Osmanverse rant!

I wish the other books were referenced in Heartstopper, aspecially Solitaire and Radio Silence. A lot of huge things happened in Solitaire, like the school kinda burning down, or solitaire in general and it was never brought up at all. As the story continues it gets more and more obvious that Radio Silence won't be referenced at all. In RS, Aled has no friends besides one friend who is never brought up in Heartstopper. What happened to the Paris group? RS takes place around a year after the current point is Heartstopper, I think. I could be off because I don't understand the British school system that much. Aled was never that large of a part of the group, but I feel like they would still notice his absence. Solitaire gets referenced in RS when the main character talks to her friend at the time about the school being burned down. There is a possibility they are alternate realities or universes from Heartstopper. I haven't read Nick & Charlie but isn't that coming up in the timeline too? I think Heartstopper is ending pretty soon, so I wonder if it will end right before that book picks up. I guess we will have to wait and see.

To all the people who might read this, I hope you will find beautiful friendships and sweet love stories with people who truly deserve you, I hope it will be just like the kind of relationships that Alice Oseman always tends to write about in all of her books, I hope that every Tori out there finds her Michael, every Charlie finds his Nick , every Tara finds her Darcy, every Tao finds his Elle, every Frances finds her Aled and I hope all Ben hopeS on earth would disappear.

The way there are so many people watching heartstopper that just see Tori as a cute shy older sister and HIGGS as a normal school and are completely oblivious to what is about to happen or what goes on in solitaire🧍
