the problem with the latter quarter of voltrons weird tonal shift from "kids cartoon" to "none of the people writing this want to be writing a kids cartoon and are dressing their kids cartoon up in the clothes of a gritty sci-fi space opera" is that i start getting annoyed that the teenagers arent killing people. im like Alright were fighting pirate warlords who want to sell you, keith, baby, grabs him by the shoulders. Im gonna need you to shove that stupid bayard of yours through somebodys stomach. none of these people wear stomach armor it drives me crazy cause its all like oooh skin tight sci fi bodysuits WHATEVER i need to see the red bayard in between somebodys RIBS

There is a very frustrating trend I've noticed between the escape room and some of the filmmakers I've met of using ai for these very small things (the escape room ai generated portraits of people to hang in a room + a local-ish studio with a LED projection wall has used blurred ai-generated stills as backgrounds for shoots) and on some level I GET it it can be frustrating and time-consuming to hunt down fitting stock photos or whatever. But also come on man

i think its funny when ppl complain abt the specials in splatoon 1 and 2 by saying "kraken bubbler wail stingray and booyah are instant wins on tower control/zones/rainmaker, but splatoon 3 specials are way less overpowered so theyre better!" like lol i agree theyre much better balanced overall and probably just need some patch tweaks here and there but ink vac, big bubbler and crab tank are LITERALLY instant wins when used at the end push on tower or at least to get free points, and bubbler, wave breaker, and tentacooler (which can be used as a shield) can also be deployed on tower, like ...

So… I’m really liking the chibi stuff I’ve been doing, and I think I might do two more examples and then host single character commissions. The style is a bit more adaptable than i initially thought. So I’ll draw two more characters standing, so I can have standing and sitting examples.

Since everything will be fully lined, coloured, shaded, and FULL BODY — I will probably price them around $45USD - $50USD? I’ve referenced other prices with similar styles and that seems most consistent. Is that reasonable or should it be a little lower?

Anyway, Payday 2 is a fun game. Haven't played it in a long time, but pretty sure I can still solo almost any normal mission on overkill (as opposed to stuff like the White House which is actually hard... it's really just the last room where you're pinned from so many sides by heavy fire)
