#i went to go say long anon again#it's like ask is your middle name#and i keep forgetting to say it because who says middle names sdjhfskdjhfs#ever since you said peanut butter i was like okay...i want to try....#but i also have a healthy fear of my blender and i didn't trust myself to figure it out#so i found a recipe#kinda. i only kind of followed it#they said yoghurt and i don't have any dairy free yoghurt rn so...#anyway#i did a cup of almond milk (it might've been more like 3/4). a cup of frozen banana slices. a tablespoon of nutty butty. and a lil bit of#maple syrup. just on top#the recipe said so and i was like okay? i guess? i don't really like maple syrup i like golden syrup but i'll trust the process#i can see why now. it's just a little sweetener. it's nice without being too overpowering#nutty butty is peanut butter for the record. it's much more fun to say. i've also taken to pronouncing banana like#you know that n in spanish. like in arana. the word for spider. yeah. i say that n. it's more fun#i'm trying it out for breakfast just to see how my stomach handles it. it's a little upset but i'll see what i'm like when i finish#i only made like 300ml or 400ml because i doubted i'd be able to handle more but. it's all experimenting! good fun! my dad thinks this blend#is gross. i think it's growing on me.#i wanted to try the cocoa powder recommended by someone else but that'd straight up kill me for breakfast so. maybe tomorrow!#i'm not sure if you also meant like. peanut butter. when you said nut butter. i thought you meant like the vegan butter at first#but maybe just peanut butter alternatives was what you were saying. that probably makes more sense#i know exactly who the 'someone else' is i have your username pulled up but i feel like saying your name this far down in the tags is#talking about you in a place you'll never see sdlfhskjhfs. i have it pulled up bc i was going over my replies in prep for this smoothie#i don't just keep everyone's urls on my screen 24/7 sfhkdhjssd. okay. have a good one y'all

Literally tho, having worked a total of over 2 years at a bubble tea shop really does take out the allure of bubble tea. Like everyone’s tripping all over it and how it’s Aesthetic or w/e. It’s just everyday for me.
Don’t get me wrong, I do like it still, but tbh i only have it a few times a month (I usually have redbean or one of our fruit jellies in my drinks). I’ve seen and dealt with many millions of bubbles by now, probably.
When you’ve cleaned up dirty boba off the floor and off your shoe and sticky boba off your clothes and arms and the counter, ALWAYS the counter, when you develop this close bond with boba in the sense of it always being around and always being a Thing
Yeah, bubble tea isn’t that exciting for me anymore lol
