When Loui first became a state, he was absolutely TERRIFIED of the other states and would often either run from them or use a bit of his magic on them if they tried to touch him, even if it was a small pat on the back or a hug. He always thought that any touch coming from them would be meant to hurt him, seeing as that was all he had ever known. Pain, hurt, and betrayal. Even from those he loved.

A few states have walked in on him having really bad panic attacks several times.

Many would think that he was all for Halloween, but in reality he hates it. Or at least just the day. That's because the spirits and demons are 100x worse that day. And it's always the worst around 12 and 3am. So any Halloween activities are done the day before cuz the other states want him to be able to join them in their activities without being in a lot more pain than usual. But when the night comes oh boy.... The other southern states feel so bad for him, all that they can hear all night are cries and whimpers and sounds of pain and sorrow coming from the Pelican State, and they know that they cannot do anything to properly help. And the day after, Loui is just covered in scratches and bruises and tries to act as if he is alright when it is quite obvious that he isn't.

Loui is also absolutely TERRIFIED of thunderstorms, cuz they are loud and sound like cannons and gunfire. Not to mention he has autophobia (I'm pretty sure that's the fear of loud noises-), so even if that didn't sound like war he would still be scared. So whenever a storm comes around he's usually clinging to either Mass, Geo, or one of the main 6. They all feel bad for him, but they also think it's kinda adorable in a way.

Also for the longest time, he had absolutely ZERO clue wtf a hug was, and the first time Mary hugged him (that is, when he earned Loui's trust-), he was like "wtf is this idk what this is what is happening and so I like it idk it feels nice tho-". Yea he definitely received many MANY hugs after that and about half of them absolutely broke him.
