wanted to post some of my really random/really specific headcanons and decided its finally time before season 2 comes out and possibly changes my views on all of the characters lmaoo

Heartbreak High Boys asking you on a date HCS

Spencer "Spider" White

He knows he has a reputation of being a little asshole.

So he is a but self aware when he is about to ask you.

He wants It to be perfect and for you to see the real him.

He gets a small bouquet of flowers and he even had a speech on his hand.

In all the flirting stuff he is very open and proud about it (like we saw on the show) but when it's time to get emotionally involved he gets really clumsy.

Anthony "Ant" Vaughn

He doesn't consider it a date at first, he asked you to just hang out and take dinner.

He was chilling and then he thought "oh, maybe she is being comfortable and friendly and this can turn into a date".

So he asks you, in the middle of eating dinner, if you want It to be a date.

He is very clumsy and nervous but incredibly cute, you couldn't say no.

Then he gets more touchy and tries to be romantic to make the change from habg out to date.

It is still very funny to be with him, date or hang out.

Douglas "Cash" Piggot

He overthinks everything and anything.

He plans all things to be perfect and to be away from his house and his granny.

This is because he doesn't want the chance to have sex to happen.

So, he asks you like a normal person but spents all they worried that you would ask him to get home or somenthing.

At one point of the afternoon, you have to ask him and you two will have a talk in his car about limits and what he is willing to do and what he isn't prepared.

He thought he would melt right there in the seat of the car.

He is more than thankfull to you for listening to him and all.

That being talked, he could be relaxed the rest of the date.

Dusty Reid

Cool and calm.

He knows he is attractive and that you will say yes (he investigates about it before).

He approaches you at school and just lays on the locker, asking you out with a calm face.

Even if you think is calm face means he is being serious, he has prepared a whole afternoon for actvities and thinks you like.

He has the reputation of a playboy, which means you will not trust him at first.

That's why he makes so much effort in demostrate you he knows you and he is willing to do these things with you.

[*mentioned or implied in canon; e.g. missy in season 1 is shown revising something to do with indigenous perspectives on country which suggests she's taking aboriginal studies, darren skips drama to hang out with ca$h who skips design and technology, ca$h is also doing chemistry]

these are based on school subjects most nsw public schools tend to offer in year 11 and 12. everyone has to do english and iirc maths is also being made compulsory (but most schools require students to take it regardless of whether it's compulsory or not for timetabling reasons).

missy beckett headcanons

disclaimer: i love missy but really don't care for spider or like the ship. anyway, here are my headcanons.

she was friends with harper and amerie in primary school and became friends with sasha in year 7.

she has adhd.

she was sports captain in primary school.

she is age champion at every athletics carnival.

when she was growing up she got compared to zoe a lot because the two of them are in the same year but zoe likes reading whereas missy likes sport more (missy still likes reading too but not as much as footy).

she's young for her year (ignoring the fact that she's on her P-plates in year 11; for some reason when i was writing jbyam i thought sasha was the one driving so headcanoned sasha as older so for all intents and purposes sasha is older).

her favourite sport is rugby league but she also likes soccer and afl. she follows the matildas, the aflw league and the indigenous all-stars.

she has two brothers (including jai) and three sisters. her brothers are both older and her sisters are all younger.

when she's in her mythology hyperfixation quinni gets her into angeline of the underworld and she loves it. there's another book book signing that they go to together.

her most played song on spotify is little things by jessica mauboy. she also listens to country music (and beyoncé because ofc).

her dad comes to school sometimes and does cultural activities with the indigenous boys. malakai in particular is close with her dad.

she does weaving sometimes and can make things like baskets and jewellery (here is some info about traditional weaving).

jai doesn't like or approve of spider (he's not a dick about it, just doesn't trust him especially because of how he treated malakai in s1).

she's a sport/house captain in year 12 (also she's in whichever house is the red one because usually all the sporty kids get put in the red house).

that's all i've got so far, might add to this later or make headcanons for other characters.

nah bc im fully expecting a lot of drama and confusion surrounding Cash and Darren’s relationship at the start of s2, but once that all fizzles out and they get to be happy together, can you fucking IMAGINE the grin that’ll be on Cash’s face when he gets to introduce Darren to people like “this is Darren, my partner” because that boy is gonna be the happiest person alive anytime he gets to remind people that he and Darren are together, that he’s lucky enough to be loved by them, that they get to be happy at last😭😭😭😭 NO WAIT ALSO WHEN HE TELLS HIS NAN THAT DARREN ISN’T JUST A FRIEND FROM “SCHWORK” AND THEY’RE ACTUALLY HIS PARTNER. STOP IT, I’M GOING TO COMBUST.

Spider White x Reader

warnings: spoilers for season 2!! also fem reader, since this works the most. (im watching the ep while writing lmao)

plot: basically, when Mr Voss comes back he puts bullshit in the guys heads-and Spider is affected by it a lot, so and so are you.

spiders changed. he’s went from caring about you, and constantly checking on you to ignoring you.

“women made men soft”

“spider what the hell.”

the coach is favouriting spider, mostly to make him break up with you.

you’re avoiding him, and you’re scared. scared that he’s going to start doing bad things to you.

so you break it off with him, its hard but you had to.

what’s crazy is that he didn’t care.

“i knew it, you don’t support me being a cumlord.”

you tried to take that seriously-but it was too funny. anyway.

staring at him from afar after you broke up with him because you realize that you still love him, even after all the bullshit.

but you cant right now, since Mr Voss has basically convinced him that women are trash and men need to regain their power in the world.

timeskip a few months later, you’re sitting in your room and trying to sleep when who would’ve guessed..spider walks in.

“how’d you get in here?”

“your mum let me in.”

“damn it mum.”

he sits down and looks away, but you notice he’s a bit teary eyed.

well that’s new. he’s never cried during the entirety of your relationship. he’s always been the strong man.

“spencer what’s wrong?”

now he’s sobbing

he’s hugging you and he keeps apologizing, saying that he let all the bullshit get to his head and that he really loves you.

okay now you’re both crying.

for the rest of the night he tells you everything, from how he felt to how he’s really sorry.

he falls asleep beside you as he grips your arm in his sleep.

Little Harper McLean headcanons

a/n: you didn’t specify if you wanted little or caregiver so hope you don’t mind me choosing for you

warnings: !!season 2 spoilers!!, talk of canon things (ie drug use, partying, etc), malakai never left <3

she doesn’t figure out she regresses til season 2 when she’s living with cash in her own space

it’s involuntary at first and she doesn’t even realize she’s regressed, just brushing it off as being extra tried or that the weed she smoked is making her act different

cash is actually the one that brings up that she might be regressing, he’s nervous telling her and gives her a whole list from his notes app on why he things it’s regression

she’s so taken back but sees every point that he makes

cue them going on a mini research binge together

she doesn’t talk about her regression with anyone at first, still trying to get used to it herself and whatnot

eventually quinni notices something’s off and asks her if she’s alright- the stumbling response of “oh yeah I’m fine” harper gives isn’t believable at all so they end up talking about it

quinni helps harper tell amerie as she was worried it’d mess things up between them

amerie of course takes it well but she’s also super confused so they spend awhile explaining things

harper’s headspace is definitely more in the smaller range, she likes teethers & pacifiers & soft toys she can cuddle into

her childhood was rough and her teenage years have been- worse. so stuffed animals and fleece blankets and nice pajamas are a big deal to her

she likes to regress at night for a bit before she goes to bed but might slip after school if something stressful happens

cash watches over her the most for obvious reasons, but also he’s comfortable with her and she’s comfortable with him so it works really nice

darren helps out a lot more when they settle back into living with cash & harper

cash & darren will do just about anything harper wants when she’s small (cash especially tho, he caves at the first glimpse of puppy dog eyes)

she’s got a box of monster high dolls from when she was a kid that she loves to play with

she drags amerie and malakai into playing dolls frequently as they make up the best storylines

she almost never regresses anywhere but at home but occasionally she’ll slip at amerie’s place or quinni’s since she’s comfortable there

amerie may or may not fall back into bodyguard mode™️ when she finds out harper regresses

thankfully malakai’s there to calm that down

nobody ever really sits malakai down and tells him that harper regresses or what regression is he just came over one day and there she was. little. and nobody else was batting an eye so he wasn’t either

months later at a party malakai brings this up to harper and firstly, she laughs, but secondly she gives him a link to a google doc quinni made explaining age regression but also listing specifics about harper’s regression and anyone else in the group that might be a little

malakai babysits a lot more after that

him & missy like to take harper on hikes when she’s feeling more like a kiddo

malakai usually carries one of the girls back down the hike on his back- it always switches back and forth between missy & harper

she has her whole friend group come over for big sleepovers when she’s regressed and absolutely loves it

she keeps a small plush in her backpack at all times and sometimes takes it out to use as a pillow if she’s putting her head down on a table/desk

holds hands with someone at all times if they’re out in public

going out when she’s regressed makes her really anxious so she avoids it if she can- everyone’s very understanding and will go grab something from the store for her or whatever she needs so she can stay home

Owns chewrly but only uses at Spider's house.

Loves drawing and would do it on the walls as a kid.

At school he fidgets with his pens, bounces his legs.

At Spider's or when home alone he is a big vocal stimmer

Stim- hands flaps, rocks, bounces

He has echolalia

He hyperfixates on movie, tv shows, songs

He can't infodump at home and he struggles to write his thoughts down so he unleashes on Spider.

He has Auditory processing disorder

Is quite gullible

He has been picked on a few times but thought they were just joking around with him.

He's a big sensory seeker and is always eating sour foods and drinking fizzy drinks

He touches everything.

Is scared of storms as they cause sensory overloads.

Hates the sound of clocks ticking (same)

Hates itchy clothes.

Will often forgot a word when speaking and has to use other ones

As mentioned above I am not trying to diagnose him this is just for fun as I seen others headcannon him with ADHD and I've read a couple of fanfics where he is autistic.

I do not adhd so if I've said something that doesn't sit right with you please let me know.

Missy loves any and all nicknames. Mama, mommy, Miss, bubba. It doesn't matter to her if it's coming from you

Spider prefers dada over anything else. He doesn't really like any other nicknames

Both LOVE to play imagination games with you. They get super invested in the plot

Similarly, they love playing boardgames or video games with you if you regress a little older.
