Post-totk headcanons!
heavy spoilers ahead
ZELDA.
this woman spent millenia as a dragon she is going to have goddamn antlers.
so yeah, she keeps small antlers. they glow. big golden eyelashes too, eyes keep a strange glow to them
she's generally more eldritch.
I think she tends to have more memory issues after coming back. nothing too bad, but she struggles a bit sometimes.
Now Link- he does not just get back his arm. Amputate that man.
yeah so he loses his right arm from a bit above the elbow once Rauru disappears for good and takes his arm and magic back.
He gets phantom pains and all, sometimes he reaches for ultrahand and is just like. ah yeah
he takes it pretty well honestly. Purah and Zelda figure out how to make him a prosthesis and he wears it most of the time, but doesn't like it that much - he just would hate to get caught by surprise by monsters or the Yiga and fumble w/ his left arm.
Zelda and Link are always together after totk happens, but like. even more always together. And it's not just Link protecting Zelda anymore, she's protecting him too.
I think she gains a sort of very faint healing power from her time as the light dragon, so she tries to find ways to always be touching Link so he doesn't get too hurt
Mainly because he has the habit to just. not say when he's hurt, or when something's wrong.
The sages ask a lot about their ancestors, and Zelda loves to tell them and Link everything about her time in the past. She warns that she may not remember everything well, but they don't really care.
more than 100 years after the calamity started, some of the champions are starting to get forgotten - mainly, Revali and Urbosa. Daruk literally has his face carved in a moutain and the Zora live so long that most of them still remember Mipha, but Revali and Urbosa are really becoming more legend than anything. Link and Zelda make sure people remember them.
After everything starts to calm down, Link is forbidden from coming into Gerudo Town again, unless there's something happening and he has to come and protect the city, so Zelda visits often and tells him all about how everyone's doing. Riju sometimes comes out of the town and goes on walks with Zelda and Link.
Link spends a lot of time in Rito Village, telling the kids about Revali and how annoying he was- but mostly about how strong and skilled as an archer he was. He doesn't want Revali to be forgotten.
Sidon is so stressed lmao, Link visits him often. He brings gifts for him and Yona and spends time with them and everyone at the Domain. Sidon is very thankful for his friend.
Link hangs out a lot around Mipha's statue, just letting her watch over him. it's one of the rare places he feels safe enough to put his sword down and just relax.
Tulin is SUCH an excitable little bird child. He loves hanging out with Link. They're siblings I'm deciding right NOW
Link shows Zelda his dream house in Akkala and she just loses it. Link. Link you put my paintings around? Link you out our favorite flowers here? Link you got a bigger bed for the both of us? Link our horses are here? Link I'm Going To Marry You
They move here and make the house in Hateno a safe house for everyone in the village and every traveler that might come. They place travel gates near both houses so they can still go to the school.
They get married because I said so-
Back in the King's time the wedding would've been really big and public and annoying, but Zelda isn't having it. She does make a public announcement that they are getting married, but the actual wedding is a small thing (lol small).
They get married under Satori Mountain's cherry blossoms, and invite the sages, Yona, Purah, Impa, Paya, a lot of the kiddos they met in their adventures, etc. they wear flower crowns too. Link cries. Zelda cries. Everyone cries.
Link doesn't really become King because the second Zelda goes yeah you're kinda legally King now he just goes EW. NOPE.
So Link stays the Queen's knight, they're just yknow. wed.
Hyrule is rebuilt! Nothing bad happens again! because I cannot have these babies hurting again
I think Zelda learns how to fight cuz like. Come on this girl is definitely going to want to explore the Depths and Link is not going to let her go in there without a sword.
She's going to love Froxes. like so much. They're Frogs Link!!!! They Are Frogs
She finds she's most comfortable with a bow and gets a strong golden bow made for her (not the bow of light but something similar, way less powerful) and a shield cuz like goddess pls use shields people
edit after finding the dusk bow and that one person in the notes said she should get the dusk bow she gets the dusk bow
omg they build cities in the sky. They make big ass stairs.
anyways pls add on if u got headcanons for post totk.

sidon in aoc makes me feel so many things because out of the other three in his group (riju yunobo and teba) he had the closest relationship with a champion. riju and yunobo are descendants sure, and teba's literally just Some Guy Who Thinks Rivali Is Cool, but sidon is mipha's brother. she died when he was so little, she meant the world to him. i've already said this before but the scene where sidon comes in to save mipha from waterblight ganon is by far stronger than any of the others saving their respective champions. the way he shouts "NO! I WILL NOT LET ALLOW YOU TO TAKE HER AGAIN." makes it an extremely personal matter to win this fight. mipha will not die again, not while he can stop it. he couldn't save her then, so he has to save her now. you also don't get to see much of sidon's darker side in botw, but aoc shows exactly how much pain he's in over losing her. in botw you don't really get to see how much it's hurt him, how desperate he is to get his sister back, or even to see her one last time.
in totk you can see how her death has effected how sidon treats the people around him, how he treats yona specifically, something that i think is really special and also not something you see in any of the other three. yona essentially has to snap him out of his "if i can't be here to protect the ones i love then they're going to die and i'm going to lose them, just like i lost mipha." he doesn't even realize he's feeling like this and doing this sort of thing until yona pushes him out of it. she tries to be gentle with him in saying that she'll be fine if he leaves, but he just can't fathom that something bad won't happen to her if he leaves. i'm willing to bet he doesn't, or tries not to pay too much attention to how much he's hurting from mipha's death. after all, after she died, he had to take her place, and he can't do that well unless he tries to move on from it without dwelling. he's still trying to hide it in aoc, when he hides his face from mipha (its been a good while since i played aoc but i do know the scene exists)
tldr sidon has some of my favorite writing in zelda

Yona and Keishuk as representations of Suwon's feelings and pragmatism.
Disclaimer: Yona, Keishuk and Suwon are obviously their own persons with dozens of more layers than what I talk about in this post. The scenes I use as examples are also about much more than what I use them for here. All of this is just one way I like to read things and I don't claim that the manga is meant to be read that way at all (the contrary honestly). This is just me having fun overanalyzing everything.
Something that has been on my mind since chapter 232 now, is the idea that Yona and Keishuk represent perfectly the duality inside of Suwon. I have loved this trio for all the potential they hold since the castle arc now, and I didn't get as much as I wanted with them at all but this specific page of chapter 232 still makes me "oooooh".
Tumblr media
(Long post under the cut. sorry)
I know the important part comes just after with the "You are needed." Suwon-Yona scene, but I think the composition is super interesting here. Yona and Keishuk are having a full conversation, debating over what to do about Mei-nyan, and Suwon doesn't participate at all (he only enters the conversation next page but doesn't say anything on that matter specifically until chapter 233, when he makes his decision). As if quietly listening to both sides and considering all the points they present. Yes saving Mei-nyan is a bother, why should they do so much for one captive? Yes it's also dangerous to let her in enemy hands given the informations she has against Suwon. It's not farfetched to imagine Suwon can agree to both of their statements. Suwon is hidden by the bubbles of their conversation, erasing himself to give room to their discussion. It's as if we were inside Suwon's head and being a spectator of his trains of thoughts, as if Yona and Keishuk were two parts of Suwon's psyche. They're obviously their own independant characters outside of that with their own merits and personality etc ect but I think it's still interesting to read their dynamic this way.
After all, didn't Yona always represent for Suwon his own feelings? And Keishuk the lack of them? Discarding Yona (and Hak, but I think Yona especially represents that) has always been synonym to discarding his feelings. By discarding her, Suwon discards that he is not a 100% impartial human being that loves (and hates) some people more than others, and that he actually cares and cannot always 100% control his heart. The reason he discarded Yona when the coup happened is because his feelings don't matter from that point on and are directly in the way of his goals. And one of the reason he rejected her so much in the castle and kai battle arcs is exactly because she means something special to him and she keeps trying to appeal to Suwon's heart and feelings (by making several references to Yonhi for example, but also simply by being herself and asking Suwon to save the prisoners, etc) and tries to make the situations personal, two things that Suwon forced himself to stop and not do for a plethora of reasons I won't develop here.
Tumblr media
(About Yonhi, the manga has made a connection between Yona and Yonhi a few times? One thing is Yonhi's hairpin that Yona also wears on one of the magazine cover, and there are the few mentions Yona makes of her in front of Suwon. I don't think the manga tries to say that Yona=Yonhi at all, but rather that Yona acts as some sort of reminder of her to Suwon? After all, there's close to no one left in the world who knew her, and even less in the castle and around Suwon in contrast to how Suwon grew up and is surrounded by Yuhon's faction and people admiring him. But most people forgot about Yonhi or never thought much of her. So I assume post-diary Yona tries to balance things out a little bit on that aspect, showing that even if people see Suwon as Yuhon's successor, he is also at his core his mother's son and it's sad to pretend he is not.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In parallel, even if not as explicitely as Yona (as I don't remember Keishuk ever mentioning Yuhon in front of Suwon?) Keishuk is one of the many reminder of Yuhon to Suwon. Keishuk definitely isn't Yuhon either, but the way he thinks and his ideology are similar enough. So you could say that Yona and Keishuk are Yonhi and Yuhon's voices in the present.)
In parallel Keishuk represents the exact opposite of listening to your feelings. Keishuk needs analysis posts for him alone, but even though he is obviously not without emotions at all, his place and role by Suwon's side is precisely to present him things as objectively as possible and make the most practical and efficient decisions, leaning towards machiavellianism (and I love him for that <3). Plus, contrary to Suwon, Keishuk doesn't have any emotional attachment for Yona and Hak, so while Suwon can rarely think straight when it's about them, Keishuk can, and is essential. Suwon would have never made it like he's engaged to Yona, he would have never proposed an alliance with her in the first place, nor would he have asked her to support him on the battlefield on his own. Before the alliance, Keishuk also investigated on the DDHHB behind Suwon's back, and tried to kill Yona and Hak several times because he knew they would be/have become a nuisance, while Suwon overlooked what Yona could/does represent because of his feelings.
Keishuk takes the decisions Suwon can't. And I think a part of Suwon is aware of that. Keishuk is like a point of reference and the reason he has Keishuk by his side and lets him do all these things is because he agrees that these actions are sounded and benefit Kouka in some way. Suwon would have never imprisoned Hak himself, but when Keishuk tells him about it, Suwon doesn't object. When in chapter 2 Keishuk tells Suwon to kill Yona, he doesn't object either, and readies himself to do so.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Keishuk is Suwon's speaker. Suwon rarely voices his true thoughts but Keishuk as a proxy often gives us an idea. His personality makes him more snarky and they don't agree on everything, but Suwon knows that Keishuk will always absolutely prioritizes Kouka as a whole over everything else and he can trust that. And that's also why I think Keishuk can represent one part of Suwon's psyche. He is the part of Suwon that shows no remorse for his colder decisions and is resolved to make any sacrifices needed for the sake of his goals. He is the part of Suwon that refuses to let himself be moved by his emotions and unable to make sound decisions because of it, the part of himself that won't prioritize someone only out of love or compassion.
And Yona is you could say the speaker of Suwon's feelings. Take the Hak imprisonment fiasco for example. This is a moment that shows a bit of Keishuk's vulnerability, but if you decide to read every interaction between Keishuk and Yona as some kind of metaphor of Suwon's inner conflict it's also super interesting. Keishuk wants to kill Hak because he is a threat to Suwon's life: simple and straigthforward. Keishuk doesn't love Hak and is still afraid of the danger he represents for Suwon's life at that point and very much doesn't like how Hak tries to get closer to Suwon without his approval. These are points very specific to Keishuk as an individual, related to his backstory and his personality. But this very reactive answer to Hak suddenly getting too close to Suwon is also very befitting of how Suwon feels imo. Suwon doesn't know Hak was here at that point sure, but on a meta level rejecting Hak so extremely the second he gets too close and sees him at a weak point just makes sense. Hak was the very last person Suwon wanted to be seen by this way. And him not objecting to his imprisonment is for me a sign that he is okay with things this way. He doesn't want Hak to get close. It's better like this. If Hak gets close, he can't think straight in more way than one. So let's discard him.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But then Yona enters and stops Keishuk. This scene is meant to show Yona's development and how she is able to protect Hak her own way and how Hak's life is not something she will ever compromise on, things that are distinct to her as an individual as well. But if you see Yona's rise in the castle as the rise of Suwon's closeted feelings, getting harder and harder to repress, it also shows that it got to the point where these feelings directly clash with his usual mindset, that these feelings for Hak have enough power to put a curb on the "discard every piece in your way" ideology.
Suwon is a secretive person who learned to keep most of his thoughts and feelings to himself. He is by nature someone who doesn't react to tragedies the way you would expect him to, looking detached and unconcerned. But what Akayona showed again and again is that by no mean this is equal to him being indifferent and not feeling anything at all. This is just his way of processing and dealing with grief(I'm not gonna go on a tangent on how he can be read as neurodivergent but yeah. he's so real for that). Being openly emotional like Keishuk and Yona is just not who he is as a person, it happens but only rarely, so the two of them are the perfect proxy to show the turmoil going on in Suwon's heart. Whether it's when Suwon is annoyed and angry, or when he's worried about Hak's whereabouts, they're his voice. (Interestingly Keishuk seems to be the only one convinced Hak is dead and thinks as such. Something something Suwon swaying between hoping that Hak is still alive somewhere(like Yona) and giving up on that hope(like Keishuk).)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But Suwon is not Keishuk. And actually a lot of times when Keishuk advises Suwon to kill someone, Suwon compromises to only capturing and imprisoning them or even lets them escape in Yona and Hak's cases. And one of the way I choose to interpret the Kai battle arc like is that it's all about Suwon accepting his own feelings, that even if he agrees with his father's ideology, he is his own person and he can't keep discarding the part of him that cares and loves and worries and feels. He can't keep discarding Yona and Hak. Yes Yona is needed, his own feelings are needed.
And he is not Yona either. That's why he still sees saving Mei-nyan as a nuisance. Suwon is Suwon, and being able to look at things calmly and evalutating the risks and costs of an action over another and making his decisions based on that is still very much a part of him that you can't remove.
He is somewhere between Yona and Keishuk. A King who inherently prioritizes the bigger number over a few individuals, and yet someone who genuinely likes the people around him and can be swayed by his own emotions. He is very much both his parents' child. And he has to learn to reconcile both, without discarding one or the other.
Going even further, Yona being a proxy of Suwon's feelings fits perfectly the role she has now. She always tries to help the people that Suwon discards for his goals and he used to not let her do so, as a symbol for closing himself off completely, but now he accepts it (with still some reluctance but hey!) and knows he can entrust her with it. I don't think this is inherently a bad thing and it works well with Keishuk as a parallel again, as Suwon always entrusted him with all the logistics and the things he doesn't like to think about. Keishuk also often carries the bad role and direct the negativity at him (on purpose or not) so it doesn't reach Suwon. So like, to each their own role.
TDLR: Yona and Keishuk are like the little angel and devil on Suwon's shoulders respectively telling him to save and kill.
#lumen ponders#(too much)#btw to anyone thinking keishuk wants power or manipulates suwon#please reread the manga. at last from vol27 idk what else to tell you#akayona#akatsuki no yona#yona#keishuk#kyesook#suwon#soowon#my special power is that i can make everything about suwon#i wanted the castle arc to be 100 chapters longer for more yona suwon keishuk shenaningans btw#they could have been so funny. it's so funny in my head#i could say sm more about the yona/keishuk parallels#one is liked by everyone the other has 0 in charisma#(he's a 10 to me but wtv)#both saw someone they care for be killed in front of their eyes and had to find a new meaning in their life afterwards#and both only wants the best for kouka. just in different ways bc of how different Yuhon and Il were#'even if you'd spared her life she'd only suffer' ok keishuk. ok. ok. ok#forget about the suwon/yona parallels this is the real shit!!!#i looove when two characters represents the conflicts in another character's heart#there's def a lot to be said about how keishuk is the one who asked Yona's help as well#he particularly finds Yona's useful for her unifying power. something he doesn't have at all#keishuk is so endearing to me in how he accepts he doesn't have the power to protect suwon#so he always has to rely on others.#his own way of protecting without physical strength ;;#the akayona is my head is so goated#didn't want to rant about my beef with the execution of all that. but rest assured im still a hater#akayona thoughts

Yona of the Song
Tumblr media
Okay, I don't know if this is real, but I hope it is. Has anyone else seen that Yona of the Dawn is getting a musical in July? Is it just me? The only other anime I've seen get turned into a musical was Death Note and I loved that, so I have a lot of hope. Mainly, I want to see Hak going around, singing and annoying Yona what it would be like to have my favorite characters sing. An expectation subversion love song would be amazing if there's one with Yona and Hak, but they're not a couple and she still doesn't even know he's in love with her. There's also the fact that it's canon she can't play instruments, so one song could start with that and then transitions into her singing well while Jae Ha plays. I also think I need some Jae Ha singing a secretly dark song about his tragic past, but it's hidden with a bubbly tune since he tries to not focus on those days and instead is living a life of freedom now. A complex one with Soo-Won singing about his choices would be fascinating. Not to mention one for Shin-Ah as it gives us a look into his mind, considering how quiet he is. I do have an issue, though. How's it ending? The manga isn't complete, so will it be open-ended? I've never seen a musical do that. It's making me more doubtful that it'll be July of this year, but I do hope it can happen one day. Maybe as just an album, though. There are a lot of action scenes with powers that just might not translate well visually.

Yoshino Is my best girl❤️
I honestly love her because she's so different from the other MCs and so relatable!!!
I like how she can be such a cutie and a badass at the same time❤️❤️❤️!
Because of that I have many questions, so please answer if it doesn't bother you!
1. Does Yoshino kill somebody in any route or event? (If she does she's gonna end up being my waifu with Yona)
2. Does she have any interaction with her rival in love?
3. Does she treat Tamamo like a pet?
4. Is she someone easy to manipulate? (Honestly I don't think so but just in case)
5. Let's try to see ikegen like a visual novel, so we are Yoshino but she is herself and has a personality that sometimes can't be so relatable: who would ship her with?❤️
6. In the end: how will rank Ikemen MCs? (In the game you played ofc)
Thank a lot!
Sure!!
She is not the kind of person who chooses 'killing someone' as means of solving anything. Rather she would choose an alternative that doesn't involve killing. Of course, she's not a saint because she knows that wrongdoings have to be punished and she won't support any heinous act. You won't see her act all innocent and dumb. She would try to evaluate the gravity of the situation first and then decides to select the right punishment. If she thinks that a person deserves a second chance she will try and ask for it....it's not like she will get on her knees and beg 'Please punish me instead!!' or something like that.
But then there are situations where she does threaten to kill anyone if they touch her man. At that time, she knows that what she's doing is wrong and she won't forgive herself for it. But she'll still do it because saving the male lead would be her main priority. As for now, other than killing demons, she hasn't killed any humans.
2. Are you asking about Masako? Yes, she does.
3. Never! She always sees Tamamo as her best friend in every other route except for his. A buddy who will also support her and is always by her side. Due to their pact, her soul feels much closer to Tamamo than any other male lead. It's the same as Yoshitsune does with Kurama. You get what I mean right? It's something more than a friendship but less than a lover. It's a complicated relationship. Sometimes, Tamamo does switch to his little fox form to comfort Yoshino when she feels tired or sad. She'll be hugging him all night.
4. The Shogunate gang never manipulates her.....they bully her. The Rebels are the sweetest cinnamon rolls. They wished she was on their side. The Imperial Court trio is kinda sus. They have an Exorcist, a dead man, and a handsome grandpa.....so they might try to manipulate her because they think they're the darkest people in the world. Yasuchika would manipulate her if the situation demands (#anything for Akihito). Akihito, well, he does manipulate her almost entirely in his route. Ibuki.....I can see him manipulating her in his child form.
5. Wait Ikegen is not a visual novel? I didn't get that question. Do you mean to say 'WE' meaning 'I' am playing the visual novel as the main protagonist who is Yoshino....then who would I ship with? Sorry I didn't get that one!!??
6. Ikemen genjiden MC: Best MC EVER!! In the whole otome universe! You can't change my mind! She's the golden standard for MCs. Love her design! I'm happy that they didn't go for the boring long brown hair and brown eyes. Usually, Ikemen MC's designs seem inferior compared to the beautiful-looking male leads. But this girl has a pact form where her hair turns silver and eyes turn to gold...like a real fox. Not only that! My favorite form of her is in the story event 'Eternal Contract - What if I am a Demon?' where she's an actual demon and her eye color is hot pink and has beautiful pure white hair. I just love that form. Even her personality is very cute. I thought at first she would be dumb...and her only purpose in the game would be nothing more than romance. But I was wrong. Not only that! Yoshino is still useful to the male leads without her fox powers. She can work as a doctor and also get along with the soldiers. She's also very good at giving everyone moral support when necessary. She's my golden child!!! Okay, I'll stop here because I can go on and on about her if I want to.
Ikemen sengoku MC: She's the first sassy MC I've ever played and I like her. I don't know how she is in the JP ver. but in the Eng ver. I think she's really really good!! (Not as much as Yoshino though, no one can beat Yoshino!!). Since Ikemen Sengoku is the oldest game, I will give a pass for her design. I can say that her design and her hairstyle look very modern for Sengoku era. That's why I give her a pass!!
Now the rest feels like first copies of Ikemen Sengoku MC----
Ikemen Vampire MC: Seriously? They're the same person!! Ikesen and Ikevamp MCs look the same.. the difference is one wears a kimono and the other wears a shirt and skirt. Come on! Can't they make her hair or eye color different! or give her some more fashionable clothes. Maybe she's meant to be a relatable MC but at least make her look desirable. The male leads look so colorful with feathers and other accessories attached to their clothes but why not MC? And don't even get me started about her personality....She has no personality! She's vanilla! Other than being horny I found nothing going for her. I'm sorry if I offended Ikevamp MC's fans.
Ikemen prince MC: This girl has personality....BUT she's just too dramatic for me. I find her very loud sometimes and her reactions to things...well....some might think she's pure-hearted, innocent little girl but I don't! I don't care if her personality changes in every route...because no matter which route I play I'm sure I wouldn't really enjoy playing as her. I'd rather put Yoshino in every Ikemen Games if I was the CEO of Cybird! Her design.....yeah boring.....and also, can I ask WHY they made her job as a librarian? instead of author. I mean, her work as a librarian doesn't make sense. Also after she starts dating one of the princes, she just easily gets the librarian job in the palace without any effort. Yoshino had to prove to herself that she is useful both as a pharmacist and a reliable partner in war to everyone and Mai was on her own. Mai started her own business by herself in the Sengoku era!! These two worked hard for their jobs and Ikepri MC simply gets handed over everything just because she's in love with the male lead? Huh? I'm sorry! The plot of Ikepri is all over the place for me. I don't miss playing that game!!
Ikemen Revolution MC: At least!!!!!!!! Her design looks desirable! Blonde hair with blue eyes....perfect!!! Her dress is supposed to be the way it is because she is 'Alice' so yeah...I like that too. I don't know too much about her personality because I only played one route of Ikerev and in that route I found her to be Okay. Not great But okay. That's all I can say.

Slightly Jealous
We don't have that type relationship.
Yona reminds herself again. Still, seeing Noah with whoever that girl is makes her blood boil. Maybe she's jealous.
No, she's definitely jealous.
"Sister, why do you seem upset?"
Leon tucks at Yonas dress, and he stares at her with his bright blue eyes.
"I'm not upset, just a little tired."
Yona knows that she shouldn't lie, but admitting that she's jealous over Noah would be embarrassing. Especially because she can hear Melissa making fun of her.
"Okay, if you say so... Will you play with me and Brother Erich?"
Yona shakes her hair. "I don't want to. Ask Hari, I'm sure she would love to play with you two."
"But Sister Hari and Brother Erich had another fight and now they refuse to talk to each other."
Leon's voice sounds whiny. Just as Yona was about to reply she could hear footsteps coming closer.
"Lord Noah! Where are you going?"
Yona turns her head and could see Noah walk over to her with his typical smile. The brown haired girl he was talking to earlier looked confused.
"Sister let's go! I don't like the guy that's coming our way."
Yona resists the urge to smile at her little brother.
"Lady Yona! What brings you so far from home?"
Noah looks from Yona to Leon. The little boy glares at him.
"I am out with my siblings. Hari wanted to see the city and I decided to take Erich and Leon too. Are you out here with your girlfriend?"
She didn't mean to sound so annoyed. Noah tries to hold back his smile.
"Are you jealous Lady Yona?"
"Me? Jealous? Over what?"
Noah is sure now, Yona is jealous. He had never seen her like that. It wasn't all too obvious, still the way her eyes seem stricter then normal, tells him the truth.
"I don't know, you're the one that's jealous. Also Lady Tiara isn't my girlfriend. She just wishes she was."
Noah steps closer to Yona. Her cheeks heat up, and internally, Yona thanks the god - that she hates - for the fact that she never blushes visibly.
She ignores the happiness that fills her at heart at his words.
"That's mean of you to say Lord Noah. The poor lady."
Noah shrugs. "Why should I care? I have you my Lady."
"No! Stay away from sister Yona!"
Both of the young adults look at the boy who stands infront of his sister with wide arms. Leon glares at Noah.
"Oh, Lord Leon I didn't notice you there."
Noah doesn't pay attention to the little boy anymore then that. He focuses on Yona who looks so softly at her brother.
"Leon it's very disrespectful to talk to Lord Noah like that. Apologize."
Leon shakes his head. "He wants to steal you from us! Brother Erich told me so!"
Yona sigh's. Of course, it had to be Erich that put this idea in Leon's head.
"Leon, nobody is going to steal me form you. I'm your sister okay? They could even if the tried."
"Oh now I'm disappointed. You won't leave your family even for me?"
Yona scoffs and shakes her head. "Never... Unless you pay me of course."
Noah smirks, while Leon looks shocked at his sister.
"Good that I have a lot of money right?"
"Definitely. Wait, I do not plan on leaving my family. Sorry to disappoint Lord Noah."
"Indeed that's very disappointing. Then perhaps, you would say no if I asked you to go on a date with me?"
Yona reminds herself to breath. Being asked out is nothing special, after all she is very liked.
"Well, I don't think I would." Is what she answers. Noahs smile grows wider. "Oh really? How nice. How about tomorrow?"
"No! Sister you can't!" Leon interrupts.
"Hush little one, the grown ups are talking." Noah says.
"Leon, please. I would love to go on a date with you Lord Noah, and Tomorrow sounds perfect."
Noah looks at Leon his eyes full of pride. The little boy looks upset. "But- But you can't sister! He's going to take you away and we will never see you again! Brother Erich said so!"
"Leon, nobody could take me away forever, okay? Even if I leave to get married you can still come to visit." Yona explains.
Leon pouts. "But he won't let you! I heard him say so to lady Melissa!"
Noah chuckles. "You misunderstood. I am indeed not willing to let your sister go, but I do not mean in the way you think."
Leon wraps his arms around his sister. "See! He is weird!"
Yona shakes his head. "It's not that weird. Either way, it was nice seeing you Lord Noah, but we should go look for the other two."
"Of course Lady Yona. I fully understand."
Yona smiles slightly before dragging Leon away.
"Is she going to be my sister-in-law?" Noah wips around to face to voice.
"Holy- God, you scared me Noel." Says Noah and looks at his younger sister. "Also yes, Yona will be your sister-in-law."
"Great, I'm going to tell the others about her."
"Noel, don't."
C h a r a c t e r s a r e f r o m:
Beware of the villainess(Yona)/Beware of the brothers(Hari/Erich)/The reason why raeliana ended up at the dukes mansion(Noah)/Why are you doing this duke?(Noel)/In this life I will raise you well your majesty(Leon)

"Why Do People Hate Su-Won?"
Fucker killed Yona's father on her 16th birthday, after giving her a hairpin he had no business giving her when he knew that he would be ripping her heart out that same day.
He betrayed not only Yona, he fucking stabbed and twisted his betrayal through Hak's heart. Hak was ready to give up his love for Yona to protect BOTH of them. But he threw them away even though he still loved them. They grew up like SIBLINGS for fucks sake and the fucker still wanted to follow in his war crime daddy's footsteps because he doesn't have the mental capacity to think for himself instead of thinking "what would dad do?".
His own MOTHER saw how twisted and demented his rational was when she wanted to end the cycle of hatred completely. She didn't want anybody else to die and she especially didn't want her niece to be put through all the shit she would wind up going through. Su-Won rationalized to her that even though he hated her Dad, he still loved Yona. They were 'separate things' and in his mind they didn't match up.
But what he failed to realize is Yona's love for her Dad would make his betrayal a million times worse than it would've if it was a complete stranger she had seen him kill.
Don't even get me started on the fact Su-Won turned EVERYONE against Yona and Hak. The only people at the beginning of the story with an ounce of loyalty and regard for her and Hak were the Wind Tribe and Min-Su.
At the very least Ju-Doh hoped and wished Yona would find a way to live her life peacefully away from her old life where he couldn't see her out of shame of his own betrayal. He couldn't even defend himself when Yona questioned whether or not their alliance was meant to humiliate and insult her by depriving her of her friends and her, now official, lover.
No. Fuck all that noise. Su-Won can be a tragic villain but he doesn't get an ounce of sympathy from me. He didn't have to continue the cycle of hatred and bloodshed his father started but he did. Not only that he destroyed the lives of the two people he loved the most to achieve his goal despite his feelings for them.
Yona shines where Su-Won fails - it's because she's lost everyone she loved once that she doesn't want people to go through the same shit she did. She doesn't want girls like Riri to use weapons or learn to use weapons like she was forced to in order to survive. She doesn't want people to experience the same level of emotional turmoil she personally experienced when she first started her journey. She even says that killing Su-Won won't bring her father back or bring her peace. She wouldn't take the throne after killing him for killing her father. She WANTED to take revenge at first, but she realized that killing him wouldn't solve her broken heart or Hak's broken heart. It would just leave more pain. Which is a level of understanding that Su-Won can't wrap his head around to save his life.
The more we learn about how deeply Yona and Hak loved Su-Won in the past as children the more painful his betrayal is and how little my sympathy is for his situation. He can fuck right off.

"I Want to Touch You" Ch. 123
I just want to say how magnificently hilarious, and genius this chapter and entire series is: the way Kusanagi Mizuho is able to convey the intimacy and deep love between Yona and Hak, while at the same time being funny and raw and real and just light and fluffy while still being serious is AMAZING!
This is one of my favorite Yona x Hak moments
‼️(spoilers bellow the cut!)‼️
Okay so this panel below is from chapter 122 BUT this is what starts this beautiful Yona Hak moment!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But anyways BACK to the main event: First off I am going to cry I not the unrequited love making Hak second guess everything
Tumblr media
He's so gentle with her though look at that big ass hand on her head. I love it. I also love how throughout the ENTIRE series not once has Yona be concerned about the way she smelt, ya know because she was too busy trying to survive. And yet it was at THIS moment that she remembered 😂
Tumblr media
And the sudden SPEED, AGILITY, SKILL and strength she poses to try and get away (I AM DEAD) or as Yona so graciously put it "will power" 😂 I think we've all been there before after practice I've definitely avoided some people because I was self conscious about the way I smelt
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also the fact that Hak doesn't care about her farts lol, get you a man that doesn't care if you stink. ALSO I just love the level of comfort the level of safety their friendship adds to this dynamic and their relationship this bold yet timid, confident and insecure back and forth between them. Yona starting to develop awareness of Hak as a man while still being her best friend, her support, her everything, her subordinate. All while still being unaware of Haks feeling for her, (T_T I was to cry tears of frustration FOR THEM (do not worry we dont have to cry for long)), with a desire to keep him at her side while also carrying so much love and respect for him as a person as HER person that in the back of her mind, alway, is the desire, the DRIVE to set him free of his obligation to her. Because Yona still sees his devotion as obligation and not devotion of love yet. (not that I can blame her like bro how many times did this man call her fat, unsexy, flat chested, not his type (like Hak sweetie no you lied to good, now she suspects NOTHING ever))
Tumblr media
But these next three panels right here this is what gets me. Its the intimacy of the hug, the way Hak holds her and Yona holds him back she's telling him not to get closer but also doesn't make any move to get away from him, she nestles close.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And just the way he holds her its so gentle and secure; but make no mistake it has nothing to do with Hak perception of Yona he knows she's strong, he's seen it, helped to nurture her inner strength (but is aware that that strength has always been there). He encourages her strength and at the same time resents himself for putting Yona in dangerous situations because even though he wants to watch her grow stronger he wants to protect her because he loves her so much. Also the way he's caressing her ear and just embracing here here, the way he caresses and cradles her head, I WOULD DIE I would literally die on the spot from overheating. ugh I love them so much.

Akatsuki no Yona chapter 217
Loved seeing a bit of insight on Soo-Won's ways of dealing with feelings. Boxes and suppression. Yeah really got me convinced he genuinely loves them still, despite of what happened
Looking for Hak unconsciously ofc, despite his will
The fraction between Gods vs People theme still going strong
Yona and the bunch wanting to leave right after the war to look for Hak ofc. Ha Soo-Won I bet you miss her support already. Like he seemed so moved when she promised to be there for him if he fell ill?
Awww the feels. Idk it's all so complicated. The Hiryuu castle feels right for the dragons, Hak and Soo-Won feel right for each other as allies, the trio is still the closest bittersweet thing, torn part through things they didn't directly choose...can they ever make up?
This is leading to some kind of resolution and peace between them just so we can cry our eyes out when Soo-Won dies. Or what if it doesn't? What if fulfilling the legend means the end for the illness and the dragon suffering?
The manga is really excellent in keeping readers invested through mysteries and unresolved questions. And relationships.
I loved the part with Jea Ha realizing Yona was crying to Soo-Won while putting up a smile for the dragons. He is so cool and insightful!
Yeah she cares more about not hurting you. She doesn't worry about it that much with Soo-Won
Hak in the pile of corpses! So weak and battered he couldn't even walk! So hurt and vulnerable in enemy territory
Also how does someone so selfless as Hak exist?! Worry about the herbs, Yoon, not himself before the flood and now he was again worried about the pouch...😭
Who is this mother and her son? Why did she help Hak? Did she recognize him? From where?
What if this really will lead to some big reveal about Hak? What if he is a kid from South Kai? What if he is related to their scary generals?
What would it mean if Hak ended up being some kind of Kai nobility anyway? I don't think it would change how he would feel...what would be the effect thematically, explaining his exceptional power with lineage?
I'm worried about Hak being captured or used or something for the upcoming conflict 😭

1/1 think Yona´s cluelessness is in part due to the fact that she can't imagine herself as the source of so much pain because she has no ill will towards anybody and she loves the dragons (and SW) so she can't see how she is the one dooming these people to their death but it's also because she doesn't understand what i t means to be Hiryuu 2.0.
2/2 She doesn't understand the impact her living has (Iksoo said it, if she chooses to live the land of Kouka will shake). She doesn't see the effects she has on the dragons who have no regard to their short lives as long as they can serve her, or for SW's and his clan who are paying for Hiryuu's selfishness as he came down to earth without any regards to the consequences
3/3 Even when faced with the truth that her parents got together only so Hiryuu 2.0 could be born, Yona still fails to see the truth and she only sees what she wants to see and always fails to see the bigger picture that's why she always misses the point, if she did understand I think she would already be looking for ways to end this tragedy by talking to the gods.
I am still not sure regarding Yona´s ignorance but your take makes sense.
It is a very human reaction that she does not wish to see the faults of her own parents, however I am a little unhappy regarding the way it is portrayed.
Not Yona´s ignorance bothers me, but the fact that the story has portrayed her decisions and point of view as right up until now. I think one of the most comical and monstrous scene for me is when King Il describes the 10 year old Soo Won like a sick psychopath.
It is not that Yona wishes to not blame her father, but that the whole matter was handled as if it is the most sane issue to say this about a child whose one parent King Il had killed and whose mother would be killed by a curse put on her by the noble gods that King Il prayed to so very often.
I mean even Soo Won´s own mother strangely endangers her only son in order to rescue Yona...so the whole scene is really painted as if King Il has been right. And that bothers me more than the subjective ignorance of Yona, because I can understand why Yona would choose to do so. Soo Won isn´t 100 % right in his estimation of his father, but he is also not completely wrong.
It is not that Yona does make rash decisions, it is that she succeeds by doing so that bothers me.
It is not that Yona considers her opinion as factual truth, but that the story has proven her right, even though she did not really look into the issues properly or made a proactive move to find out more.
It is not solely Yona´s ignorance that bothers me, since it is rather normal that the MC has to learn and adapt her/his point of view and is before the lesson rather ignorant about certain issues.
It is the turn of events that depicts the whole situation as if Yona does not have to learn anything anymore, that bothers me the most.

there's something to be said about Hak's character and how it was written with the very intention of being broken. like at the very beginning we're introduced to him and he's a 19 years old boy who's got it all figured out. he's the thunder beast, strongest warrior of a thousand years, the newly appointed general of the wind tribe. he's the personal guard to the princess of the country who's one of the closest people to his heart and he's the right hand man to his best friend and soon to be king of the country. he knows exactly how his life is going to play out, and if he's a tiny bit heartbroken because he's never going to be loved back by yona, he'd long since made his peace with it so it's neither here or there really. he just has to sit right where he's always sat and watch it all play out. he's got it all figured out.
until he doesn't.
until his life shatters apart in the blink of silence right before dawn. until his best friend betrays him and everything he's ever held dear. until he's kicked out of the castle and made into a fugitive in his own country. until he's carrying the limp body of a princess who's all but given up.
okay so it's fucked but he's not going to let that stop him. a soldier isn't worth shit if he can't think on his feet and adapt as he does. so he's got a princess to protect and avenge and a traitor to kill. he can work with that. he's starting to figure it out again.
only that doesn't sound quite right because a few weeks in and the princess wakes up demanding to be taught how to use the sword and no. no no no. that's your role. that's what you're here for. you've been kicked out of your home and betrayed by the person you've looked up to the most but you still have her to protect and keep safe so it's okay but now it's not because she wants to weild a weapon and put herself in danger and what if you lose her then you'll have nothing left then it all breaks down again then—
you get over it. lessons of swordmanship by the riverside and lessons of archery deep within the forest and between each session you're not only surprised by her improvement but also by how many people there suddenly are to witness it. it's no longer you and her and it's grating on your every nerve that you have to share the only thing that you have left in this world but she deserves love and support and protection and happiness and if these people can help then so be it. it's fine.
but it's not really because jaeha is an annoying bastard who has no concept of personal boundaries and kija is a pampered idiot and zeno is just plain fucking weird and yoon has one hell of a temperament and shinah is so quiet you'd sometimes forget he's even there if it weren't for how damn conspicuous his entire existence is. but between fighting over the last meatball and ridding towns of gangs as the happy hungry bunch, this group of misfits becomes yours. because jaeha is still annoying as all hell but he's funny and dependable and you might've once had the passing thought that it'd be nice to have an older brother and now you do and it's not half bad. kija still trembles at the sight of an ant but he's saved your ass almost as many times as you've saved his so you're working hard on not judging him for that. zeno frustrates you to no end with his blatant disregard for his own well being and you'd honestly like to punch some sense into him but a) that'd be incredibly counterproductive and b) you're not much for bullying elders even when they do deserve it. yoon cares for you the way no else ever had and to you shinah is what all those little brats waiting back in the wind tribe are.
you're startled to find that you've come to love these people more fiercely than anything else. they're your family and now when you think of the future it's not to craft bloody plans of revenge so much as it is look forward to the many years you want to spend with these people.
but then the rug is pulled from beneath your feet once again and the princess is with suwoon heading an army into battle and yoon is in danger and suwoon is sick? he's dying? but you can save him with this weak withering plant so you clutch it as tightly as you want to clutch his neck and watch it break.
you're injured and weak but still standing so it's okay.
but then the most terrifying sound you've ever heard splits your heart right down the middle and a wave so gigantic follows and there's no escaping that. you think of jaeha smirking and kija cursing at a bug as if it's going to care and zeno gobbling down your share of meatballs and yoon ranting about the chores and shinah playing around with ao. you think of suwoon and how much you hate his guts and how much more you hate yourself for not being able to save him. but your very last thought you spare for yona. the one constant in this turbulent impossible to plan life. you think of her eyes and her hair and her smile and her kindness and her laugh and her weird sense of humor and—
you're dead. it hurts like a bitch but hey you always knew that it would. death being a state of eternal peace where all your pain and sorrow is washed away? that always sounded like the kind of too good to be true bullshit you'd never believe. you're standing in an open field and rain is pouring down and you think that wherever this is, hell or heaven or both or neither, this place has got a sick twisted sense of humor. but you're dead and you've failed to save yoon and suwoon's going to follow you here real soon because the bastard is going to die because of you and you're never going to see yona again so really this is the least of your worries.
only you're not. you feel the cold of the rain right down to your bones but the sound of each water drop hitting down doesn't rattle you as much any more because you can barely hear it. hands are gently covering your ears and their warmth is one you know better than your own name. her face, pale and tired and sleep deprived is staring up at you and you've never seen anything so beautiful in your life.
she's alive. yoon is alive. jaeha and kija and zeno and shinah are all alive. the withering plant has made it safe and sound to suwoon. "you've protected us all, Hak," she says and the rain trails a path of tears down her cheeks. you're not sure you believe her. you're not sure if you're alive or dead. you don't know where you are. you don't know. but she's here just as she's always been. and for now it's okay.

Do you think Soowon will name Hak as his successor? In my opinion his criterias fit Hak pretty well but the narrative is rather pointing to Yona and she's the protagonist.
Oh I'd like to see Hak being diplomatic but I still can't let go of wanting Hak to lead in this big war.
I can't see Hak becoming king against Soowon's will, because now they are trying to cooperate finally.
On the other hand, at the moment Soowon wouldn't offer the throne to Hak because he thinks that Hak's hate is an insuperable obstacle. Once Soowon understands that Hak could consider it seriously instead of refusing just out of contempt, I think we could see this offer been made.
Soowon said to Zeno that Yona isn't a candidate. I don't see it changing, he doesn't seem biased after all. Yona would have problems with the loyalty of the Earth and Sky tribe, probably with the Water tribe too (her personal connection with Lily won't help with her father, imo). People love the dragons, not her. If Yona becomes queen, it won't be pacific as it would if Hak becomes king.
AnY has great female characters, but I believe it will stick with traditional roles for them in the end. King Il never thought of Yona as his heir, even if he believed that she was the incarnation of a god. I infer that it is unthinkable for Kouka to have a female ruler.
People might get disappointed, but all the important women in Kouka became important through marriage or as the daughter of an important man. Yona, Lily, Tao etc. I don't see Yona become the exception. The only way she can rule is as Hak's wife.

The real tragedy with Jaeha to me, outside of the recent events, is his realization that he's losing his usefulness for yona, and even starts to chain her down. I think. This is all in my head for now truly but I'm like,, damn he sure is taking the L a lot recently! so I pray this will be adressed later on but you know at the beginning of the castle arc when he tells Yona hey I told you I was your legs :) and she rejects him, because she can't risk it. Like, Yona wasn't in the wrong here, it's just that Yona in the castle arc was entering a battle that has no need for the dragons' powers. People in the castle arent chained literally, they're chained by their duties and the isolation that comes with having more power and information. That distance is not something that can be crossed literally by flying away. But anyway it was still painful for both of them, Jaeha quickly connects the dots and understands the reason behind that, but that only makes him more willing to find a way to help.
Then he is deployed in Kin Province, and as he realizes that Hak is fighting there he makes it his new goal to bring him to Suwon, only to fail to save him from the flooding, as he sees him be engulfed in that wave under his very eyes, and can't find any trace of him for days after it happens. Losing Hak is devastating enough given how much he cares for him, but it adds to the hypothetical feeling that he failed and his leg couldn't bring him to Hak in time.
But it's fine, his presence alone is enough, he is loved and he's like a big brother to Yona, if she needs comfort, because hell this is about hak obviously she will be devastated, he can comfort her...and then Yona hides her sorrow from him and confides to Suwon of all people instead. Sure breaking down in front of Suwon wasn't her intent at all, but she still did in the end. Yona used to cry and confides to Jaeha before (like in the Sei forts arc when she failed to protect Lili), so why? And how not to be jealous of Suwon that seems to have a bond with her that even death and betrayal will never completely break?
He plays an important role in the battle against Kai, so sure, at least his powers still have some use and raises the moral of the troops as well, but now these same powers causes terror instead.
And before that he got captured, again, and as much as Yona defied our expectations and showed her development with a cycle of similar events but a better outcome and way of dealing with it (ie: kidnapping scenario), that is not the case for the dragons. Yona had complete control over her capture, it was her plan, and she could free herself with her own power. Yona is moving ahead of them, never intending to leave them behind, but she doesn't depend on their powers at all anymore.
So really, what does Jaeha have left at this point? Now Yona is the one who has to save him from his own powers! Jaeha who refused to join Yona at first because he didn't want to be chained down by destiny and a prophecy is now the one chained her down oh the irony of it all...
It's no surprise that Jaeha would decide to leave the ddhhb for good, his legs literally can't bring him to them anymore and worse he risks to hurt them, no matter how much he wants to come home, to them, he just can't. He can't be what Garou was to him and selfishly weights them down.
Since the beginning of the castle arc he sees again and again that Yona and Hak are doing fine without him. If Yona is in a pitch or needs comfort there are other people she can seek out. Jaeha wanted to help Hak reach Suwon and in the end he did it all on his own (Just to be clear Hak could obviously not have emotionally done it without Jaeha's support). The encampment arc ended up being resolved by everyone but the dragons, the story in general is at a point where their utility reached their limit, so what now?
The crimson illness is very tied to the mental state of those who have it, worsening when they're under stress and emotional turmoil, so I don't think it's too farfetched to theorize it might be the same for the dragons now. Kija is able to resist it because he has always been the most strong willed and stable of them. So yeah tbh more than Jaeha dying to me I think it's more him isolating himself to protect yona&co and he's not done done for. for now. I don't think he's lying about reaching the end of his lifespan etc(it's the same word as the end of an object's useful life in japanese btw.) but anyway oh well. All that to say I don't think he's dead and this is very much the occasion to finally break the connection the dragons have with their tragic fate and their powers that bring far more bad than good. What Jaeha needs is the reassurance that he is needed and that this does not depend on his powers at all.

heyaa love...how are you??? hope you are having a good day. I just wanted to ask that if the reader wasn't pregnant and if she was on her period then how do you think she would have managed it and how Curtis would take care of her?? cause i am on my period 🥺😣and really need something from our man🙈😂😂 sorry you can ignore it if it doesn't feel right to answer.❤️
Tumblr media
Hey, there. Thank you for writing. 🙏🙏🙏 And same here.
So, the cramps hit you first thing that day. Your tummy and thighs ached, your head hurt. The bleeding started by midday and had you scrambling to the fabric pile from the train. You sorted through it each day for usable items. You found some light blue cotton, a blanket. Using your shears, you cut it into long strips you could fold for thickness. You’d need it. You always bled heavily.
But when Curtis and his group came back later in the day, it made you wonder. What did you do now? You knew what his expectations would be. But you couldn’t do that.
As you always did, you, Yona, and Timmy went to the spring to bathe and he kept watch. It wasn’t as necessary now because Nick was gone but it was what you did. You tucked in behind a stalagmite to shrug out of your clothes, not wanting anyone to see the red evidence of your period. When you quickly darted into the water from there, you noticed Curtis eyeing you curiously. You did the same thing when you’d finished bathing and again, he watched you closely.
When you went up to Curtis’s bed, he sat on the side of the bed first. His gaze was on you while you moved to sit next to him. You thought of an alternate plan for his usual demands quickly, your hand sliding up his thigh.
His fingers caught your chin, surprising you. “Are you okay?”
You nodded, letting him pull you in for a kiss and trying not to let it show that the cramps were riding you hard right now. You slid your hand up to cup him, to stroke him. And he was half hard already.
You let him deepen the kiss before trailing your lips to his ear, to his neck. He groaned as you chained kisses over his neck and your hand worked to free him from his pants. Only a few strokes had him hard in your grip and you dropped your head into his lap, taking him into your mouth. You’d gotten good at this. You teased him for a while with your hands and mouth while his hands roamed over you.
When his hand teased around the top of your pants, you doubled your efforts, managing to bring him off, his body curling around you as you swallowed him down.
Curtis fell back onto the bed, pulling off his cap. His hair had grown out so much and you let your fingers sift through it as he fought to get his breathing under control. Even as he did, he studied you.
Pulling you down with him, he pulled you against him. “Give me a few minutes,” he managed. “I’ll... return the favor.”
That wasn’t going to happen.
“It’s okay,” you whispered, pressing a kiss to his cheek. “I’m tired. If it’s okay, I think I’ll just go to sleep.”
Curtis didn’t react right away. He just held you. But after a few moments, his hand slid over your breasts, and they ached, so you just held still for him. When that hand slid down to your waist, slid inside your pants, your hand grabbed at his wrist.
At the same time, you felt him gently tug at the scrap of cloth you were using to soak up the blood between your aching thighs.
“I’m sorry,” you said automatically. You didn’t want him upset with you. “I’ll be back to normal in a day or so. I--”
“Shhhh,” he soothed, pressing a kiss to your temple as his hand lifted to undo your pants. You still hung onto his wrist, tensing. Surely he didn’t mean to...
Curtis unzipped your pants, sliding his warm hand over your tummy and allowing it to simply rest there.
“Relax,” he whispered, using just the lightest pressure as he gently rubbed your tummy. And you were grateful because you thought in the days before the train you’d been a bit ticklish. “You should have told me.”
“Told you?” You could already feel flames bloom in your face.
“Your period,” he whispered.
For long moments, he held you, stroked your stomach. When you’d relaxed, Curtis slowly sat up. You knew a moment of panic.
“I can go sleep with Yona and Timmy down--”
“Shhh.” Curtis shook his head but his expression was kind. You allowed him to remove your boots, to ease off your coat and his own.
The cramps had you curling onto your side miserably. Climbing over you, he curled up behind you, tucking one arm under your pillow.
With his other hand, he slid it back to your tummy. His hand spanned your tummy and the warmth of it felt so good. With just enough pressure, he lightly massaged you there, the cramps easing.
He pressed kisses to the back of your neck, affectionate presses like a summer rain. Slowly, you began to relax, enjoying the way his warm breath fanned across your neck and ear. You pressed back against the strength and heat of him as he held you, breathing deeply until sleep finally claimed you.
Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

10. Saitama

I think, the main reason why i like him is because of his wittiness. He is SOOO calm, and whenever he is fighting some villains he is so cool and so satisfying to watch. For me, watching him is so refreshing and he is not that kind of anime MC that is too generic.

To be honest, at first he is the one that i hated in the series. But watching his growth and his character development will make you so proud of him. He began to be one of my comfort anime character. I enjoyed reading some headcanons about him. Also, what i like about him is that he sees everyone fairly, and he always recognize each and everyone's ability.
8. Kaminari Denki
(My hero Academia)
Tumblr media
He is so cool and stupid at the same time that's why i like him HAHA. He is also funny and also a ray of sunshine for me. But the best thing that i can say about him is that, he is also a good and supportive to everyone in 1A, he is really a social butterfly that's why i love him. And also, he is the reason why i started to watch MHA hahahahah. I found him cute and handsome at the same time.
7. Ranpo Edogawa
(Bungou stray dogs)
Tumblr media
I love reading and watching mystery stories, that's why i like him the first time i saw his ability. He is so smart and clever. HAHAHA, i also love the scene where he trapped Chuuya inside a book, just to save their boss. He is also very cute whenever he is eating his snacks and sharing it with kyoka or the rest of ADA.
6. Tsukishima Kei
(Haikyu!!)
Tumblr media
I love his because of his salty attitude, joke 1/2 hahaha. Kidding aside, i really love him because of that, he is really not that time of person who would feel awful whenever he hears anyone calling him names or bullying him. I also love whenever he is bickering with Kageyama. But the best part of him in the series is his character development, and everyone knows what I am talking about.
5. Son Hak
(Akatsuki no Yona)
Tumblr media
Imagine being Hot and Cool at the same time. I really can't put into words why i like him, srsly. But the main reason why i admire him the most is his loyalty to the king and most especially to the princess. He is willing to dedicate his life to the princess just to get the justice that she wants. And he really accompany her throughout their adventure.
4. Okita Sougo
(Gintama)
Tumblr media
God knows how much i love him. I love his character design and well written background story. I love everything about him!
For me, he is the best samurai in the entire series. He is skilled and clever, and he is also cute in comedy arcs❤
3. Eriol
(Cardcaptor Sakura)
Tumblr media
Honestly, the first time i saw him and his true identity makes me feel intimidated. He had this very strong aura even though he is not doing anything...yet hahahaha. And that is the reason why i like him. I love people or characters that has strong aura.
2. Kyoya Ootori
( ouran highschool host club)
Tumblr media
He has silent but deadly personality. I also love him because everyone in the club talks highly about him, but little did they know that he also respect them silently. He always make sure that everyone in the club is safe and organize. Overall i love him because even though he doesn't tell everyone that he loves their club, he still show his love via his actions.
1. Sakata Gintoki
(Gintama)
Tumblr media
He is the best boy for me because he deserves it. Imagine, living your life with trauma but you still manage to get up and help others not just for fun...but you always see things and people beautifully despite of your melancholic past, that is mah boy sakata gintoki. He lived his life helping others because he treats them as a family. And that's why everyone loves him.
