If I'm being totally honest I don't really care about Hamlet the play, but Hamlet the guy? Ooooh buddy. He is my guy. No one understands him like me. He's just like me. He's nothing like me. He's my best friend and I hate him so much. I love him. He's so silly but very, very sad. He's a theatre kid; he's bad at everything. His dad died. He lives on a shelf in my brain and every so often I take him down and stare at him. He's a kid, he's just a kid, he should be at school. He's a young adult and he should know better. He just lost his dad and his mom and his uncle. He left for a year and everything changed. He puts on a little play. He decides that if he's going to kill his uncledad, he's going to make it hurt. It's going to be revenge. Hamlet is in control of the narrative and he's throwing it around like a hacky sack. He makes every mistake he possibly can, just because he can. And then he dies! And then he dies. And that's it. Goodnight sweet prince. He's my guy.

obsessed by hell having a physical reaction to sam breaking and entering in s8. he showed up like “so you’re gonna look like somewhere i can easily break my mean uncledad out of” and hell was like “OKAY DADDY” and became that weird and kinda naff dnd campaign. for the first time hell had its rightful boyking inside its walls, outside of the confines of the cage. if it started to adapt itself to sam’s idea of hell (shaped by the cage so even more warped and twisted and terrifying than usual, even for demons), wouldn’t it make sense that crowley would *have* to respond? wouldn’t it make sense that he spends so much time outside of hell after that point? it threatens his power it doesn’t accept him it hurts to exist down there and sam is still continuing with the trials to lock him in hell forever. of course he’s gonna go nuclear and attack everyone sam and dean ever saved. he’s desperate

Lets pretend Kyle's evil uncledad didn't die at the end of hard traveling heroes part 2 electric boogaloo and Kyle has to go to him for some reason. To get info on his real dad idk, maybe he never became white lantern in this timeline. And then he gets CAUGHT and LOCKED UP and Jason has to RESCUE HIM and he is sooooo sad and pretty and useless without his ring. He is the damsel in distress that Jason must rescue and Jason, in true morosexual fashion, is just like ugh why is he so beautiful. why do I want to KISS HIM.

12. What's a headcanon you have for this character?

I love that she's canonically a vegetarian, that's such a sweet detail Donna gave about her. I have a headcanon that she only uses natural and cruelty free beauty products, and that she gets onto Theo for using brands that test on animals!

18. How about a relationship they have in canon with another character that you admire?

Her and Hobie! The fact that she's just his partner's niece and not related to him, but he stepped up and took her in and raised her alongside Blackwell, but continued to take care of her even after his death, and always stayed beside Pippa and gave her a soft place to land is just so endearing and really is one of the building blocks of what makes Hobie's character so special: his compassion, which is something Pippa inherited from both her Uncledads.

Sitting here thinking about how proud of Daeron Gwayne is. Like, he’s full on uncledadding out here. Daeron coming to Oldtown* at a similar age as he was when Gwayne lost his own mother. Knowing what it’s like to be so utterly alone, a boy trying to find his place in the world without parents for guidance. For Daeron’s parents may not have died, but King’s Landing and his family and everything he’s ever known is awfully far away.

Gwayne seeing and recognizing that same anger, the bitterness, the forlornness that stems from loneliness and being left behind. Teaching Daeron how to live past it. To hone those feelings to purpose, to steel. To be kind and brave and just, or as well as Gwayne knows how. To have faith and be loyal. To be all the things a man should be.

Gwayne loves Daeron so dearly because he sees within him the little boy he once was. Gwayne became the person he needed when he was younger.

* Since the show seems to hold that Daeron wasn’t around even while the children were younger (I guess?), I’ll assume that he began squiring for Ormund younger & warded at Oldtown for longer than 4 years. I’ll say he’s been in Oldtown since he was 9.

I think the whole JJ Spencer secret love story thing would be slightly less unhinged if he wasn’t closely involved with her family. Her kids view him as an uncle and Will knows that she’d want Spencer to be there even if she never admitted it to him and she was thinking about what kind of parent he’d be and she helped her kid dress up as Spencer? Like? Uncledad???

Saw someone say cas was claire's yellow eyed demon and I want to break something like

1. Jimmy CHOSE to be possessed he had a choice in a way mary never did. Cas didn't know he was gonna rebel or that it would tear the novaks apart because unlike the yed he's not evil he's JUST a weird little guy

2. If amelia is the john in this situation then just like it's john's fault for abusing sam and dean and mary's death didn't excuse that, then jimmy's death didn't excuse amelia dumping claire with her grandma and abandoning her. This is not cas' fault amelia CHOSE to do that

And claire has forgiven cas cas and clearly holds affection for him sam and dean and considers them her weird uncledads. Move on ❤️

Things about Kyle I know the fandom would go insane over and make a dozen AU's and extrapolate complete nonsense with no basis in canon (complimentary) over if the lantern fandom was as big as batfam:

- his gang leader uncledad

- his secret agent real dad

- his hinted at secret agent mom?

- that time he completely gave up on earth and just went to live in space all by himself because he was convinced he was poisonous to everyone around him and everyone around him dies and he has to remove himself in order to save them

- the Everything about him and Wally

- guykyle would be the big jaggernaut ship and kylewally would be the second big ship. Either that or connorkyle. Probably kylewally though because connor would be surrounded by a halo of ace discourse. He already is surrounded by bad ace discourse but imagine if the fandom was bigger, it would be awful

- seriously people would get sooooooo weird (pos) over Kyle's gang leader uncledad. People would ship him with his uncledad. There would be thousands of fanfics about Kyle being abused by his uncledad and his saviour of choice coming to rescue him

- everything about ion? Kyle becoming god??? Sooooo many aus about him staying as a white lantern

- I bet Kyle would go through the lantern gauntlet wheel because he's been every single shade of lantern in canon. It's a plot point that he can use every emotional spectrum so people are going to run with that

- Kyle/sinestro bad touch

- Kyle getting trained by batman. You know all those fics about Hal getting to know the batkids in batlantern? Yeah that should be KYLE. Am I pushing my brucekyle agenda. Perhaps. I just think it would be funnier for Kyle to try and bond with the batkids as their new stepmom. He's the same age as dick.
