone to lessen themselves to win the Dukes attention.

What that argument also means though, is that Elain's stunning, glorious, amazing beauty can be completely cancelled out by a somewhat unflattering dress and lack of red lips.

With that argument, some are truly claiming that Elain is ugly unless she's wearing pretty clothes and makeup.

What??!?

True beauty can be wearing no makeup and a potato sack and still look good.

Not to mention Elain had worn her hair down that night. Considering Cassian saw Nesta's hair down for the first time and remarked "It's beautiful", I'd say Elain should also look beautiful with hers down.

Really, people getting hung up on the style of Elain's dress is the wrong thing to focus on. Cassian doesn't note the style of Elain's dress as being the issue. He says, "Elain in BLACK was ridiculous." He'd never once found her to be plain, but wearing BLACK, NO MATTER HOW MUCH SHE CLAIMED TO BE PART OF THIS COURT.....IT SUCKED THE LIFE OUT OF HER."

There are enough of those in this fandom (Ian Flynn and his stans are proof of this) to the point where the FF series can go on its merry way with little to no issues while the rest of the fandom gets the characters who actually deserve the attention act like said characters. If the series fails, then the Archie/SatAM devotees get to see just how useless these characters are on their own without Sonic, and they once and for all get bored of them and come crawling back begging for forgiveness.

...You really don't understand that to actually succeed, an FF spinoff thoroughly divorced from Sonic needs a lot more than just a group of fanatics buying it. They don't have much, if any people familiar with them outside of their fanboys/girls to be able to sustain a series when divorced from Sonic. And because they have nothing going for them when split from Sonic, there's no reason to believe that they'd be successful overall. The same reasoning goes for Penders' Lara-Su Chronicles BS - Penders KNOWS he has to ride the coattails of Sonic for any attention at all whether it be negative or positive. Which is why he's been appropriating elements from Archie Sonic but altering them to be vague i.e "Acorn Princess", "Hedgehog of blue" and having characters that bear a passing resemblance to Sonic characters and SEGA Echidna's, just atrociously uglified.

Okay, as the premier internet trans kurtologist (after Imogen Binnie of course), I have some THOUGHTS about that interview with Courtney Love on 60 songs that explains the 90s lol.

(Yes, I know that it's immoral to speculate on a public figures gender. However, I am an irredeemably evil person who deserves the chair. Sorry. Life is more fun on the dark side.)

Honestly, there were parts of the interview that were specifically adressed to me, or rather might as well have been lol. It feels like she was addressing questions he she thinks that people in general are asking themselves, but no, Courtney. Courtney! I am the only person in the universe that have overthought things enough to be asking these questions! Like, that whole bit about not liking "the canonised, castrated version of Kurt" is vague enough that people won't catch on and also clear enough that anyone in the know also know that you're also discussing the trans issue.

(There is no way Courtney hasn't found that part of the internet yet. No chance. She has been super online since 19freakin'94. There's also no way she doesn't completely despise that discussion, both for reasonable reasons that anyone who knew Kurt might think it's gauche to speculate, but also for extremely shitty unreasonable reasons.)

However, jumping directly from that to discussing "oh, we did all of that stuff with the red hair and those outfits to uglify him" kind of sounds like a non sequitur to basically ANYONE BUT ME! Sure, most Nirvana fans know like the rough timeline of when Kurt had that hairstyle or whatever. I am basically the only person in the world who has been obsessive enough to go through the timeline and notice how drastically, suddenly Kurt Cobain's presentation of himself changed at the end of 1991. Like, there's a very clear delineation between how Kurt presented himself before that point and after. It was also around that time that YOU started sending him love letters where you called him your girlfriend lmao. Very mysterious indeed.

And yeah, when you said that Kurt had "red pill issues" and "we wouldn't know where he would have landed politically" I actually believe you. Kurt seems to have been a mess both politically and privately. However, that whole thing about being bothered about the "castrated, canonised version of Kurt" is horsecock. In Patty Schemel's book, she VERY CLEARLY stated that Kurt hated taking on that masculine role and that YOU pressured him and talked him into it lol. Also, didn't you, after the funeral, go up to Dany Goldberg and say say "Kurt and I always said we wanted to be like Dany and Rosemary. The problem was that we both wanted to be Rosemary".

So yeah, it honestly seems like Courtney was much more concerned about Kurt being seen as masculine than Kurt ever was. I mean, she did actually marry someone we know for a fact was an (at the time) closeted trans woman, and what that former spouse of yours has said on that topic honestly speaks for itself lol.

So yeah, we can't definitively say anything about Kurt's gender because that fucking weeb is, tragically, dead. However, Courtney's attempts at deflection honestly just makes me even more convinced about my version of events. I mean, she seems to have wanted to debunk them, but I'm basically the only one who wasn't there who has that version of events in my brain. Oh well, lol.

Oh, by the way, hi Courtney! I know that there is a very real risk that you'll be reading this post since you are the most terminally online public figure I know. I'll just say that if you do read this, you were actively searching for this content lol. I'm not Magdalene Visaggio blasting it out for all of the internet to see. I wouldn't, even if I had access to such a platform, because even I have standards. I don't want to discuss this stuff where Kurt's living friends and relatives can see it. also on a related note s2 has been really interesting so far ... i like all the added extra little scenes (like jin zixun’s head in the forest) and the confrontation between jiang cheng’s zidian and wen ning the ghost general. i don’t recall seeing those scenes in the novel or manhua and i would guess it’s an extra bonus scene of seeing the characters in action, so i’m definitely not complaining. can’t wait to finally see nie huaisang in action as the i-don’t-know clan leader (i mean the last scene we got of him was when he was appreciating some caged bird in the garden and they told him there was trouble at xinglu ridge). and then we’ll probably get more flashbacks of wwx as yiling laozu after the sunshot campaign and his eventual falling-out with jiang cheng and the yunmengjiang clan.

also lanlingjin office is so so pretty. and jin guangyao is really likeable (i loved how nice and calm his interaction was with lan xichen, i can understand why those two were very good friends) i almost forgot that he was the big bad in the end. almost wish he wasn’t, but i’m pretty sure the later scenes will change my opinion of him.

The Ugly Update: 3 

So I've put on a few pounds in the last few years. When I started the current job back in Nov 2018, I was around 155, and I've gone up to around 180 at times. I've tried over the ensuing years to diet and get back down, and I got close a few years ago getting just under 160, but then typically the holiday season would hit and all the gains would be nullified. Losing weight has always been straightforward with me: count my calories and keep under the necessary number, and the weight will come off. The problem over the recent years has been the will to actually do it. I'll get started, then the age-old conflict between wanting to look better and wanting to have more pie rears its ugly head, with the pie usually winning out. 

It hasn't helped that I've stopped playing soccer. Back in 2014 when I was diagnosed with leukemia, I stopped playing, and once I got out of it, it was too hard to get back in shape. I've made a few attempts at playing indoor- once back in early 2018 and then in 2020 for a few games, but we haven't been able to really muster enough people to stick with it. So my sports exercise regimen has gone, and while I used to go to the gym regularly, I don't anymore. I never particularly liked the gym, but I went because I knew it was good for me. After I got out of shape, it was all the harder and without any real motivation to go, I've just given it up. I would occasionally make the effort to stretch out and do some light calisthenic-type exercises at home, but again, lack of motivation made it untenable. 

The extra weight meant that I'd find it embarrassing to take my shirt off and go to the beach, or lay out to get some tan, so I've also found myself getting whiter and whiter, which, as everyone knows these days, is a REAL problem.  

Then there's the problem of my leukemia medicine: I switched over in 2018 to a new med, but that med has the unfortunate effect of producing some swelling, most of which is seen in my face. Even my wife has noticed that I'm not particularly handsome. I don't blame her for this, and it's not like she goes out of her way to tell me this, but I know it, and have mentioned it, and she has acknowledged it. I feel bad for her having to look at me! 

All of this has made me noticeably uglier, particularly the swelling, and I'm just embarrassed about my looks these days, hence the ugly update. 

So why a new update? Well, having moved into a new office mid-December, we now have access to a small gym. We've started going in the new year, and I'm hoping to make a habit of it now that I have some accountability. That should help. 

I've also started up the diet again- just after Thanksgiving, and managed to drop several kilos even during the holiday season. I'm just over 175 right now, so down around 4-5 pounds from Dec 1. If I can keep this up, maybe I can, alongside working out, diminish the gut and add a little bit of tone to my flabbiness. I don't expect I'll ever get back to what I was 10 years ago, but knowing how good a shape I used to be in, and seeing myself now, I'm disgusted with myself. 

Then the last visit to the oncologist revealed something hopeful. For a long time I've been at a barely detectable level on the particular chromosomal defect that is the cause of my leukemia. But the last time, it had sunk below the detectable level. I asked the doctor if that meant I could go off the meds. 

He mentioned they do have a program for people like me that has us go off the drug, and then they monitor our progress every month. He said about 50% have to go back on the drug, but 50% don't. 

IF I were able to get off the drug and stay leukemia free, then maybe the swelling in my face would go away, which would perhaps return my face to less dire.  

I don't know if my oncologist will suggest me for that program, but I'm hoping that if I can stay below detectable levels, I'll be able to stay clear of the disease, and the uglifying medicine. 

In summary: lose weight, get in shape, get off meds... should all add up to less ugly.

So, Ian McDiarmid was 39 when he played as the Emperor in RoTJ in 1983.

Sheev Palpatine is like 86 when the events of RoTJ occurred.

Like obviously, this is a young man we looking at.

But, because Ian’s like 40+ years younger than the character he’s playing as, they had to improvise.

Like they had to lay on that grey ass, deformed wrinkled skin thick as hell or it wouldn’t have been sold to the audience as well as it did.

How you make someone look old? Make their skin more aged and grey-ish.

Because this is how Ian McDiarmid looked in his role as Professor Andreev in Gorky Park that aired in 1983 too.

Like you gotta hand it to them, they made him look decrepit.

But then when making the prequels they probably were like “fuck, we gotta figure out a in-universe reason for what Sidious looks the way he does come the OT because we had to go hard on the decaying side to cover up Ian McDiarmid’s age.”

So they George and the writing team said, “fuck it, Sidious got uglified by fucking around with force electricity.”

Like, Sidious’ original reason for his appearance was that Ian McDiarmid was a young man playing as a old man, but they realized that it wouldn’t work now that we were seeing Sheev as an older man.

-Isuzu ( Akito’s perfect abused toy):

Isuzu embodies everything Akito hates; She’s the exact image of Akito’s mom; the dark long hair, sexy body, womanly charms, the steaming explicit love relationship with Haru) but unlike akito’s mom who’s hard to control & torture, Isuzu is a helpless zodiac who can’t fight back against the zodiac Ruler! Akito can hurt Isuzu verbally & physically while projecting it all on Ren. Through hurting Isuzu, Akito can fantasize on getting back on her mother for neglecting, hating her & stealing a zodiac (sleeping with Shigure ).

In Akito’s delusional mind: ISUZU IS REN. Therefore,

cutting Isuzu’s floating seductive hair (means cutting her mom’s control over her. deforming her mom’s image & “uglifying” it. “Ren” can no longer be prettier than “me”.

Hurting Isuzu’s body (means deforming the seductive womanly charms that Ren used with Shigure). Shigure won’t find “Ren” sexy now with her “short hair & scarred body”, he’ll stay faithful to “me”. No ugly creature will “steal” him or anyone of “them” anymore.

locking Isuzu in the cat’s room (means that in Akito’s mind, REN is the zodiacs monster! locking her away meaning gaining control over her status. “The horrible monster is locked away, the majestic ruler saves the poor zodiacs”.

Isuzu is locked while everybody “suspects” sth bad has happened to her & are “advised” against investigating (means the policy of obeying the family heads, turning their back on the abused & enabling abuse is still going on).

Even when Isuzu was saved, it took some time before anybody dared to take action. Even while taking action to save Isuzu, it is only for saving this current victim, the abuser still stands, still free to try again, still able to punish others.

-Kureno taking action or protecting an abuser?

There’s no doubt that kureno is kind & wouldn’t want anything bad to happen to Isuzu or anybody for that matter. However, Kureno’s brand of kindness has always been toxic & immensely harmful to him & others. While he indeed helped free Isuzu, he continued to shield Akito, holding her cheek kindly, softly lecturing “bad Akito, please no hurt/torture/kill poor zodiac girl”.  He waits for Akito to “realize” her wrongful deeds & “ heals” herself & “decides” to stop the abuse. Abusers don’t just decide to stop one day after they realize oops, I’m bad. Abusers must be stopped at once. Especially the ones with mental & emotional issues. I know it is hard for Kureno to stop protecting Akito, as you could argue that he’s “conditioned to obey” from young age. However, it doesn’t matter if his his intentions are good, he’ll either be Akito’s silent accomplice or get her fury.

-Isuzu’s quest to save kind haru:

Isuzu has always looked at her self as rotten/bad, while haru is good. She’s dirty & he’s clean. The theme of “ don’t take advantage of kind ppl as they’re too stupid to save themselves” has always tormented Isuzu. That’s why she was cold & mean to tohru, to save her from her foolish kindness. That’s why she was harsh to yuki, she believed haru’s kindness towards helpless yuki is harmful to haru. Above all, she wants to save kind haru from her “sinful” self! She wants kind ppl to be happy & away from rotten/ bad ppl like her! (does she reminds you of someone? kyo!). Alas, this self-condemning mentality led her to a locked room. Hurt, sad, in pain, tears, darkness, all alone & on the verge of death. That’s why when haru showed up, he said” is your journey over? come home to me” The quest is over. Rest & accept that you’re not a burden.

-Guilt is the immense monster tearing you from the inside:

Hiro is a huge parallel to kyo this ep with kisa & isuzu paralleling tohru, Kyoko & kyo’s mom. He felt immense guilt towards kisa for thinking that he’d caused her physical & emotional suffering by confessing to Akito. Kisa’s journey for recovery from her physical & emotional scars was especially hard on hiro. Even when she smiled, he’d think if only I hadn’t caused her pain. He feels the same towards Isuzu. This is the exact situation where kyo’s at except it is amplified ten times cause of DEATH. tohru’s journey towards recovering from her mom’s sudden death is not easy despite all the smiles. Tohru talks to a framed picture as her mother for God’s sake!!!! this sad! so sad! It hurts to see her craving her mother’s presence & knowing that he is involved somehow. Kyo’s guilt amplifies each time tohru fake smiles. This guilt that kyo built inside him was drilled by a past experience of his moms death & the sohma’s, his dad verbal accusations. While kisa & hiro found escape from guilt’s vicious suffocating grap by confessing their fears, the fact that both kisa & hiro are younger somewhat less traumatized helped. The ppl hiro fears he hurt are saved, alive & will be happy. Kisa is surrounded by her family. Kyo can’t apologize to angry kyoko or his miserable mom. they’re dead. Tohru is an orphan who lives “ temporarily” with the sohma’s. The time where she MUST leave & pursue her life after graduation is near... where will tohru go?.. where is her own family? This is all a set up to the climax! Epic writing!

Side Notes:

Akito scared me with her, “ do you know what’s inside the box? it’s father” ! chills!! is it his ashes? This reminded me of tohru’s cold photo frame of her mom.  I see tohru/akito parallel in the making! love it!

Isuzu’s eps always full of good visual symbolism.

Dark haru is always a good sight! whether for comedy or for plot. It is always well-used!

“Pity love” is a theme here. Haru, a teenager, declared his true love, while kureno, a grown man, stood silent. watching. learn kureno learn!

The cat room is a hideous place! OMG! the cell’s /“cage’s” door is small & doesn’t fit a standing human, like a cat’s door! so, the prisoner crawls to get inside? ugh!

Isuzu was there for days even weeks. let this sink. She refused food. she was mentally crushed & blackmailed by Akito using her love for Haru (the same way she blackmailed kyo using his love for tohru). This is a huge crime. Hideous deed that deserves more than a gentle touch on the abuser’s cheek with soft reprimanding. Akito’s response when she lost haru was the childish behavior of screaming & piunding with her fists on the ground. Kazuma’s “ akito is like a spoiled child”.

The scars Akito inflected on the young sohma’s run deep. It would be interesting to see if akito gets redemption, how’ll they react? will the scars disappear cuz yay the baddie is goddie now? or the scars remain & they’ll choose forgiveness like yuki did? or they’ll hold  grudge? can’t wait to see.

So Isuzu got her hair cut... man, the only hair cut I wanted was yuki’s! I wanted part of his growth to be loosing the Akito’s look.

Speaking of looks, Hiro is the spitting image of kyo but with bigger eyes! He looks exactly like kyo in Kazuma’s flashback in se01 finale & in kagura’s memories in se02, ep, 11 with the exact uniform!

loved that haru avoided hitting Akito. Not for akito, but knowing haru, he’ll suffer once he cool down cuz he hurt someone.

The bond is tearing. I honestly thought that haru leaving akito will cause more than that & it will tear!

I hated that one shot of naked Isuz walking away. Why not clothed? She wasn’t on the bed with him, so it doesn’t make sense.

so, how did Kureno get Isuzu from the cat’s cage? She’ll transform??

Also, Hatori what will you do now that another victim was hospitalized? still carry screaming Akito, comforting her? Who will have to be hurt before you take action? silently treating the victims wounds is NOT action.

I knew Isuzu will run from the hospital as soon as they said she was hospitalized! XD. They should’ve kept an eye on her. she’s weak.

So, shigure’s “ love” didn’t heal Akito nor his “ love-making” toned her fury on Ren’s look alike. Feeling guilty shigure? No?

Also, while it is not directly his fault, but it is ironic that kureno’s meeting with tohru where he decided to “ stay” by akito & not leave, has led to Isuzu tracking him right into Ren’s trap & falling victim to Akito. In short, his passive choice to NOT take action has led to unintentional disaster. Take the right action kureno. Leaveeeeee~~~

please let the next ep continues the plot & not jump somewhere else. give me at least tow/three continuous eps, then jump.

It's not easy to taint Muhammad ﷺ rather it is impossible. It's impossible because from all sides Allah has made him Muhammad... from all sides Allah has made him Muhammad... to begin with his name he is Muhammad, and his words he has them Muhammad, and his deeds he has them Muhammad, from all sides he is Muhammad... Praised, elevated and perfect in human levels.

Rather even the transmition of his words is Muhammad, praised and special in particular.

I think that what's intended with it, is to taint his figure and to be stopped the spread of his religion because indeed it's worrying in the sense how it's seen in other point of views (theirs). I made Murdoc a vampire, it really adds to his character making it more accurate with all the bleh and hissing he does. He does seemingly know how to teleport into others' rooms which I find slightly annoying x)

Murdoc's room is by far the dirtiest of all, full of dirt stains, empty bottles, dirty dishes, trash, dirty laundry and general ick. I had a lot of fun making the place look horrendous. Seeing the Straight Through the Bent

In "Perelandra", we meet Tinidril (the mother of that world) immediately after she has been separated from the father of that world, Tor. We follow her through the trial of temptation as the enemy seeks to persuade her to disobey Maleldil. After Ransom crushes the head of the enemy, she is reunited with Tor and learns that Maleldil had been tutoring him in wisdom while she was tempted- we hear something quite interesting: he was being taught by "drawing shapes" in the ground. On first glance, this seems rather odd. But it makes sense when we take into account the vocabulary of goodness Lewis uses in the Cosmic Trilogy. In the Old Solar tongue, there is no regular vocabulary to describe evil, for evil has no logos and most rational races have no direct acquaintance with it. It is thus called "bent." To speak of the enemy is to speak of the "bent Oyarsa" (Oyarsa means a planetary archon).

In "That Hideous Strength", the narrative follows a similar structure, though it is easy to miss at first glance. Mark and Jane begin together, but then follow quite different narrative arcs before being reunited and blessed by the Archon of Perelandra in their marriage bed just as that same Archon blessed Tor and Tinidril at Tai Harendrimar, the Hill of Life. Jane is brought successively into closer and closer acquaintance with the Good and Mark into successively closer and closer acquaintance with the evil. At the center of Jane's Inner Circle is Maleldil- incarnate as a hnau (rational creature) of Adam's race, Jesus the Nazarene. And at the center of Mark's inner circle is the bent one, who is nothing at all. As each planetary archon guides Jane and her friends at St. Anne's through the qualitative experience of each celestial archetype, Mark is made to go through a series of ludicrous exercises in the "Objective Room" where he is supposed to learn that there is no innate value in any act and no intrinsic order in any quality.

And it is in this light that we see the fundamental unity of "Perelandra" and "That Hideous Strength." In both stories, bridegroom and bride are developed and perfected into greater knowledge of Goodness. When Mark encounters the conscious bentness of the so-called "Objective Room", we are told that there came into his mind, like never before, the idea that there really was a *Form* of the *Straight.* In being made to bend all perfection and uglify all beauty, he realized that there truly was a Beauty of Beauties that was more real than any of its partial and imperfect instantiations. Jane had learned wisdom from Wisdom, Mark had learned Wisdom from folly. Both both were joined to the same Person and were knit together in Him.

It is the same with Tor and Tinidril. By the machinations of the bent Oyarsa of Thulcandra (Earth), Tinidril learned of the splendid perfection of the unbent. Tor was taught how to "draw shapes", to stamp the form of the straight on his world. Tinidril learned of the straight by contrast.

We see in this story a lesson of immense value for every one of us. Why is it that God permits us to fall into evil again and again? Many of us know from direct experience that it is within His power to take from us any sense of attraction to the evil. Why does He not? There are two reasons. The first reason is that growing up into the stature of Christ means more than simple obedience. Obedience is good, but there are not merely degrees, but kinds of obedience. We must learn how to use our strength and power in service of Christ. Evil has no genuine power or grandiosity. It is a weak, pathetic, unattractive negation. But if we are to acquire dominion over the strength which belongs to us as heirs of the world, we must perceive the strength as strength, as an attraction towards that which is not good. One only knows the full measure of that strength by resistance. Only the one who resists temptation in its most powerful manifestation knows the character of that power.

The act of resisting tears the *power* away from the *evil.* Having experienced that strength without tasting the evil, it becomes ours to command by the Spirit. We send it to do our bidding, and in Christ, His bidding. Where once we reactively obeyed the call of those goods God sent our way, we then proactively call out the Good by God in us.

Second, God works all things according to His divine purpose to remake us as new creatures. Even in our falls and sins He works into His harmony. He will bring Good even where there is no good in our intention. To fall again and again- if we repent- gradually accustoms us to know its true taste. It is like desiring the taste of an orange and biting into a wax replica of an orange. To constantly repent and turn back to Christ accustoms us to see the reality from which we have turned in sin. And in seeing that reality we learn the truth: all of those things which we wanted in sin- really wanted, I mean- can only be found in Christ. All sin is the disordered seeking of some good the wrong way. Sin has no logos. Even the "tang in the flavor" which is the desire for perversion itself (as Screwtape puts it in distinguishing the terrestrial Venus from the infernal venus) is a twisting of our inclination towards extension beyond ourselves. God will teach us, if we let Him, the perfect knowledge of Goodness. He would prefer to teach us through constancy of obedience. But He will, if necessary, teach us by the contrast learned in disobedience and repentance. The Straight can be learned from the straight and from the bent.
